Oh
2
Guys we just had to restart this episode because Winston was oh and back we go just eating absolute fucking ass
3
I'm gonna be honest with you this whole This house is falling apart This house is falling apart Ah,
4
where to begin?
5
I guess in regards to the house falling apart, we went to New York Fashion Week, which I have a couple of things I would like to say.
6
No, please continue to eat ass.
7
Everybody loves the sound of that.
8
But the mic got just a little ASMR.
9
Hey, this video is brought to you by Frontline.
10
Make sure your dogs have their flea and tick medication.
11
So the panning over to the part of New York Fashion Week that I wanted to call out, I threw up for the first time.
12
I actually lied.
13
I had said that I hadn't thrown up since college, but I forgot that when I first discovered I had endometriosis,
14
I threw up on two periods in 2019.
15
I forgot about that.
16
But that was a different kind of vomiting.
17
It was from pain.
18
Pain vomiting is very different than being ill and vomiting.
19
but if you know nothing about me probably one of the most important things you should know is
20
that I am deathly afraid of throwing up it started I
21
don't know what my mom said even as a kid I
22
like never threw up I've probably can count on one hand
23
how many times I've thrown up from like the inception of my life to now I hate it
24
so much I don't like
25
when other people throw up I don't like being around it
26
I can't hear it I can't see it I can't even
27
have a conversation about it honestly like this conversation is triggering
28
me i was fucking terrible it was actually my worst nightmare
29
so kelsey and aria bopping around new york fashion week
30
and you know i wasn't making the best decisions i i
31
mom don't listen to this part i i did smoke like eight cigarettes on one day
32
that was my fault we'll never do
33
that again i do not condone it i paid i paid
34
the fucking consequences i faced the consequences don't worry we went out the the the night before we had a show, we had two events.
35
It was a very long day.
36
The fashion weeks of it all, you're just like really running on adrenaline.
37
You're not eating meals.
38
You're not drinking water.
39
You're not sleeping.
40
You're jet lagged.
41
You're socially drained.
42
You're like shoving an almond in your mouth when you have three seconds and calling it a meal.
43
It's just like a very short term shock to your system.
44
And I only had two drinks the night before.
45
And I didn't even register the cigarettes.
46
Honestly, it was my mom that texted me the next morning.
47
It was like, it's that the cigarettes.
48
And I'm like, you know what?
49
You're right, actually.
50
I think they are bad for you.
51
I woke up the next morning.
52
I went to bed at 4am, woke up at 8.
53
Kelsey's sleeping next to me.
54
Honestly, thank God Kelsey was there.
55
I would have had way more anxiety if you guys remember when I went to Vegas.
56
Oh, that was very spooky the next morning in the hotel room.
57
But I woke up and I went to bed at four, it was eight.
58
I was like, oh man, I can't lay down.
59
I kind of felt nauseous.
60
And then I, anytime I, just the idea of being nauseous causes me anxiety.
61
So then I start having like a panic attack
62
and then I can't figure out if the nausea is because I'm anxious or because I'm actually ill, both mentally and physically.
63
So I start feeling a little funkiness in my throat and I'm like, no, there's just, there's no way.
64
Like I kind of just feel like I'm stronger than throw up.
65
I feel like my body knows that I can't do it and it will avoid it at all costs.
66
Yeah, I went to the bathroom and I sat on the floor for a second.
67
That's that's that's the moment that's hard is the getting out of the bed to go sit in the bathroom
68
because that's when you that's that's accepting that it might happen.
69
And I kept just being like, no, if I just don't open my mouth, I don't speak and I don't go over there.
70
It'll never happen.
71
And then I sat on the floor and I started Googling.
72
I'm thinking to myself, God, this is so weird that I'm hung over because I'm The two times I can recall of me in my,
73
actually in my entire life being the drunkest I've ever been.
74
One was Vegas.
75
You guys remember the strip club.
76
That was probably the most drunk I've ever been.
77
And the second time was when Kelsey and I were in Turks and Caicos with Tarte.
78
And I'm sitting on the floor thinking, I didn't fucking throw up during those times.
79
And I was taking shots.
80
I just had two drinks last night.
81
What's going on?
82
and then I start googling I'll tell you what I haven't prayed in a
83
while I was praying I was fucking praying like I was
84
having I was like God universe whoever's controlling stuff around here
85
whoever I'm gonna speak to I know it's been a
86
while sorry got caught up with some stuff help me out
87
please I was crying like I was really going through it and then I got up I googled I said,
88
can Zofran fix a hangover?
