The first thing you need to do is decide on the type of company you will open.

As a foreigner, the most common company type in Turkey is the limited liability company.

The minimum share capital for this type of company is 10,000 Turkish Lira.

What's great is that you don't have to make a prepayment, you can pay it in two years.

Incorporation takes between three to four days for individual shareholders and seven to eight days for legal entity shareholders.
