I saw a viral video the other day where someone said that influencing isn't a long -term career, and I just wanted to share my T -sense as someone who's been full -time for eight years now, maybe even nearly nine.

Honestly, I think a big part of that is because of the primary platform I picked, which was YouTube.

and I get comments all the time from people saying they've been in my audience for over 10 years, which is like, I mean, that's unfathomable to me.

If you told me when I started, when I was 14, that that would be the case, I would not have believed you.

Just think that kind of closeness and connection with an audience is something that is really hard to replicate elsewhere.

And then the second thing that's maybe more obvious is YouTube's partner programme.

that is like consistent throughout my entire time as a full -time creator, is really important i think i've always had multiple revenue streams

but the youtube partner program has always been a significant one

and i'm not only generating money off my most recent video

And I try not to let that cause me anxiety anymore because honestly, I think it's better to reframe it as I'm really excited to be at the forefront of a new industry.