89
Because I had Zofran.
90
And at this point, I'm convinced it's a hangover.
91
And it says like, yeah, it'll help with nausea.
92
But like, you need to drink.
93
I'm like, yeah, whatever.
94
I don't need the politically correct answer.
95
Is it going to stop me from throwing up?
96
I get up.
97
I run to the living room of our hotel room.
98
And Kelsey's like, Kelsey like kind of is awake.
99
And I was like, I'm not well.
100
And she starts laughing because usually that just like we're kidding
101
because she's never we've been friends for no damn 20 years it's been
102
that long since we've been in high school spooky oh my god we've Kelsey
103
and I have known each other for almost 20 years in 20 years that Kelsey
104
and I have been friends she has never seen me throw
105
up Shane's obviously never seen me thrown up throw up
106
so I say I'm unwell and she laughs
107
and I say no like I think I'm gonna throw up
108
I grab my Zofran pop it I thought it was like my kryptonite I might like reverse.
109
I was like, this is going to pop it.
110
I'm not even kidding you.
111
I take a sip of water.
112
I swallow it immediately run to the bathroom and start vomiting.
113
And in between the vomit, I'm yelling out to Kelsey.
114
Sorry, Kelsey.
115
Sorry, Kelsey, because I had to keep the bathroom door open.
116
And I would have been so angry if I were Kelsey.
117
I would have been like, shut the fucking door
118
and put soundproof on the walls you selfish fucking bitch i had to keep the door open
119
because i was just like really going through it
120
and i just like needed to know that there was a body near me
121
so i kept the door open so i thought
122
that what would be better than just hearing me throw up
123
was to hear my muffled apology gurgling in between everything kelsey's like falling over right now.
124
And she wouldn't respond.
125
No, I know.
126
I know.
127
She just reenacted it.
128
I'll reenact it for you.
129
Sorry, Kelsey.
130
Sorry, Kelsey.
131
Okay.
132
I'm so sorry if any of you are like semi-nauseous right now.
133
Don't listen to this episode if you're hungover.
134
So then I, she's not answering.
135
And I said, okay, it's either one of two things.
136
She can't hear me or she has her fingers in her ears.
137
But I kept saying it every time because I wanted to make sure she heard me.
138
And then I felt fine.
139
I have to like the fourth one.
140
I was like, good.
141
She's like, are you going to flush the toilet?
142
I was like, I'm going to be honest with you, TMI.
143
You wouldn't even know that I threw up.
144
I was just like puking water.
145
It was disgusting.
146
Then I will say this.
147
I get out of there.
148
You know, after you're sick or you're nauseous, you're like so hypersensitive to smells.
149
Oh, this gets me nauseous thinking about it.
150
You know, the delivery.
151
You're super sensitive to like scent anything.
152
Like I couldn't even like think about bread.
153
Like I was just like, don't talk about, I like didn't want to look at the mini bar.
154
I couldn't think of anything.
155
Well, at the exact moment that I was throwing up, I forgot that we were getting a delivery from two of my favorite food and beverage companies,
156
Poppy and Pops Bagels, right?
157
Pop-up bagels.
158
When did I say Pops Bagels?
159
Pop-up bagels.
160
Well, they did a collab with my favorite Poppy flavor, Shirley Temple.
161
And they came up with a Shirley Temple flavored cream cheese.
162
Can you imagine?
163
Can you imagine?
164
Can you imagine walking out of the bathroom post throw up and the door opens and you just get a whiff.
165
It's a bag of 12 everything bagels and the smell of Shirley Temple flavored cream cheese.
166
Diabolo.
167
I was like, this can't be happening to me.
168
It was like my dream date.
169
So that was my saga.
170
I was very proud of myself that I got through it.
171
Kelsey was a fucking trooper for dealing with me because I would have been like, go to the lobby and do that.
172
And I am not.
173
I haven't been around many people that throw up because I avoid them like the fucking plague.
174
But I would imagine that on the spectrum of insufferable pukers, I'm as far insufferable as you can go.
175
It's a full blown exorcism anyway
176
that being said fashion week was great i love fashion week
177
i i will say i don't know a lot of people
178
are really fucking entitled like i'm just gonna say it like a lot of people are really fucking entitled
179
and full of themselves and think that they're curing cancer
180
and rude um i have a really hard time with new york fashion week there's a lot of ego
181
at New York Fashion.
