You know, Archetype speaks for itself.

It's our fifth album.

We produced it ourselves because we're being a really seasoned veterans.

We've been around for almost 14 years.

The definition of Archetype means the original model that everything else is developed from.

And that's what this record is all about.

It's the true essence of Fear Factory.

I've been in the game since the 2600 came out.

I had the 2600.

I had the NEC.

I had Atari 800, television, ColecoVision, 3DO, Sega Master System, Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, Nintendo.

The evolution of video gaming is now and now it's up to Xbox, which is like the best gaming system ever.

When I was growing up, I wasn't a gamer, I was a nerd.

The gamer didn't, gamer tag didn't come out till, what, like, maybe 90, 92.

That's when it was cool to play games.

Raymond is the game guru.

He, uh, he is the one who introduces it all the time and brings all the consoles out.

We got a tour bus.

And the back lounge is obviously for video games.

I got junk in my trunk.

So you got ten people on the bus, you know, that's some pretty good Halo sessions right there.

When Halo 2 comes out, forget it.

I don't know, if we got a tour, I don't know, that's gonna probably be a little tougher. But man...

It's worth staying home for it.

God, it's just gonna be video game goodness.

I like to play like Halo or racing games, there was some really cool like...

Grand Tourism.

I have motivation to learn the songs, Raymond said he gave me an Xbox once I learned all his songs, so...

Still waiting to collect.

Christian does like five minutes down the street, so like, sometimes when he can't get He just plays from the house, or we'll just get online.

You could've do that 10 years ago, even five years ago.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love playing online.

Knowing that it's not AI, it's like a real person, and then with the headset, talking .

I'm gonna show you guys all the stuff I got in the house.

Okay, well, this is living room one, I guess you could call it.

Little TV, got these little Madcatz TVs and obviously an Xbox.

This is my Drum Tech's bedroom and he's got, you know, another Xbox here obviously.

Another TV, my Drum Tech's office.

And in here we've got our router and our wireless.

This is the eight port.

There's a five port in the first living room I just showed you guys.

The whole house is wired in.

There's an ethernet so we can have online gaming.

All the PS2s and Xboxes are already hooked up.

Everything's ready to go live.

And everything runs under the house.

So this is the main room here.

This is where we all hang out and kill each other, I guess you could say, or race against each other or shoot each other, whatever.

This is the reason I bought the house.

We've got a 32 inch, 65 inch, and another 32.

I've got three Xboxes in this room, two PS2s, and two Dreamcasts.

And that's it.

That's where it goes down.

Because all you need to get them is the explosion.

You don't need the direct hit.

Kind of like that.
