One of the coolest hikes that I've ever done was the 100 mile trail across Utah called the Uinta High Line Trail.

It's pretty much above 10 ,000 feet for the entire duration where you're walking above treeline, totally exposed to the weather,

and through some very beautiful places.

This is also the southernmost place where you can find moose.

I had absolutely no idea before doing this hike that moose lived in Utah.

I really enjoyed my three days hiking across this beautiful landscape

and would absolutely recommend it for anyone who's looking for a shorter through hike.

The red rocks, the luscious meadows, and everything in between was really spectacular.

Be careful about the weather on this trail because you're above 10 ,000 feet for the entire way, storms can be very very bad.

Still, the sun came out just shortly after and I completed my hike across the Uinta Mountains of Utah.