182
I mean, there's a lot of ego everywhere.
183
There's a lot of ego in fashion.
184
There's a lot of ego in content creation.
185
I know that there has always been a lot of discourse and we've talked about this, about creators going to Fashion Week and people are like, oh, whatever.
186
Like, I'm not gonna, like, I'm not one to comment on that.
187
I think that it's always existed, that that's always existed.
188
They used to be called socialites.
189
Like, it's just, they are the direct connection to the public.
190
Like it absolutely, content creators have evolved.
191
Like they used to be socialites, you know, not there, then they were, you know, bloggers and then they were influencers, then they were content creators.
192
And now the lines are so blurred.
193
They're just entertainers.
194
And I, and I think that, you know, there's, there's room for all different kinds of creators
195
and entertainers and artists at these shows that that is not to say just because you have a fuck ton of followers, you like should be entitled to go.
196
I think that there are people that are really interested and love doing this and are very grateful and enjoy it.
197
And other people that just do it because they think they need to do it.
198
And you can tell there's a I just I had a couple like, oh, man, it you.
199
Yeah, I don't know.
200
New York has always been the hardest one for me.
201
And I don't know if that's because it's predominantly so many content creators.
202
Whereas if you go to the Paris and Milan, you have less people that are going to those.
203
New York is you're getting a lot of creators and there are a lot of really fucking annoying creators.
204
I mean, honestly, like it's just there's a lot of people that think we're out here like doing crazy things.
205
There's a lot of people out here that think
206
because they have like a following that they're like more important or that anybody gives a fuck.
207
I'm going to tell you this when I didn't have a following when I was just like a struggling actor.
208
And then when I do have a following, I don't give a fuck.
209
I don't care.
210
Like if you start flexing to me about your following count, if anything, it gives me the fucking ick.
211
It's weird.
212
You're not more important.
213
It doesn't mean anything to me.
214
It's just like kind of crazy that when you go to these things, I mean, it's the same thing when I was an actor, I would go to like auditions and be in the waiting room and you would talk to somebody and be like,
215
oh, what have you been up to?
216
What are you doing?
217
Like making conversation.
218
And people would only want to talk about, well, I just booked this job and I'm going to be filming this movie.
219
I don't care.
220
What are you doing outside of this?
221
Like when I ask you, what have you been up to?
222
We both got the same invite.
223
We're both sitting front row at a fashion show.
224
We both are in the same world.
225
I don't give a fuck that you're booking this campaign and shooting this thing.
226
I literally don't care.
227
Like, I don't care.
228
And I think that's why I'm very appreciative, even more so of having Kelsey there with me because she keeps me grounded.
229
And I think that it really allows me to go.
230
I made the analogy yesterday to Kelsey, where I was like, when you have the ambulance driver and the person in the passenger seat,
231
the ambulance's driver, their job is just to like get to where they need to go.
232
And the person in the passenger seat is in charge of being aware of like pedestrians crossing
233
and red lights and stop signs.
234
And Kelsey is that for me, right?
235
Like I just need to focus on like, where am I going?
236
What do I need to go to?
237
Where do I need to be?
238
What do I need to be doing?
239
And Kelsey is just kind of keeping me in check.
240
And it allows me to not get too invested.
241
I think when I go by myself sometimes and I have interactions like that, they like really weigh on me and I get really defeated.
242
And I really have to just learn to protect my energy, which has been very hard to do and not let it affect me
243
because I will say I'm like two bad interactions away from just being totally jaded.
244
So I have to like really keep myself in check.
245
But the actual fashion of Fashion Week, the actual going to shows and being in glam and I love it.
246
It's there's so many talented people that create these beautiful shows.
247
And I'm always just extremely grateful to go to be able to go
248
and to be considered and invited and it's always a career high for me.
249
So we had a great time minus the fucking throwing up.
250
I was going through Q&As the other day on our little list and somebody had asked like, what are your favorites right now?
251
It was like favorite TV shows, favorite products, favorite, some other favorites.
252
So I thought that I would do a like products right now that are like elevating my life.
253
I post a lot of these on social media.
254
This is just a little collective of the consistent things.
255
I mean, if you're more interested, I post specific ones for like skincare and makeup and some of that sort.
