The other building is offices.

OK, so this slide shows a map of the central area of Granford with the High Street in the middle
48
and School Road on the right.
49
Now, we already have a set of traffic lights in the High Street at the junction with Station Road, but we're planning to have another set at the other end
50
at the school road junction to regulate the flow of traffic along the high street.
51
We've decided we definitely need a pedestrian crossing.
52
We considered putting this on school road just outside the school
53
but in the end we decided that could lead to a lot of traffic congestion
54
so we decided to locate it on the high street crossing the road in front of the supermarket.
55
That's a very busy area, so it should help things there.
56
We're proposing some changes to parking.
57
At present, parking isn't allowed on the High Street outside the library, but we are going to change that and allow parking there,
58
but not at the other end of the High Street near School Road.

but lorries also use those spaces
64
so we've got two new disabled parking spaces on the side road up towards the bank
65
It's not ideal but probably better than the present arrangement We also plan to widen the pavement on School Road.
66
We think we can manage to get an extra half metre on the bend just before you get to the school, on the same side of the road.
67
Finally, we've introduced new restrictions on loading and unloading for the supermarket, so lorries will only be allowed to stop there before 8am.
68
That's the supermarket on School Road.

79
As you see, they are served by the perimeter road, which runs round three quarters of the site.
80
Now, coming round to the front of the building, immediately in front of the entrance,
81
that circular open space at the end of the road is the transport hub.
82
From here there are buses and a monorail link to the free car park, about 10 minutes from here, but you can't see that.

86
beyond the buildings, you can see our outdoor pitches, which I mentioned earlier.
87
Between the pitches and the entrance is a little kind of pedestrian plaza.
88
Are you with me?
89
No, I'm not.
90
OK, with the cinema in the building furthest away from us, next to the pitches.
91
Then there's the 10-pin bowling between the cinema and the road.
92
Near the far end of the perimeter road and between the mini roundabout and the pitches,
93
there's our fitness centre with all kinds of equipment and a small pool and changing rooms for teams using the pitches.

You can see it from here.
103
It's that building on the plaza between us and the bowling.
104
It's open all day and in the evenings.
