1
Reality Transurfing is a book written by Russian quantum physicist named Vadim Zilin
2
and the main idea is that there are infinite parallel realities happening at the same time
3
and your inner state determines which version you experience.
4
The way we create our reality is much simpler than we think
5
but we're constantly making it harder on ourselves and getting in our own way.
6
Too many people are also worried about how others perceive them or how hard their life is.
7
The thing is we all have our struggles
8
but you have to learn how to reject the reality
9
that was handed to you by default the biggest takeaway from
10
that book is
11
that the only freedom we truly have is the freedom of choice
12
you can choose anything
13
you want at any time become like water flowing down the top of a mountain
14
it doesn't matter what streams you take you will get to where you want to be on the flip side
15
if you deny yourself
16
that freedom by giving your power away to your struggles then you will suffer greatly
17
and create ripple effects you block your flow from getting down
18
that mountain then instead of a lake
19
you end up with a puddle every time you say i'm too old for this too broke for this
20
that is an obstacle you just invented then other people who hear you may also internalize it
21
which creates a ripple effect or
22
if you say things like i'm not good looking enough not smart enough
23
it's too difficult you are already cutting yourself off to opportunities before anybody else does.
24
Carl Jung says the world is full of people suffering from the effects of their own unlived life.
25
They become bitter, critical, or rigid not because the world is cruel to them but because they have betrayed their inner selves.
26
The artist who never creates art becomes cynical about those who do.
27
The lover who never risks loving mocks romance.
28
All of them suffer because deep down they know the life they mock is the life they were meant to live.
29
It's not a part of this quote but Carl Jung also mentioned
30
that the greatest burden a child can take on is the unrealized life of the parents.
31
So you see what happens when you don't take responsibility and agency over your own life?
32
None of us gets to choose our responding point although some
33
of us do have an easier start to life than others
34
and I will get to that in a bit
35
but the circumstances of your life are not just created by your actions but also by the nature of your thoughts.
36
Not even the thoughts themselves because it comes and goes
37
and you won't ever manifest an intrusive thought unless you believe in it
38
so it's the thoughts that you choose to accept
39
that creates your energy if choice is so important then we may think
40
that we have to fight for our happiness and push
41
and force things to happen but zealand says you don't actually have to fight for anything
42
if you're unhappy of your own life all
43
you have to do is simply choose an alternative reality that's more to your liking
44
and then let yourself naturally align with it there are certain pitfalls
45
that comes out of this simply because saying it is easier than doing it
46
so now i'm going to get into how you can do
47
that if you're new here my name is may
48
and my community is called stoic angels we are all about personal transformation of the mind body
49
and spirit by improving ourselves
50
we can then improve everything around us not only do we learn here we also practice what we preach
51
so i created a workbook slash guide specifically for this video
52
so that you can practically apply what you learn to your own life.
53
It's a free guide I made that you can download in the link in description.
54
Before we get into the next chapter, I would like to thank my longtime sponsor, Skillshare.
55
They were my first real YouTube sponsor and they have supported my channel from the very beginning.
56
So one of the biggest thing that Zeland talks about is getting out of your head, stopping the mental spiraling and reconnecting with flow.
57
All of that excess energy has to be channeled somewhere because energy is neither destroyed or created.
58
So where does it go?
59
For me, I've been channeling that through creativity.
60
I took this class on Skillshare called 15
61
Minutes of Art Therapy, Play with Your Inner Child, where we're not even trying to create amazing art or anything, but we're learning to play more,
62
let go, and get into our flow.
63
You can never overthink or suffer while you are in flow state.
64
It's also why we do art therapy during my group trips to the Greek island
65
and the next one is coming up this july by the way
66
but whenever i feel stressed out i would follow this class
67
and just sit down and enjoy it
68
when you're in a state of playful relaxation you're also undoing
69
so much unconscious resistance skillshare has creative classes taught by real
70
life professionals from illustrators designers entrepreneurs people who walk the walk
71
it's the best place to learn any creative skill from video editing to photography you can pick up a new hobby.
72
You can even learn how to do your taxes if you want and Skillshare is the perfect place to learn anything.
73
I actually drew some of these during the Greece group trip last year
74
and Anna who came on the trip also gifted me this one.
