hi everyone and welcome to the new video so today it's just me and this video will be about

basically me getting ready for my birthday trip so it's like just the usual stuff like some

i'm gonna get my nails done lashes and stuff like this also i'm on a diet now which is like

no sugar diet i've done it before and i love it so much it does the best for my skin

i feel like deep bloated as well like i it makes me feel way less bloated

so i love it

so that's what i'm doing i also try to do uh

pilates at least every other day um the best is

if i do it the best day it doesn't have to be anything tough

um but um i like to do something

and then also go for walks because walks are great um

so today i didn't film because my camera was dead

so sorry for that but basically i just got my lashes done

and for all of you wondering what i get done it's a caddy um 1d which is like

like a lash on lash basically it's not like two lashes on one lash

which i used to get done before that was 2d this one is 1d

and it's i think it's 11 to 13 millimeters or 12 to 14 so that's my

lash combo

and uh i also what i did today i walked around

a little bit in the center i uh bought a little just black headband

because i wanted for one of my outfits

and then i um oh yeah in the morning i worked out i did pilates by izzy i find her workout

super super great i did 40 minutes no equipment workout at home uh

and i love them so much like they burn so bad

but i feel great after them so that's it for today today is wednesday

so tomorrow i have quite a lot things to do like organizing

and getting stuff done for my birthday so tomorrow will definitely be more entertaining

and i'll take you guys with me good morning everyone it's thursday morning

and uh i'm just about to do my workout

so i'll show you what type of workout i do like i will not video myself working out because

but um i'll show you on the laptop uh so yeah

and then today is my um busiest day

because i have to get my nails removed as in like with the things

that i'm getting done it's not like i'm super super busy doing something important but just getting ready for my birthday

so I have to get my manicure removed pedicure done

and I need to pick up my shoes because I got them fixed

because my Louboutins were just ruined like absolutely freaking ruined

because those shoes are just not compatible with Prague like let me tell you they are not like

there are these little tiny blocks of brick

that are like super close to one another

and they basically make up most of the pavements

or like sidewalks here and

if you walk there with the Louboutins the heel gets in between those little bricks

but then when you want to pull it out it scratches the

and scrapes the heel so my heels were really like about to give up So yeah,

I got them fixed and they're ready so I'm so happy they got it done before my birthday.

But other than

that my day is not gonna be super super busy i'll just i'd like to go to the post office

and but anyway that's not a thing for this video that's just the boring stuff

that i have to do but um yeah i'll show you the fun stuff

so let's get on with the day

so today i made a little bit of a change

and i am gonna do killer abs uh just 20 minutes

because i did a full body workout that was a bit longer yesterday

so today i'm just doing a quick one uh and it's called it's by train

with gains by brains i guess um and normally i would do this one

but i did that like a couple days ago it's pilates by izzy

and like i don't love to repeat my workouts

so i just decided to do this one guys i'm just good i'm just getting ready to go

and get my manicure removed but um these are acrylic nails yeah

and i don't know um

if i love them like i really like what they look like

but i just think it's super super bad for my nail

but always when i get the gel nails you know like the gel

that um they basically mold on your finger with

that little i hope you know what i mean um then

my um they always just fall off like they always break

or something maybe i'm not careful enough with them

but like it just doesn't work for me

so i don't really know what to do i'm getting these removed

because i'm getting uh gel ones done tomorrow

because i want to switch up

because it's really bad for my nails i can feel it like i can just feel them going really soft

and like wavy and it's not good

and also i feel like you can't see it now

but the skin around the nail um it doesn't look the

best whenever i get these then it'll always look really dry

so i want to switch salon also because of that um

so i don't really know what to do

if you have any like advices or tips how to um make them last longer

or something like the gel ones

because i'm for sure switching to the gel ones now because these really really destroy my nails

so if you have any tips for how to keep the gel ones from snapping

and breaking and everything like that please let me know i'm back home

and i just got my manicure taken off i will try not to show you my nails guys

because they're absolutely disgusting like i hate my nails um

so i will try not to show you

and um i am getting them done tomorrow again

so hopefully um they work out great

but i'm just about to go for my pedicure appointment

and i'm just so excited um i am not sure

if i'll show you the color maybe but i don't know

if it's a good idea showing my feet online like i don't know there are some freaks out there

so maybe i'll just show you my manicure tomorrow

because i'll be getting matching manicure and pedicure

and now i'm just uh gonna well no not now now i'm gonna go

but after that i'm gonna go pick up my shoe

so i'm gonna show you once they're fixed

and then I'll just come home make coffee sit out in the balcony