256
But this is a little bit more lifestyle, just things that I've had in my life for the last year or two or more.
257
And I know I'm going to do this and I'm going to say, fuck, I forgot so many things.
258
But these were the first things that came to my mind.
259
OK, I have to tell.
260
OK, I'll tell that story after.
261
Yeah, I'll tell the story after.
262
OK, number one, Brooklinen washed European linen sheets.
263
I've been talking about these for a year now.
264
They changed my life.
265
I will never forget.
266
Shane and I, when we first started dating, we use like cheap ass fucking amazon sheets
267
and comforters i don't think i am never going to be of the mindset
268
that more expensive equals better quality keep
269
that in mind it does not there are things with a big price tag
270
that are fucking dog shit
271
that being said i never it never felt justifiable to invest in sheets
272
because i'm like they're sheets how much different can can they be And I was wrong.
273
Having good bedding changes my quality of life.
274
And if you are also teetering on that and you're like, I don't know, I'm telling you good bedding.
275
And there's this is not the only good bedding.
276
I love parachute.
277
Parachute is unbelievable.
278
I actually have their comforter.
279
Love their comforter.
280
I have two of them, actually, one in our guest room and one in our bedroom.
281
And whenever I get one dry cleaned, I kind of rotate.
282
It's my favorite comforter ever.
283
the sheets are the most comfortable things ever I remember the
284
first night I slept on them I had like the most
285
euphoric sleep I slept good I never got like too hot
286
or too cold investing in a good mattress and good sheets
287
and a good comforter I really think is very important to your quality of life and your day to day, they're not cheap.
288
They're quite an investment.
289
I know Brooklyn and does like Black Friday sales.
290
I think they do like semi semi biannual sales.
291
I'm not sure, but I'm here to say that
292
if you are looking to splurge a little and make a good investment on bedding, Brooklyn and washed linen, European sheets will change your fucking life.
293
On that now, Kelsey, what do you think my second one is in regards to bedding?
294
What do we love?
295
The Lola blanket.
296
Now, is it 100% microplastic?
297
I don't know.
298
Probably.
299
That's what everybody's yelling at me about when I post about it.
300
It's microplastic.
301
Okay.
302
God forbid I have a vice.
303
like those fucking Lola blankets.
304
I thought they were a conspiracy because I was always seeing influencers do ads for these fucking Lola blankets.
305
And I'm like, give me a fucking break with the Lola blanket.
306
I don't want if I have to.
307
I didn't buy one out of spite because I was like, fuck these Lola blankets.
308
I don't what.
309
Oh, yeah.
310
Do you guys remember if you guys saw the Lola blanket fashion show?
311
That was that was a trip.
312
I was like, there's just there's no way like there's no fucking way.
313
And I and to be honest with you, I would have never purchased one
314
because it was any anytime something is really overhyped i'm
315
that hater that's like oh come on there's no way it's
316
that good okay well we go to turks and kegos with tart
317
and they left a lola blanket on the bed and i put
318
that thing around me
319
and i looked at kelsey i said i'm never taking this off i said
320
if everything in my suitcase gets stolen fine i don't want this cannot go anywhere i now have have brought
321
that one back would bring it from the bed to the couch wrap myself in it it It is, you have to just fucking get it.
322
I can't even explain how amazing it is.
323
It's the best fucking bedding product ever.
324
It started smelling like dogs because the dog started taking it.
325
So Shane, I didn't know they make dog blankets.
326
So Shane bought the dog blanket versions.
327
Then I was gifted another one.
328
I can't have, I literally will accept as many as I am given because I love them so much.
329
I was gifted another one by my hairstylist.
330
And then my birthday is, by the time this is out, my birthday will have passed.
331
So if you didn't wish me a happy birthday, fuck you.
332
My birthday is next week.
333
And my Fruit Riot family sent me another Lola blanket in addition to the Lola blanket dog beds, which I didn't know they have.
334
They're incredible.
335
I think they make a really great gift.
336
They're very cozy.
337
I truly love them so much.
338
I just love to be warm and cozy.
339
I love fuzzy socks.
340
I love fuzzy pajamas.
341
I am like in the dead of summer.
342
I'm like wrapped up in a blanket So that has been my comfort.
343
The third one, which we're actually doing after this podcast, IV drips.
344
Again, an investment.
345
I understand that they are not cheap.
346
They've changed my life.
