Welcome to the Nicola Rio Technical Training Center
2
and I will show you today how we installed the equipment
3
and give you an introduction about every equipment that we have here.
4
For the mechanical part, we have a full torqueing equipment inside here so we can
5
torque with the hydraulic tool and the electrical tool so the high-torquing
6
equipment are here and we have also an installation to stretch a bolt
7
so it's a low pressure
8
but it's still working like same than we are inside a
9
wind turbine we have a full pump high torque pump here plus a half nt3 pump socket that we can
10
that we can simulate a torqueing session here.
11
For the mechanical also we have another small bench here
12
so we can use a standard torque wrench
13
and show to the student difference when we torque a boat between the lubricate boat
14
and non lubricate boat and we can use digital galliper
15
and measuring tool to make the difference between the stretch on the boat on the electrical side
16
so for the mechanical it's what we have here on the bench
17
but we still have a four-yard drive
18
and we have three pitch system pitch drive including the motor
19
and the gearbox
20
and we also can do here a test torque test with the bolt the mounting bolt of the gearbox
21
itself plus the electric motor to the gearbox
22
so we have a lot of things here to play with
23
for the mechanical part for the electrical part now we have a full sanbyon electrical cabinet exactly the same cabinet
24
that we have inside the sanbyon winter bean
25
so there's no difference we installed all electrical cabinet and everything starts here with the converter.
26
Converter, all of the cabinet are supplied with a 600 volt AC 3-phase.
27
We have a 60 amps capacity to supply all of the auxiliary systems,
28
including the pitch system.
29
So we start here with the 1S1 cabinet.
30
This is the main connection cabinet where the grid is connected and the stator of the generator.
31
We have here the 1S2 cabinet where we have the auxiliary equipment and the auxiliary supply for the winter beam.
32
One S3, one S4 and one S5 cabinets.
33
So this cabinets are the real converter.
34
There's an IGBT filtering cabinet plus the main converter controller is there, the CSC4.
35
After that we have the base box.
36
This is where the communication to the wind farm is located.
37
The switches are here, the fiber optic switch.
38
Plus they have also a back-mounted slave module inside this cabinet.
39
The top box,
40
this is the brain of the wind turbine is where the
41
backman computer backman tlc is located with the distribution of the 575
42
or 600 volt in our case to supply all of the electric motor the fan generator fan gearbox fan motor
43
the motor etc
44
so our cabling everything is original from the winter me we didn't change nothing we use exactly the same cabling
45
that they have inside of intervie we just adapted everything to make sure
46
that it fits in our location that we have here.
47
For the electric part, we also have all sensors that they have inside the NASO,
48
inside the real NASO.
49
So we have here a full set of PT100,
50
PT1000 proximity switch, and we have the 4 to 20 milliamp simulator.
51
So this represents the pressure gearbox oil transmitter.
52
So instead of having the real transmitter,
53
we installed a simulator here to simulate the
54
1420 milliamps and they are very good to show them how the process control signals are working.
55
We have also a selector switch here to simulate the pressure switch,
56
how the pressure switch are working with the logic that they have linked together inside the SCADA,
57
inside the backmount computer.
58
The thoraconic anemometer, it gives the wind speed and the wind vein direction.
59
We have a cup anemometer on the top of the top box,
60
plus an analog wind vein tube.
61
The sleep ring here, this is exactly the same model that we have inside the wind turbine.
62
So the signal came from the top box,
63
passed across the sleep ring and goes to the cable harness.
64
This is exactly the same cable harness that they have on the machine.
65
And it's going on the other side to supply the pitch
66
system with the 400 volt AC main supply plus communication and the control signal.
67
Hydraulic stations, this is another module that we can fully cover on the BTT.
68
So we have here the original,
69
the same hydraulic unit that they have installed inside the S&V wind turbine.
70
And we have one Yaga dipper and one Rotter dipper.
71
So the Yaga dipper, it's just one instead of having between 8 to 12 dipper inside the S&V machine,
72
depending on the type.
73
But it's fully functional, so it's exactly the same pressure, the same signal.
74
And we have here the Rotter hub dipper.
75
So the rotor half gallipper,
76
we have kind of big plate of steel here to simulate the real disc brake
77
that we have inside the machine and everything is fully functional.
78
For the electrical part, we also have here a small simulator and this simulator they have contactor,
79
two relays, pilot light plus here we have a small remote to control the pilot light
80
and to control the equipment on this small board.
81
We can teach the parallel series logic with the
82
board light that we have here
83
and we can teach also the relationship between the AC
84
and DC we have a power supply everything is supplied with 120 volt AC connected to a GFCI service circuit
85
so everything is safe everything is touch safe
86
so it's a very very useful to teach what's the difference between the relay and contactor,
87
or they are the same in the same times, they are so different.
88
So this is a very nice small bench to work with.
89
On the other side we have here the complete pitch system.
90
So on the table we have the,
91
yeah this is a SSD pitch system,
92
we have the access cabinet on the top where are located the DC trans
93
and all of the contactor and the equipment to drive the pitch motor
94
and on the floor here there is the battery cabinet.
95
Battery cabinets are fully loaded of batteries it's exactly the same than the winter bean is working the same.
96
Central cabinet here we have the we call it the LBV
97
cabinet this is this is where the pitch controller is located
98
and this is the brain of the pitch system we have all three pitch motor pitch drive
99
and we have the pinion down here inside the inside this
100
small cabinet here it's protected with plexiglass for safety we have the secondary encoder
101
and color eb limit switch and again all wiring
102
that i use here is exactly the same wiring
103
that we have inside the machine
104
so everything is fully functional here for the for the water hub everything is working so i think the tour is complete.
105
I hope that you like our setup that we have here
106
and we have we have place for training for you guys so just let me know
