and a tall glass of water.

when you mix it in the blender it just has all this like fuzzy foamy stuff

and the more you wait the more it comes to the top

so what i'm going to do now is i'm going to take a shower super quick

and pretty much that times everything perfectly.

So I come down, I scoop all that shit away and boom, I can drink my shake.
