1
Hi my loves, welcome back to Lavendaire.
2
Are you feeling tired, dull, or just uninspired in life?
3
Too often, we get caught up in the constant demands of work, life, and other responsibilities and end up feeling drained and exhausted.
4
Maybe you haven't been taking care of yourself as much as you should and the signs are showing.
5
Today I'll be sharing 6 simple habits that can help you feel better.
6
Tips to boost your energy, productivity, and overall well-being.
7
By incorporating these habits into your daily life, you'll be on your way to feeling amazing.
8
Habit 1.
9
Incorporating music into your day Music is a powerful tool that can shift your mood and energy in so many ways.
10
It can help us relax, focus, or energize and motivate us.
11
Use music as the soundtrack to your life, creating the backdrop to the scene with you as the main character.
12
Playing happy, upbeat music can lift your mood and energy and set the tone for a really good day.
13
I love playing music as I'm getting ready because it just puts me in a more confident mood.
14
I also love calming music when I'm journaling, meditating, walking, or working.
15
It enhances the mood and helps me go deeper within.
16
Whatever you're hoping to achieve in your day, use music to enhance that experience.
17
It's a way to romanticize your life and will naturally make you feel more amazing.
18
Habit number two, healthy eating.
19
Maybe you're feeling tired and sluggish because of what you've been putting in your body.
20
Remember that you are what you eat.
21
So if you want to feel healthy and alive, you should be eating foods that are healthy and alive as well.
22
It sounds a little strange when I say it that way, but it's true.
23
Whole foods like fruits and veggies are alive, and it's healthiest to eat foods that are closest to what you find in nature.
24
Those foods that last months in your pantry are often loaded with preservatives, chemicals, and artificial ingredients that aren't good for you.
25
They also lack nutrients due to how they're processed.
26
So it's so much better to eat more whole foods that actually nourish your body.
27
To make healthy eating easier, find routines or mantras that help you eat better.
28
For example, mantras like, eat fruits daily, or always have veggies with my dinner.
29
Having a mantra like this can help you make better choices and stick to your ideal healthy lifestyle.
30
Eating a healthy and balanced diet every day will help you feel more energized and improve your overall health.
31
All right, let's take a quick break because I want to show you my new beautiful Our Place cookware set.
32
So thanks to Our Place for sponsoring this video.
33
So I'm actually going to be moving very soon.
34
And I'm so excited to purge all of my old cookware, all those scratched up pots and pans and refresh them with this new set.
35
So let me tell you three reasons why these are so amazing.
36
First off, this is the always pan, my favorite.
37
This is a 10 in one.
38
And then this one is the perfect pot.
39
This is an eight in one.
40
And then these are mini versions of these.
41
So with these four pieces, they're so versatile.
42
You can literally do anything.
43
I already have an always pan that I've been using for like a couple of years and I love it.
44
I use it for everything from sauteing veggies to steaming dumplings, making noodles, making pasta.
45
I love the steamer basket that comes with it because you can just do so much.
46
And just one pan can do a lot, but now I'm excited to use this entire set and start cooking more.
47
Number two, they all have a toxin-free nonstick that is safe and effective.
48
So when you're cleaning it, food just slides right off.
49
It's just super easy.
50
And then number three is when you get the set, you save a lot of money, especially now because they're doing a really, really big sale.
51
I think it's the biggest sale of their year, which is why this is so exciting.
52
I'm excited to share it with you.
53
I think when you get the set, you save $230, and this is a price that you won't find throughout the year.
54
So it's really just right now.
55
So if you want to refresh your kitchen and make cooking easier and more beautiful, you can shop all of our place.
56
You see the link in the description below.
57
Habit number three, meditation.
58
Meditation is a simple yet powerful habit that can help you feel more calm and centered.
59
The simple act of connecting with your breath can help regulate your nervous system
60
and create some distance from your thoughts and worries.
61
We feel best when we are balanced and at peace, and meditation helps us achieve that.
62
I live by the motto, the busier you are, the more you have to meditate.
63
Meditation helps you get out of your busy mind and reconnect with your body, intuition, and spirit.
64
Sometimes that's all we need to realign ourselves with the best path forward.
65
Start by setting aside just a few minutes each day to sit quietly and focus on your breath.
66
I have a guided meditation playlist if you prefer to follow along.
67
Doing this every day, even if it's just for 5 minutes at a time, will make you feel more grounded,
68
calm, and centered in life emotions will stay in balance and you'll be able to find peace even in stressful situations.
69
Habit number four, having a gratitude practice.
70
If you want to feel more positive about yourself and your life, the fastest way to do that is through gratitude.
71
Gratitude is the secret ingredient to happiness and fulfillment.
72
And the good news is that you can always find something to be grateful for.
73
Make gratitude a daily practice by taking some time each day to focus Focus on what you have to be grateful for.
74
Focus on the good.
75
Focus on your blessings.
76
Focus on what's going right in your life instead of what's going wrong.
77
This shift in perspective will change everything.
78
I'm using the joy journal from our shop that I created.
79
It literally takes 5 minutes a day to fill out and helps you focus on gratitude and joy each day.
80
This simple practice of morning and evening gratitude shifts your mind towards the positive
81
and makes you feel so much better about yourself and your life.
82
Simple and effective.
83
Step number 5, stretching or yoga.
84
Your body is a physical reflection of your inner state.
85
If you are stressed or uptight, then your body will be stiff and tense.
86
Your body and mind are interconnected, so stretching or doing yoga is great for your overall physical and mental health.
87
It's relaxing and helps release stress and tension from your daily life.
88
Our bodies enter their natural healing state when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated.
89
And that only happens when we relax.
90
Your relaxed self is your happy self.
91
Give yourself some love by incorporating a daily habit of stretching or doing yoga.
92
Decide which part of your day would be best to insert this habit.
93
For some, it might be a morning stretch.
94
For others, you may prefer evenings.
95
I like to do slow stretching sessions in the evenings.
96
It feels so good to bring my awareness into my body and deep breathe throughout the session.
97
I close my eyes and treat it like a meditation session, where with each exhale, I'm sinking deeper and deeper into the stretch.
98
I do this pretty slowly.
99
I'll spend about 30 minutes stretching.
100
It's healing and nourishing on so many levels, body, mind, and beyond.
101
If you don't know where to start, I have a daily stretching video that I've made as well that I can link down below.
102
Tip number 6, reading over scrolling.
103
It's no secret that so many of us are addicted to our phones.
104
It's too easy and so detrimental to our health to scroll endlessly on our little devices.
105
Imagine how much better you would feel if you would replace that time scrolling with something more positive, like reading a book or learning something new.
106
Start shifting your habits by setting aside 15 minutes each day to read or learn something new.
107
Reaching for your phone, reach for a book.
108
Reading or learning something new can make you feel like you're growing and expanding your mind.
109
It's a healthier alternative to mindless scrolling.
110
It can also help you improve your focus, concentration, and attention span, which we all could use a little more of.
111
Actually, these are all things that would contribute to a more successful life.
112
The better your focus, concentration, and attention span, the further you'll likely go in life.
113
that don't fall prey to the traps of social media.
114
Which of these six habits will you start to incorporate into your daily life?
115

116

118
Oftentimes, we know what we need to do, we just forget to do it.
119
This video is that little reminder.
120
Please share this with anyone who you think it'll help and remember to take care of yourself.

122