347
What do I get?
348
I get glutathione.
349
I get two bags of hydration.
350
I get zinc.
351
I get vitamin C and I get NAD.
352
NAD, a lot of questions about it.
353
Do research on it.
354
Make sure it's the right fit for you.
355
The way that I describe NAD or how it's affected me is recovery.
356
It's considered like the fountain of youth.
357
I recover from everything so much faster.
358
So if I am injured, I bounce back quicker.
359
If I'm sore, if I have an acne breakout, if I feel like I'm getting sick, I do them.
360
I would say it depends on how much I'm traveling, but around two to three, between two and four times a month or if I'm really traveling,
361
but I try to do it right before a trip and right when I get back.
362
I don't drink a lot of water.
363
Now, an IV drip is not in lieu of drinking water.
364
However, it's better than nothing.
365
And I have found that it has helped me a lot.
366
I get really bad cramps.
367
My periods have been exponentially better since doing it because I'm fucking hydrated or more hydrated than I used to be.
368
I just feel so good.
369
I feel so sharp.
370
I can't live without them now.
371
I just feel so much.
372
I don't think that I would be able to operate at the level
373
that I'm operating at with the kind of lifestyle
374
that I have without them because the give
375
and take of my schedule is I can't be as disciplined as I would like to with the foods
376
that I'm eating all the time and how much water I'm drinking
377
because I travel a lot and I'm in a hotel room and I'm on a plane.
378
I'm on set.
379
I'm working like it's just very hard to have consistency.
380
And I keep that as the thing that I go to.
381
And it's changed my life.
382
It really has.
383
I took Shane for the first time not too long ago.
384
Once he's a super like he's skeptical about everything.
385
He loved it.
386
My mom, same thing.
387
My mom, I told you guys a couple episodes ago, I took her out to get one and she was kind of like Hemming and Han, she was a little nervous about it.
388
And she called me and she's like, Oh my God, my skin looks so good.
389
I like feel so good.
390
I can't wait to get another one.
391
So it is something that you almost immediately see results.
392
And I think that's what makes it enticing to get them more
393
because it's not like one of these things where you have
394
to do 30 times to like maybe see any sort of difference.
395
On that note, Kind Patches, they are stickers, essentially.
396
They're sticker supplements.
397
They're amazing.
398
They, you put them on your different like pressure points.
399
So you can put them on the inside of your wrist.
400
You can put them on your chest, on your arm.
401
There's a bunch of different places you can put them.
402
So if you don't want people to see them or you know, you're going out and they don't look really cute because they kind of do look like nicotine patches.
403
Um, but they have them, they have one with NAD.
404
They have, oh my God, they have ones for period.
405
They have ones for sleep, recovery, hangover.
406
I know that there, I don't use any of these, but they're very known for their, what is it called?
407
The snacking thing, berberine.
408
That's their known thing for like to avoid snacking.
409
I don't touch any of the, anything that has to do with like metabolic or, or, you know, any of that stuff.
410
They're amazing.
411
I travel with them.
412
Actually, I cut them all up and I put them in a supplement case
413
and I just add them in addition to what I'm doing.
414
Again, they're not in lieu of supplements or vitamins.
415
The NAD one, actually the, the nurse who does my NAD injections, I had asked her, I'm like, these kind patches, what are your thoughts?
416
And she said, well, your skin, you know, is your, the biggest organ, right?
417
Like it absorbs things.
418
So it's, it's not going to be as strong as like sitting down and getting 200 milligrams of, or yeah, milligrams of milliliters.
419
I don't know, of NAD.
420
It's about 50, but it's something, it does something.
421
So it's like, I use them for when I'm traveling and I can't really get them done when I'm somewhere.
422
I just add them and I, I love them so much.
423
They're very low lift.
424
It's a great way to feel like you're kind of in control, especially if your schedule is a little chaotic and crazy and they work.
425
There's energy ones.
426
I kid you not, like you feel great.
427
So I love those.
428
The next one is microneedling.
429
I feel like a lot of these are on the pricier end.
430
Keep in mind, these are all things that I've been doing for a while.
431
Like these are things that I've been doing and like have to really love before I recommend them.
432
microneedling.
433
Number one, you got to go to the right place.
434
Like I know people that have gotten microneedling done.
435
They're like, yeah, I've gotten it, but I didn't love it.
