because it uses the law of assumption let's get into it first let's get into what S.A.T.S actually is

and why it's so powerful.

S.A.T.S stands for state akin to sleep and it's a term that was coined by Neville Goddard.

It allows you to impress your subconscious mind right before falling asleep because your subconscious mind is what creates your reality.

Whatever your subconscious mind believes to be truth will manifest into your 3D.

And here's the crazy part, your subconscious mind doesn't actually know the difference between what's imagined and what is reality.

So if you want to change your reality, all you need to do is imagine something different and your subconscious mind will literally manifest it.

The moment that your subconscious mind believes something to be true, it starts shifting everything in this world to meet that assumption.

The SATS technique uses the law of assumption.

Whatever you assume to be true, whatever your subconscious mind assumes to be true, it will inevitably become your reality.

So SADS uses the window of opportunity right before falling asleep to actually access your subconscious mind.

SADS puts you in a perfect state where your conscious mind quiets down and your subconscious mind absorbs instantly.

Once your subconscious mind locks onto a new assumption, it will literally reshape reality to prove itself correct.

It is literally inevitable that it will manifest.

Now here's the step-by-step guide on how to actually use SATs.

The first step is to get relaxed and get drowsy.

SATs works when you are in a state akin to sleep, complete relaxation, about to fall asleep.

Technically, you can artificially put yourself into SATs any time of the day.

It really is just a very relaxed state.

However, I think that it's just so much easier

and more convenient to do it right before bed

because I mean you're gonna go to sleep anyway Why not just use

that time to manifest and it takes no extra time out of your day

So right before bed do everything you can to get as relaxed as possible

and clear your mind of any other thoughts So

if you are stressed about anything

or you feel like you are focusing too much on what

to do the next day What you're gonna eat for lunch tomorrow what your weekend plans are make sure

that you journal before bed to just kind of brain dump release any other thoughts

that aren't related to your manifestation

and wind down do some stretching take some deep breaths light

a candle drink some chamomile tea get relaxed the more relaxed

you are the better this will work step number two you are going to create a short scene

about your future life with your manifestation.

So you are gonna basically create like a little mental movie, a little snippet of what your future would look like when you have your manifestation.

This is going to be a very short scene, like three to five seconds long.

You wanna make sure that it's super simple, super short, and very hyper-specific.

Something that's just really simple for you to loop over

and over and over again in your mind as you are drifting off to sleep.

So some examples would be if you want to manifest money, Let's say you want to manifest $20,000.

Your mental movie could be that you look at your phone

and you see a notification pop up where you get a deposit for $20,000.

It's super short.

It's super simple, but it's very specific.

If you want to manifest love or a specific person or your crush, your mental movie could be that you're on a date, your person is in front of you, and they literally say to you, I cannot stop thinking about you.

And then they say your name.

So like they would say, I cannot stop thinking about you, Soma.

The fact that you add your name in makes it more specific to you, but it's still super short and super simple

And let's say you want to manifest success for yourself Let's say you want to manifest winning an oscar.

You want to be an actor Maybe your mental movie scene would be you holding the oscar

and looking out into the crowd before you give your acceptance speech again It's super short.

It's super simple, but very highly specific Those are the three main things short simple specific sss.

Okay Step three is to get excited.

If this thing were actually happening to you, this mental movie were to actually happen to you, how would you feel?

Normally when I'm doing this, I get butterflies in my stomach

or I feel like this dropping feeling in my stomach

and that's how I know that I'm emotionally involved and that's going to amplify the power of that manifestation.

What also helps me with this is imagining that this mental movie

that I'm playing in my head is actually just a future memory.

That future Soma sent this memory back in time to me and it's actually a depiction of my future life.

I try to imagine it like a future memory and that really excites me.

And then step four is super simple, just fall asleep.

Keep looping the scene as you're about to drift off

and you know you've done it correctly when you successfully fall asleep while looping this in your head.

So what it should look like is you are carrying your manifestation, you're carrying this assumption from conscious when you're awake to the drowsy state

when you're kind of in between the subconscious conscious state all the way into sleep

which is completely unconscious that's how you know you've successfully imprinted your subconscious mind another way

Every night I would visualize my mental movie of going viral, having all my notifications blown up,

And then I'd fall asleep thinking about that

The number one mistake that people make with the SATS technique is that when they wake up the next morning, they immediately start looking for proof that their manifestation is working.
