쉐도잉 연습: Inside Bracket22, A Trading Firm Powered By Al Agents - 영상으로 영어 말하기 배우기

레슨 만드는 중...
1
Hey, Houston, show me the charts from the work that Desmond did this weekend, the strategies we tested.
2
OK, so here's the charts.
3
He just pulled them up.
4
Let's take a look at a couple of these.
5
AI has completely changed what my office looks like.
6
When I was running the crypto fund, I had about seven or eight employees there every single day.
7
We had offices around the world.
8
We had people in Hong Kong.
9
We had people in California.
10
And we ran an operation that ran 24-7.
11
I closed the hedge fund about 16, 16, 18 months ago and decided to take some time off from there.
12
And in about November of 2025, when Opus, I think it was Opus 4.6 came out with Claude, that's when I started to really heavily use AI.
13
And it was really at first just to, I would take a chart, copy and paste it into AI and say, hey, read this chart and give me a technical analysis on it.
14
Now that I've closed the fund, I basically replicated the staff that I had at the fund with AI agents.
15
And so now AI agents monitor everything for me 24 hours a day.
16
Let's meet the employees now, or my AI bots.
17
Okay, so we start here, we've got Houston.
18
He's mission control.
19
He's in charge of everything.
20
He talks to all these bots.
21
All these bots come back and talk to him.
22
He can do everything from research to running the firm.
23
We've got Ducey, who's next on the list.
24
He's in charge of the red team.
25
Once we've done all the research, we say attack this entire thesis.
26
See if you can break it.
27
Then down here, we have Steffi, Steffi Gratt.
28
She's the technical analyst.
29
She'll mark up charts for us.
30
They used to have about seven or eight employees all around the world.
31
A lot of them were based in New York pre-COVID.
32
And between their salaries and compute and healthcare and everything like that, My payroll is well into the millions of dollars per year.
33
I mean, these are highly talented people and they deserved every penny that they got.
34
Now, when I'm using AI, I run somewhere around 30 to $40,000 a year total.
35
And that's with every AI agent.
36
That's with all my compute.
37
That's with everything I need to completely replicate a hedge fund completely with AI.
38
I would estimate I'm at least 10 times more productive with my AI agents.
39
So now if you take a staff of 100, you've got a staff of 1,000.
40
So it's not necessarily just, hey, you can replace everybody with AI agents.
41
you can make your existing employees at least 10 times, maybe more, more productive.
42
Thanks for that, Houston.
43
File that away so everybody can see those things.
44
Hey, Steffi, are there any other interesting patterns on this chart that I need to know about?
45
So here's the corporate brain.
46
Each one of these nodes, each one of these dots is a piece of information that's come into the firm, whether it be research, every trade we've done, every email that comes in.
47
It's connected to everything else in the firm, almost like neurons.
48
The best thing about working with AI agents or AI bots is
49
that I can ask them a question any time of the day.
50
If it's 3 o'clock in the morning and I wake up and have an idea or have a thought, I can just ping them and say, hey, check this out.
51
I don't have to worry about waking somebody up in the middle of the night, which I may or may not have done in the past.
52
So I think the future of Wall Street looks something like this.
53
And I've talked to people that are working at big hedge funds now, and they're doing something like this.
54
They're all doing their own version of using an AI agent.
55
What I think Wall Street looks like is one single hedge fund manager working with maybe one
56
or two people under them and then working with a swarm of agents under
57
that but my job as the human being is to be one step ahead of it on creativity
58
so far ai agents haven't been able to do that
59
so they're much more of a tool in the whole process rather than a replacement of it
60
but you know what maybe someday it that happens and um you know
61
Old BK will just have to be at the beach.
