So when an Integrity splashes down and lands on Earth, we will make first contact.

Our primary mission as Navy divers is to approach the capsule, be it safe and clear, and then when the astronauts are being offloaded,

they've been checked, they're good to go,

they will approach the front porch pretty much just like a giant life raft and then get picked up by helicopters.

My specific role, I will be the first rescue swimmer to rescue the first astronaut coming back from space.