436
You probably didn't go to the right place
437
or you probably didn't go to a really good place because that's part of it too, right?
438
Like anybody can say we do massages.
439
How many times have you left a massage and been like, that was a fucking terrible massage.
440
Go to someone very reputable.
441
Don't fuck around with that shit.
442
Microneedling has changed my skin completely.
443
I've now done three or I think three or four.
444
It just tightens my skin.
445
I actually do it.
446
And I know not everybody does this, but where I go, I do it under my eye and I do it on my eyelid.
447
I have a lot of loose skin around my eye and that's helped to kind of tighten that area a lot.
448
It's just made my skin look so glowy and it's helped with scarring and breakouts.
449
It's like my holy grail.
450
I love microneedling.
451
So I know microneedling is one of those things
452
that kind of seems a little invasive and scary and people are a little nervous to do it.
453
Again, another thing that I referred my mom to do
454
and she had an amazing experience and she obviously has a bit more mature skin.
455
So me speaking from my almost 33 year old skin and hers and it's incredible.
456
It really is the best.
457
Spironolactone.
458
I've been on spironolactone now since March, almost.
459
Wow, damn, March or May?
460
I think March.
461
Been on it for almost a year.
462
Wow.
463
I mean, it's definitely a temporary thing.
464
I still break out.
465
I get breakouts almost all the time still, but they just kind of go away a lot faster.
466
I don't get the big cystic ones that I used to get.
467
I still break out during my period.
468
The thing is, is somebody like me, I have hormonal breakouts.
469
there isn't really unless you you know do accutane or birth control
470
which i'm not going to get on would never get on again
471
but it's helped kind of keep it consistent for me
472
so like i i will have breakouts
473
but for the most part i kind of like know how
474
bad it could be whereas before it was like a fucking
475
dice roll i'd be like one day i would wake up with porcelain skin
476
and the next day I'd wake up and I was covered in cystic acne.
477
So at least has kept it a little bit leveled out for me.
478
So I know how bad it can be.
479
It does fuck up your cycle and stuff a little bit, though.
480
It takes there is quite a bit of a learning curve.
481
Phillips Hue light bulb light bulbs and all of their actual lighting fixtures.
482
I'm so horny for good lighting.
483
Like I try to explain this to Shane
484
because he loves to have all of our 12 LED overhead lights on in the fucking living room.
485
And it drives me insane.
486
Lighting is so important for your quality of life.
487
Honestly, if you're living in a place and you have all these fluorescent, bright, like yellowy lights.
488
No, it feels like you're in a fucking hospital.
489
We've actually switched out.
490
Philips Hue sells the actual light bulbs
491
so you can switch out your light bulbs in some of your fixtures and control it from your phone.
492
You can dim them, change the colors.
493
I try to get as many of them as I can.
494
I like, oh, it's my favorite thing at night, changing all the lights to a certain color to set the mood of like, I want to relax or I want it to be like,
495
you know, there's certain scenes like the Northern Lights is one of the scenes that plays or like during Christmas, there's like a Christmas one, whatever it is.
496
It's just good lighting is really important.
497
And a lot of times, especially if you are a renter
498
which we are they're putting the shitty ass fucking light fixtures everywhere
499
and it it's just it's so daunting
500
and you want your fit your your space to feel inviting
501
and peaceful and warm and and that has helped me a lot pura
502
which actually started out as a brand deal for winston and willa
503
and now it's one of my favorite all-time favorite products um
504
they are essential oil diffusers you control them from an app on your phone I now have one,
505
two, three, four, five, six in my house and one in my car.
506
Oh, sorry, seven, because I have one in my garage.
507
They're my favorite things ever.
508
There are specific ones that are kid and dog, kid and pet friendly.
509
But you can set timers, you can set a schedule on your phone, each room, different scent intensity,
510
how long you want it to go for, whatever it is.
511
It's just it's amazing and then during the holidays i have like holiday scents
512
that i use it's my favorite thing to do in the
513
morning i wake up i set all my lighting i turn on my jazz i like change all my puras
514
and it's just i don't know it really adds to my space
515
and i try not to light candles really anymore but
516
that still gives me the energy of you know it smelling like a spa
517
or whatever i want it's not fucking dog piss you know okay i have yeah i have three more um
518
sage wellness one of my favorite wellness brands i use a
519
lot of their products i love their products i think of them as a brand
520
that just kind of elevates everyday experiences they have shower steamers
521
which i love you just pop them in your shower i have like eucalyptus for during the day
522
when i want to wake up i have like a lavender one
523
that i use at i don't shower during the day like i rarely use the eucalyptus one
524
but the i have a lavender one that i use at night that helps me like relax.
