1
Do you believe that James molested your daughter?
2
I can't imagine a four-year-old lying about it.
3
But, I mean, when it first happened and she was telling me
4
that a monster did it because she was too afraid to say who, I honestly did not think of him.
5
I honestly, when she finally admitted it was daddy, I was shocked.
6
I didn't think it was him until she said it.
7
I never, if I suspected that he would have done something like that, I wouldn't have left her with him.
8
Does she call anybody else daddy?
9
Now she calls Jason daddy, but that's been after this whole thing came out.
10
How did the accusations come up?
11
She went out there.
12
She was supposed to spend a month with him.
13
Turned into like three or four months because he didn't send her back.
14
I ended up having to save up my own money to go out there and get her.
15
When she came back, all the clothes I sent her out there with were completely filthy.
16
It was like he didn't even wash the clothes at all the whole time she was there.
17
And he's got his own washer and dryer in his house with his parents.
18
So I took her to the laundromat right away.
19
I threw all the clothes in the washer, took them out.
20
You know, I threw her underwear in the drawer.
21
I didn't go through and look at them.
22
Like, I didn't think I had to go through and inspect her clothes.
23
And so it wasn't until, like, a month or so later, we were at the mall, and she had gotten herself dressed that morning.
24
So we were at the mall, and back then I still used to help her because she was only barely four.
25
So she asked me to come in the bathroom with her, so we're in the stall.
26
When I go over there to help her, I look down, and there's a blood stain like this big.
27
And she's just turned four.
28
I got her back like a month before her fourth birthday.
29
So I asked her about it, and she didn't want to talk about it.
30
At first, she would change the subject.
31
So I gave her a couple days, and I tried asking her again.
32
And then she told me that a monster came in her room when she was at Daddy's house and hurt her pee-pee.
33
But I didn't want to push it, so I figured I'd give her a couple more days and see if I'd get a more straight answer.
34
So a couple days later, I was at work bartending, and Jason, my boyfriend, he calls me up, and he said, so I was having a talk.
35
And he said, he kind of explained to her how monsters aren't real, how monsters are just pretend.
36
She said that she knew.
37
And so he said, okay, so who is the monster that you were pretending, you know?
38
And she said, well, it was Daddy.
39
The reason she said it was a monster is because when Grandma found out about it, She said that she was gonna be in big trouble
40
if she told anybody it was daddy
41
that she better tell people it was a monster or else I took the underwriter down to the police station.
42
They gave me a number to call They said this is Child Protective Services.
43
You have to go through them.
44
The investigation was open.
45
Yes And what happened with it?
46
Basically what happened was once they got a hold of the people in the state where her father lives
47
because we live in different states
48
They said that the only thing that they could do is
49
if me and my daughter were to fly out there and stay out there for the course of an investigation.
50
I don't have the money for plane tickets.
51
I don't have the money to stay in a hotel.
52
You'd have to uproot your life to pursue this investigation where you took all the proper steps, I believe.
53
Have you allowed James to see her talk to her since?
54
He hasn't seen her.
55
No. He doesn't get to talk to her on the phone.
56
James' sister Dana's here.
57
Let's bring her out.
58
What I want to ask you is, do you believe your brother molested his daughter?
59
No, I don't think so, but you know, the test will tell me.
60
Okay, well, but other than that, have you ever noticed any strange behavior from your brother?
61
No, no, I haven't.
62
If he fails, what will you do?
63
I will have to disown him because I have two children of my own, Steve.
64
And I have a boy and I have a girl. And
65
if they're gonna let me be able to see my niece
66
too i would do i would just own you you love
67
your niece i love my niece to death she's like my daughter when she's out here and she loves her
68
you're a four-year-old daughter liar really you think a four-year-old little girl's gonna make up a story about
69
that how does a four-year-old daughter know about
70
that kind of stuff to make up a story like that
71
and no i would i didn't accuse you
72
when i first found the blood
73
and she said it was a monster you know who i
74
thought it was first it wasn't until it came out of her mouth
75
when we asked who the monster was that's the only thing
76
that made me think it i didn't want to think
77
that of you i would never hurt my daughter i love my daughter to death do you really believe
78
that she's making this up because you haven't paid child support yes i do you really
79
so you think She's making us all up really all this emotion between your sister
80
and her you really believe that she's making that up Yes, I do okay.
81
Why don't you send her any money for your daughter?
82
Well, Steve I try to do the right thing by sending child support papers out there.
83
She never filled them out.
84
Why don't you hold on hold on?
85
I don't care about papers.
86
The only paper I care about is the green kind that you can spend I don't want to see them.
87
I brought the f*s.
88
No matter what court, this and that, kids need to eat.
89
Yeah, I know.
90
Kids need to be in a house or apartment.
91
I know.
92
So that can't be done without money.
93
Why don't you send money for your daughter?
94
Because I want to do it the right way on the book.
95
But you haven't done it in when?
96
Why?
97
For three years you don't send money?
98
You want to do it the right way?
99
Yes, I do.
100
She gets stunned to death.
101
No, she won't.
102
Well, because of what she does.
103
Not because of what Daddy does.
104
Let's bring out your boyfriend, Jason.
105
OK.
106
How did you find out about the allegation?
107
When she found the underwear is when we found out.
108
And then she started talking to her daughter.
109
Daughter kept saying about this monster.
110
You engaged her in a conversation where you tried to explain that the monsters aren't real.
111
Who's the monster?
112
And what did she say to you?
113
She finally understood that monsters weren't real, and she ended up saying that Daddy was the monster.
114
And Grandma told me not to tell, otherwise I'd get in trouble.
115
Would you lie?
116
Would you be in cahoots in this story if it was a lie?
117
No. Any reason that you're like, you're mad at them, too, because maybe you're spending you work?
118
Yeah.
119
Any resentment that, you know, you're out working, you're paying for a child that's not yours while Daddy doesn't send the dial?
120
No, she ain't yours.
121
She's mine.
122
I have to ask you,
123
did you ever molest a little girl?
124
You didn't and you also took a lie detector test?
125
Are you gonna pass out?
126
Do you need to go backstage and sit down for a second?
127
Give him some water.
128
Give him some nice water.
129
I'm not allowed to sit down.
130
Get the water, Jay.
131
Get behind him just in case he passes out.
132
Yeah, because I can't catch him.
133
I'm sorry.
134
In fact, Mike, why don't you each hold one of his arms?
135
Because I got a funny feeling.
136
That's what's in his future anyways.
137
If you're going to feel like you're going to pass out, Let them know, and we'll take you backstage.
138
You can sit down.
139
Any medical conditions or medication that you need at this time?
140

141

142

143
Do you have an asthma pump?