75
I actually watched her paint this from start to finish
76
and I can tell you where she started ended up completely different from this final result which is so cool.
77
The first 500 people to click the link in the description
78
or scan the QR code will get a one -month free trial of Skillshare.
79
i mentioned this a minute ago
80
but zealand talks about something called access potential basically your reality mirrors your energy
81
when you're assigning too much importance to your wants
82
and your desires you are also unconsciously creating this energetic resistance
83
because you're pushing so hard
84
that you're actually pushing your goal away from you the more important
85
or urgent something is the more likely you are to screw it up
86
because you want it to go a certain way
87
so badly the harder you chase something the more desperate
88
you feel about it the further it seems to drift from you
89
and the more out of reach it becomes for you
90
that is exactly how your access potential creates obstacles zealand warns against pendulums as well these are like energy structures
91
that deliberately feed on our emotional reactions where we feel the need to swing back at it
92
and react to it our emotions are an extremely powerful form of energy
93
they change people's lives in a split second just like
94
that we can manifest with visualization belief and most of all our emotions
95
if we can't regulate ourselves enough to control that emotional energy for better
96
or worse then our lives spiral out of control every time you fight
97
or resist your problems as you're stressing out about obstacles getting triggered by situations
98
you're literally feeding those obstacles your attention and making it even stronger so the solution to that is detachment.
99
Stop feeding them your energy.
100
Even Buddha says attachment is the source of suffering.
101
When you stop caring so much and adopt this no big deal mindset to everything,
102
the resistance disappears and things start to flow to you naturally.
103
How do we do that?
104
So Zeland breaks it down into three steps to getting whatever you want.
105
Number one, lower importance.
106
Treat all of your desires as nice to have but never must -haves.
107
This removes the desperation.
108
Number two, add as if.
109
Move through your life as though the universe has already arranged everything for you, like it's already done.
110
It is inevitable.
111
Number three, slide between realities.
112
Mentally visualize yourself stepping into timelines where your obstacles don't even exist.
113
You're literally choosing which version of reality you want to experience.
114
We already do this all the time unconsciously.
115
It will work even better if you are actually conscious about it because your emotional frequency attracts matching outcomes always.
116
Desperation, survival mode, and scarcity mindsets creates people who become dysregulated which also creates disorder in the mind,
117
in the body, and in their lives.
118
There are so many things that we learn early on in our lives
119
that we have to unlearn if we want to unlock higher potential
120
so don't ever be trapped by your circumstances also nobody enjoys dealing with a volatile
121
and difficult person or any kind of situations in general whether it's your family
122
or at work if there's someone in your life who's like this that's not who you are
123
so don't internalize it for the sake of you having an easier life you have to believe
124
that every situation can be easier for you.
125
No matter how difficult your problems are, there is always going to be an easier way to solve it because everything reflects back onto your beliefs.
126
Calm confidence opens new doors and desperation attracts more struggle and closes doors.
127
This no big deal state carries the highest frequency because it's completely resistance free.
128
If something doesn't go the way you want, no big deal.
129
There is always an easier way and if you don't get your dream job or someone doesn't let you back, no big deal.
130
Rejection is always redirection and in my experience always towards something even better.
131
In fact, something I never even can imagine getting had I not moved on from that rejection.
132
If I kept resisting by staying in places where nobody values me, not only will I betray myself, I will also turn into a bitter person.
