Por exemplo, a frase "I don't care what other people think" é pronunciada como "I don't care wha' oth' people think", com a eliminação do "t" em "what" e a ligação entre "other" e "people". Outro exemplo é "you're doing more harm than good", onde "than" é reduzido a "th'n".

Por exemplo, na frase "reframing those negative thoughts to say 'I am good enough'", a ênfase está em "reframing" e "good enough".

  • Repita frases como "you become what you think" com a mesma velocidade do narrador, mantendo a clareza.
