1
So, hi, hello.
2
Have you ever considered how vastly crazy it is.
3
just the whole of humanity.
4
Like each person who is living on this planet, there was a 1 in 43 trillion chance of them ever being alive.
5
Yet there's 8 billion people that surpassed those odds and are now existing on this planet.
6
And not only that, but that of the 8 billion people that exist on this planet right now,
7
there are universal truths that can exist within each and every one of those people.
8
For example, all of us experience emotions exactly the same.
9
Not exactly the same person because everyone experiences it slightly differently, but like we can all identify the feeling of love,
10
the feeling of anger, the feeling of sadness.
11
we can identify these as universal truths
12
that hold true for literally all 8 billion of those people
13
and also not only that but we have intellectualized
14
and contextualized all of this information into different categories of education such as psychology
15
and medicine where every human body even though there's differences within it our arm is still an arm throughout all of
16
those people our nervous system still functions almost exactly the same throughout every single person our brains hold the same
17
structure within every single person, how
18
how we learn history because we are bound to recreate the same mistakes
19
that we have from our past because humans are
20
so bound to similar patterns that when we learn the mistakes
21
that the people before us have made we can outthink them
22
and learn from them and also that there have been generations
23
and generations and generations that lived before these eight billion people
24
Like no experience is exactly unique
25
because there is someone who has gone through something incredibly similar either through your lifetime or through a different lifetime.
26
Right.
27
And that's why I think like when people say it's not that deep, you need to stop thinking so deeply.
28
You need to stop, you know, intellectualizing and having conversations about all of these different things and just like live your life without this
29
deep inner dialogue going on within you.
30
I think that is a false narrative we tell ourselves, because there is so much of humanity, of education, of pattern repetition,
31
that has occurred throughout the whole of humanity, that we can learn from, and build upon.
32
And also, not only that, but like how there are universal truths that hold true for the whole of the universe, for all humans, all animals,
33
breathing creatures upon the planet, how we grow and we change and we build and we have difficulties thrown our way,
34
but we overcome and survive.
35
And That baffles me.
36
That baffles my mind so intensely, that I think about it like all the fucking time.
37
That if I can grapple onto this human experience and
38
understand it at such a deep level and understand it for not just
39
me and myself and my own experience on this planet, but the experience of every single generation that has come before me
40
that has compounded their love and care and compassion that has resulted in the creation of me.
41
that has been passed down for thousands
42
and thousands of years throughout the whole of humanity to result in me getting this one life.
43
It's actually crazy to think about it at that level.
44
Because I think it's very easy to come into this human life and live it from a very narrow perspective.
45
And say, I'm only going to deal with what's in front of me and that's all I have to deal with.
46
But life is so much deeper than we could ever actually understand because
47
When you choose to educate yourself on the universal truths of the world,
48
when you choose to educate yourself in psychology and arithmetic and history and literature, and you learn from the lives of those around you,
49
and you learn the nature and you learn the lessons that nature has to pass down from you, and you learn the lessons of your ancestors, and you learn all of these different things,
50
you'll understand that life has a very deep underbelly to it.
51
that has so much more to offer than maybe you ever could have realized.
52
Because I think that there is always an answer to every problem that you are going through.
53
And all the pain that you're experiencing has a solution to it
54
and there's always something deeper you can learn about life in any given moment Like even right now,
55
as I sit, I'm on vacation right now so I'm in a hotel room.
56
And I am deeply missing home right now.
57
I'm missing my old apartment.
58
I'm missing the town I'm from.
59
I'm missing it because I'm miles away from it right now.
60
And that's something that holds true of any person we
61
learn that things carry more meaning and we learn their meaning in their absence and that's something that everyone knows.
62
That's a universal truth
63
that holds true throughout the entirety of the population in the absence of something is when we learn its meaning.
64
And it's crazy because People want to say it's not that deep, that "Oh, I'm just missing home and that's it." And there's nothing more to learn from that individualized moment.
65
There's nothing more to think about within it.
66
There's nothing more to grapple on and understand and contextualize.
67
Always be thinking.
68
Always be thinking about how can I make this moment deeper?
69
What can I learn from this?
70
What is the universe speaking to me through right now?
71
What would my ancestors say?
72
What would my inner child say?
73
What would those around me say?
74
What would my own soul say?
75
There's so much you can learn from each individualized moment
76
that can teach you so much about yourself and about the way you view the world that it really is that deep.
77
it really is that deep like you are a miracle on this planet number one But number two,
78
each and every experience has been handcrafted for you.
79
Everyone experiences this crazy life differently.
80
So grapple onto that with everything that you have and try to learn from every single moment very deeply.
81
because I guarantee you, you will get more out of life
82
if you choose to think deeply than if you choose to look at things from a surface level.
83
Because every moment can bring you peace if you choose to look at it deep enough.
84
because look at it this way, you could go for a walk.
85
down a trail in nature.
86
headphones on, you're listening to your favorite song.
87
And that could be the whole of your experience.
88
just walking, just being in the moment.
89
And that's a beautiful thing in and of itself.
90
But then also there's a lot of beauty in awareness.
91
Also awareness of the present moment, being conscious of the lessons that you were learning, being conscious of everything around you,
92
because being in the present moment.
93
is about being there first of all, recognizing that your feet are on the ground, understanding your five senses.
94
But it also goes deeper than that because it's like, who has been walking down this path before?
95
How many other lives out there have walked down this path?
96
What am I feeling in this present moment?
97
What has been occupying my mind?
98
What can I learn from the trees even?
99
Like, can I learn the lessons of grounding?
100
Can I learn the lessons of letting go?
101
Can I learn the lessons of rebuilding after a harsh winter?
102
And as I watch each of the bees go in and out of the flowers, pollinating them, can I learn the lesson of hard work?
103
Can I feel and understand how this path that I am walking
104
and the steps that led me to walk down this one trail on this one day,
105
how everything in my life has aligned to allow me to sit in this present moment right here, right now.
106
And a lot of people would think that that's overthinking, that to think about the moment is not actually being present in it.
107
there is presence, but there should also be awareness and gratitude for
108
everything that has come before you and everything that is to come.
109
And it's almost like every single moment you are experiencing is the first
110
and last time you will ever get that one moment.
111
So It really is that deep.
112
It really is that fucking deep, even getting to open your eyes in the morning.
113
is an experience.
114
even each pump of the blood through your heart that's being
115
done by your autonomic nervous system you don't even have to think about it is a deeply
116
profound moment that you could scrape the bottom of the barrel of every single moment
117
if you put a lot of thought behind it.
118
And I just wanted to come on here and say that and I hope that helps you
119
dig a little deeper into how you're experiencing each moment and I hope that you have a fantastic night, and I hope that when you wake up tomorrow and you open your eyes,
120
you realize what a blessing and an experience that is.
121
I love you all so much.
122
Have a good night.