133
I won't even evolve from it
134
and eventually i will regret not moving on sooner you have to believe
135
that there are a thousand better places that will actually value you
136
and want someone like you so when you look back at
137
that rejection someday maybe five years from now it's like a small blip in your entire life
138
it's really not a big deal and you'll be so happy
139
that you believe you deserve better than that
140
so now we know desperation blocks realization
141
and neutrality allows energy to flow freely like water following its natural path into inevitability
142
you stop trying to control every little thing you stop freaking out
143
when something doesn't go according to plan and you just let yourself be relaxed
144
and detached and your energy aligns effortlessly with your desired reality
145
and it's such a luxurious privilege to be yourself zealand says is the one privilege
146
that everyone can afford
147
but only a few actually muster up the courage to enjoy
148
it it doesn't matter what circumstances you're born into i have met people who are born very rich
149
and privileged who are also
150
extremely trapped and powerless in their lives
151
so they're not truly privileged most people are
152
so busy playing different roles wearing masks trying to fit in
153
and be what they think they should be chasing out their external approval
154
and validation or else they feel worthless
155
but the hardest role to play is the one where you're just
156
you where you're removing all the massive societies slaps onto you
157
and allow yourself to actually exist as who you are
158
and it takes so much courage to say F everyone else
159
and whatever they're doing I create my own standards
160
I will do things my way once you can accept the possibility of failure
161
and not be scared of failing because failure is inevitable
162
and winners fail more than losers and just stop being
163
so terrified of things not working out
164
because you will always find another way
165
you find an easier way no matter what then you can
166
just move in the direction of your goal in all of your lightness with no overthinking no expectations
167
and without any kind of heavy desperate energy weighing you down
168
I know at some point people do look at me
169
and say well you have everything that you want in life you're young beautiful
170
and your life seems to be very easy everything flows to you
171
and I agree I affirm that with you like yes people underestimate me all the time
172
and I am so okay with it
173
because guess what I don't care what they think
174
if they want to affirm
175
that onto me yes please I'll take
176
it I will have an easier life thank you it wasn't always like this i worked
177
so hard on myself to get to the point where everything is easy now even
178
when it's not easy i will just say
179
that it's easy anyways i evolved out of my old circumstances over
180
and over again
181
because you have to go through the tunnel to get to
182
the light honey not through desperately clinging on to whatever doesn't serve you
183
which i did for so long i had to learn how to let all
184
that go i didn't come from a privileged background
185
or an easy life at all i am so lucky to have my mom who does her best for me,
186
but I have been called all kinds of ugly names throughout my life, bullied, broken home, rejected from so many dreams,
187
used and abused, like people literally spit on me or harm me in different ways, and others actively try to destroy me and the things
188
that I work so hard for so that they can either take my place or, you know, if I can't have it, no one can.
189
All my life, people try to take my power away from me and discredit me, but the difference between me and someone who succumbs to
190
that is I do not let any of these things define who I am.
191
I always reject that reality.
192
Life is all about overcoming yourself.
193
I had to go through all
194
that struggle to the point where it's now easy for me to handle
195
that struggle where it never actually goes away
196
but I never gave up on that privilege to be myself anyway and live my life which only makes me tougher.
197
It was only through taking my power back
198
and my authorship of my life back to me
199
that my life started getting much easier because i got stronger i strategize like
200
if i'm ugly i will glow up if i'm clueless i will get a clue and i learn
201
circumstances may not always change like for example the people around you
202
or we can't choose our parents
203
but you can change your perspective my relationships to all of these things completely changed
204
because i stopped caring about where i came from about people who don't want the best for me
205
and I stopped taking on other people's problems.
206
People need to take responsibility over their own lives but not everyone wants to.
207
However if you're brave enough you do get that privilege of a lifetime.
208
I will give you an example.
209
It's kind of sad actually.
210
Last week I had a feeling that the death of a family member was going to be announced to me.
211
I sometimes just get the knowing that something was going to happen.
212
Then a couple of days ago I found out my biological father passed away a few years ago.
213
In so many ways, he wasn't a good father or husband to my mom.
214
He caused a lot of suffering and became the symbol of everything that I reject today.
215
Deadbeat, victim mindset, not grateful for what he had.
216
And every time he opened his mouth, it was to spew hatred and negativity.
217
And I was having a hard time thinking about like happy memories
218
that I had with him which was really sad like i wish he was at least an indifferent or detached father
219
but no he was just critical and a bitter person he made everybody's lives difficult
220
because he didn't want to change his circumstances or learn from his mistakes
221
and he projected it onto everybody
222
he was also an immature parent who made a five -year -old girl step up to mother him
223
it was only when my oldest half -brother passed away
224
that was when he woke up and by the time he realize everything that he had lost it was too late.
225
Everybody in his life had already left him including my other half -brother from a previous marriage
226
and I cut ties with my dad years ago.
227
One day something terrible had happened
228
and it was too late like he already had irreparable brain damage
229
and he spent his final days at a nursing home in a vegetative state until he passed away
230
and nobody came to see him and I had no idea until recently.
231
I felt pity for how he passed, I pity him, and...
