It is now about 10 a.m so it's time for breakfast.

I was up quite early for me,

for me this morning because I had class at 8am.

I'm not a huge breakfast person.

Like some people love breakfast.

I could skip breakfast, honestly.

But recently I have been enjoying it.

I've been having French toast.

so that is what we are going to have first.

So the first thing that I do is I crack an egg into the bowl

and I add a dash of milk as well, just a small bit.

I then grab the cinnamon

from the cupboard so I use sweet cinnamon

and I just guess I guess how much to put in

this was quite a lot I add about a spoonful of sugar

and then I just whisk everything together with a fork you also call this beating I beat the mixture

so I mix it

I also use brioche so I keep it in the freezer and defrost it when I need to use it.

I put a small piece of butter in the frying pan

and then I just mix the like cinnamon toast mixture with the brioche bread

and I put it in the frying pan to fry.

I like having my french toast with strawberries

so I chop the top off the strawberry

and I slice them now it's just time to flip the french toast

and let it cook for a couple more minutes and and everything is done.

Next I just add everything together,

and this is definitely my favourite breakfast to have right now and I ate it while watching YouTube,

I have some leftover rice from yesterday and I'm just gonna do like a super quick fried rice with tofu.

To make the fried rice I basically just used anything that I had in the fridge already.

So I chopped up a mushroom and the light part,

I then put that into the frying pan with a little bit of olive oil to fry.

For protein, I chop a small amount of smoked tofu.
