1
It is one o 'clock in the morning.
2
It is very early, very early in the morning, but you guys know that this is English Every Day,
3
a podcast where I speak in slow, easy, and understandable English so that you can learn every day.
4
Because if you want to learn English, you have to keep going don't stop keep going don't stop today
5
i want to tell you about my day of course it is it's now wednesday
6
so i will be telling you about tuesday the day
7
that i had yesterday and it all started
8
when I woke up at 9 or 9 30 in the morning
9
but I went to sleep late
10
because I was watching the Yankees the Yankees are a baseball team
11
and they are in the postseason that is like the playoffs.
12
That's where you have to win or you're no longer in the postseason or the playoffs.
13
Your season is over if you lose.
14
And so I was watching that and I had to post a video yesterday.
15
I did not fall asleep until the early morning.
16
And of course, and then of course, I woke up and I, Well, I studied my flashcards for an hour.
17
I always like starting my day studying flashcards, learning the languages that I want to learn.
18
And it really helps me learn those languages.
19
So I woke up at like 9 or 9 .30.
20
I studied my flashcards.
21
And then after that, I had a class.
22
So I taught English.
23
And then I had breakfast.
24
I ate some breakfast.
25
And then I had a few more classes after I ate breakfast.
26
And then by the time I was done with classes for the day,
27
it was about 3 or 4 o 'clock, 3 or 4 p .m., meaning in the afternoon.
28
And I was really tired.
29
So I took a nap.
30
I took a nap for about an hour, maybe 90 minutes.
31
After my nap, I had lunch.
32
So I ate lunch.
33
My lunch was eggs, scrambled eggs and some beets
34
and by the way my breakfast what i ate earlier in the day was yogurt with frozen blueberries
35
and frozen raspberries but the frozen berries the raspberries
36
and the blueberries i put them in the microwave
37
so i heated them up in the microwave so that they were warm and then i put that into the yogurt.
38
So then I had a really, really healthy breakfast.
39
And then of course, my lunch was also really healthy, because, well, I had scrambled eggs.
40
And eggs have a lot of protein, they have a good amount of protein.
41
Of course, things like meat, or protein powder, for example.
42
Of course, they have more protein in them, but eggs are healthy for you, and they have a good amount of protein in them.
43
And beets are really good.
44
The beets that I have have have fiber in them, and fiber is very good for your gut health, which is your stomach.
45
When you eat food you have to digest food
46
and you digest foods in your stomach
47
and fiber is very good for your gut health
48
and of course your gut health impacts your brain
49
if you have good gut health then your brain can work better
50
it can be more active after i had lunch it was about 6 30 p .m.
51
and I got ready to go to practice
52
because now I'm living in Poland you all know that
53
and I am on an American football team
54
which is crazy right I'm in Poland but I'm on an American football team
55
and in my group the group
56
that I train with I am the only American everybody else there is polish they are from Poland.
57
And so that's pretty cool and very fun.
58
I love, I really love American football.
59
I love America.
60
I love American football so much.
61
So, so much.
62
I adore it.
63
And so I had practice for about two hours
64
and then i came back home i took a shower as you can see
65
and then i had dinner i had dinner at like 11 p .m
66
so very late in the day 11 p .m of course
67
that was like two hours ago
68
and now here we are I am recording today's video
69
so of course very late I wanted to make
70
this a longer video for you guys where I'm using actual vocabulary about my everyday life
71
so that you can talk about your days you know to yourself in the mirror
72
when you're walking to the bus stop or the train station.
73
You can speak out loud in English or you can think in English.
74
You can talk about your day.
75
You can narrate your day, which is when you say things as you're doing them.
76
So if you're cooking, you can think, I am cooking scrambled eggs.
77
Those are eggs that you scramble.
78
You scramble them up.
79
So that is everything for today's video.
80
Thank you all for supporting me.
81
And of course, being nice in the comments, in the comment section.
82
Of course, I think that you guys are the true heroes.
83
And I'm being honest, it's not easy to learn another language
84
so I can appreciate how motivated you guys are showing up every day.
85
That means being here, watching a new video on YouTube every day.
86
So again, thank you guys and I will see you tomorrow.
87
Yeah, peace.
