1
Hello and welcome back to another video.
2
This is going to be a slow English vlog to help you learn English naturally while I make a cup of tea.
3
There are a couple different ways to make tea and so I will go over both of those.
4
The first way that I like to make tea is probably the easiest way
5
and it's using a tea bag
6
so in this container I have all of my tea bags
7
I have a lot of different types of tea in here
8
these are all the different types of tea bags I have right now so one of them is a chai tea
9
fenugreek tea
10
chamomile tea which I love to drink this before I go to bed dandelion tea
11
which is a great tea to help with digestion
12
and also support your liver and raspberry leaf tea which is really great for women and their hormones.
13
So I could make tea using a tea bag.
14
Another way to make tea is by using loose leaf tea.
15
So this is a bag of black tea
16
and it doesn't come in individual bags like the ones I was showing you
17
but it's just a big bag with all the tea leaves inside
18
and so I'm going to be making loose leaf tea this morning
19
and so I'm going to be using two things to make this cup of tea.
20
I will first need a kettle to boil the water.
21
I will also need a strainer so I can put the loose leaf tea inside while I'm brewing my tea.
22
So let's get started.
23
So this is the kettle and I will need to add some more water inside.
24
So I'm going to put some water inside, put the lid back on,
25
and turn on the kettle and I like to boil my tea at 180 degrees.
26
As the water is heating up I can put the tea into the strainer so it's ready.
27
I have a teaspoon that I will use.
28
I like my tea to be strong so I will use two teaspoons of black tea.
29
One teaspoon into the strainer and two teaspoons.
30
Now the water has finished heating up
31
so we can pour it into our cup
32
and I will just stir
33
the tea grounds in the cup to mix it
34
and now we will wait a couple minutes to let the tea finish brewing.
35
Okay so it's been a couple minutes so the tea is finished brewing
36
so I'm going to remove the strainer and place it down
37
and now I will prepare my tea the way I like it.
38
like to add milk to my tea
39
so I will add a little bit like that
40
and then I will We'll give it a stir and now we have a lovely cup of tea.
41
If you like your tea sweet, you can always add sugar to it.
42
I like mine unsweet so I'm not going to add any sugar to mine.
43