232
How I found out was our old neighbor found my mom on Facebook
233
and told her and then she told me and I'm telling you this because these are the consequences of an unrealized life.
234
Whether you choose to do something about your life or not, there's always cause and effect and always a price to pay.
235
So if you don't heal yourself and take responsibility for your life and make things easier for yourself and everyone around you,
236
the result is you will hurt everyone around you and cause even more suffering.
237
And one reason why I got bullied was because he gave me a name,
238
my birth name that caused me to get bullied in school without even talking to my mom.
239
He wasn't even there at the hospital for my birth by the way
240
but he wanted that sense of power and control over the women in his life.
241
In many ways he was truly my first adversary.
242
Eventually I changed my birth name to get away from him.
243
I moved countries.
244
I also inherited his nose
245
so all my life I wanted to change my nose to get away from him and eventually I did.
246
I took charge of my life, my identity and I took my power back
247
when I first got the news I felt an immense sense of guilt
248
and also all kinds of other emotions because grieving an emancipated parent is
249
so complex especially the way that it happened but then I realized
250
that other people's problems are not mine to take on it's not my fault
251
that he wasn't a good father to any of us
252
if I hold on to his personal issues I will only create more resistance for myself
253
so he's not here anymore there is no reconciliation the funny thing was i rarely have any dreams about him
254
but he did visit me in my dreams around the same time
255
that he passed away so that i would know
256
that he's okay sometimes people in your life who passed on will do
257
that they will visit you in your dreams and let you know
258
that everything's fine like don't worry about them even though i didn't know at a time
259
that he had passed but even though all my life i didn't want to be a victim
260
and succumb to life like he did i still held on to
261
that pain and the resistance for a really long time over half my life
262
and that bitterness felt like reopening an old wound with a rusty old knife
263
that i kept around a thousand times just to remind myself of how much it hurt me
264
and i inherited that bitterness i think
265
so for the longest time i was resisting
266
that reality where it wasn't a problem for me
267
and it made things harder for what for no reason so
268
when he finally passed on it was also finally time for me to lay
269
that knife to rest i just have to stop resisting all of it and forgive him.
270
Find it in my heart somewhere to forgive him and pray for his soul.
271
And it's through that forgiveness, that letting go, that I finally feel the last remnants of my power coming back to me.
272
And I guess that it's really important for me to tell you this because everything has a lesson, whether it's positive or negative,
273
no matter how terrible something is.
274
That's just what life looks like.
275
Anyways, how do you actually apply this?
276
Stop fighting if something feels like a battle you're feeding the pendulum
277
so detach and let it go lower the stakes
278
and treat your desires like they're nice to have and never life
279
or death this removes resistance
280
and invites more opportunities to flow into your life there's always the hard way
281
and an easy way to go about things
282
and the best thing to do for everybody involved including yourself is to choose the easy way then act as
283
if it's already done go through your life like the universe has already handled
284
it for you you're just showing up to collect the results
285
and everything that you want or better yet something amazing
286
that you can't even imagine is inevitable you will get what you want
287
or even better something that you can never even dream of
288
so be open to it because every time i get something
289
that i want my only regret about it is i didn't dream bigger than that
290
and that's also a lesson in itself next time i can dream even bigger choose the reality you want literally
291
when you notice yourself spiraling into worst case scenarios, stop, interrupt yourself and reject the worst case scenario.
292
Consciously choose the version of reality where things work out for you and step into that timeline mentally.
293
There's nothing you can't get out of, nothing you can't handle.
294
It sounds so simple but that's the whole point.
295
We overcomplicate everything and yes it was only through changing my beliefs about all of these things
296
that I started to have an easier life
297
But Reality Transurfing is also about simplifying it back down to choose what you want, remove your resistance, and let everything unfold.
298
I have seen different forms of this type of system play out in all kinds of different ways,
299
but this is maybe one of the most practical breakdowns
300
that I have seen for actually creating the life that you want without burning yourself out in the process.
301
If you want to go even deeper, I will link some resources below, including that worksheet that I made for you that you can download.
302
And if you're here at this point, affirm with me in the comments, I define my life.
303
Don't forget to check out Skillshare and also my Greece group trip in July.
304
I have just reopened applications.
305
Angels, thank you all for watching and I will see you in the next video.