525
That's like a great way to elevate something little like your shower.
526
I really am a big advocate for romanticizing the little things in your life.
527
And a shower for a lot of people, especially like if you're a mom, is one of the very few times,
528
maybe only time of the day that you have to yourself.
529
And I think a lot of people enjoy their alone time in the shower.
530
It's where we think about things, we listen to music, we meditate, whatever it is.
531
And anything that can elevate that experience for me.
532
I love.
533
So they're shower steamers.
534
They also have these, they're basically like pre-packaged loofahs.
535
They come in this kind of knitted bag that gives you this like exfoliating kind of effect with the soap already inside.
536
So it's already basically a loofah with the soap.
537
Love those.
538
I have those in like all of their scents.
539
They're my favorite.
540
Laundry sauce, laundry detergent and dryer sheets and some other fucking things that you use in the laundry.
541
They sent those to me a while ago.
542
I was very adamant about, I was sorry, not adamant, opposite.
543
I was very, I can't think of words today.
544
I also can't feel like the right side of my tongue.
545
I might be having a stroke today.
546
I'm trying not to think about it because I'm stressed about it.
547
It's fine.
548
They, I was a little bit nervous to try them because I have really sensitive skin, like the wind blows and I get a rash.
549
So I use, usually the laundry detergent that I use is all clean, natural, not scented.
550
But I wanted to try it was like hypoallergenic
551
and some other nice words on the packaging that made me feel like I was safe to try it.
552
I think it's Himalayan cashmere is the one that I use.
553
And there are these little pods that you just throw in your washing machine.
554
Oh, my God, they smell so good.
555
It makes laundry fun.
556
I actually look forward to doing laundry.
557
I haven't had any issues with sensitivity or any of that it's just elevated my laundry experience.
558
So Himalayan cashmere is my the scent that I use.
559
I have the dryer sheets, which I don't typically use very often.
560
And then they have like a scent enhancer for the washing machine and then the pots.
561
Oh my God, I fucking love those.
562
Like I actually get excited about doing laundry, which I can't do right now because all of our shit is unplugged because our floor is our downstairs is flooded.
563
That's fun.
564
And then lastly, eye patches.
565
I used to think eye patches, under eye patches were a gaffe.
566
And then I started hitting a point in my life where I don't get to sleep very often.
567
And I actually get bags.
568
I used to never get bags under my eyes.
569
I thought I was like above it.
570
And now I get them.
571
And I get them very often because I don't sleep all the time as well as I would like to.
572
But what I do is I, listen, there's a lot of really good eye patches.
573
I have a bajillion.
574
I think my favorite is like a gel eye patch because it's a little bit more cooling.
575
I have some aloe ones right now.
576
I stick them in my fridge.
577
And in the morning I wake up
578
and I put them on under my eye while I have my coffee and do whatever.
579
And then the cooling part helps with any puffing.
580
And then they really do help at least lubricate under the eye
581
so that you can set your makeup or whatever you're doing.
582
And then on that note, sheet masks.
583
You guys, if you follow me on social, you know I'm a Korean skincare sheet masks.
584
They just they do it right.
585
I believe my favorite three brands are all K Skincare, which is Dr. Jart, specifically the cryo rubber one, the blue one.
586
It's cooling.
587
It lowers your skin's temperature by 10 degrees.
588
Love that one.
589
That's the one I always use when I'm traveling on planes.
590
Second brand being Metacube.
591
I think it's the pink PDRN one that I use.
592
And then the third one is Biodance, but specifically the purple sheet mask.
593
It was a collaboration with Yuri.
594
I fucking love them if you travel
595
if you get puffy you just don't have time to do fucking skin care whether it be in the morning
596
or at night or before you have to go somewhere
597
and you want your makeup to look bomb a sheet mask really is great
598
and you can also put those in the fridge
599
or the freezer to get them to cool
600
and that's kind of my my like roundup right now I'm
601
gonna go figure out why the side of my tongue is numb
602
and I'm gonna go get an IV
603
and yeah I love you guys I'll see you next week because that's what we've been doing See you on Thursday.
604
Bye, I love you.
