But step inside and customers are greeted not with words, but with warm smiles, eye contact and friendly hand signs.

Despite communication barriers, the hearing impaired staff confidently welcome customers and keep the cafe running smoothly every day.

Normally when ordering a drink, people would simply speak to the staff.

But in this unique coffee shop, things are a little bit different.

There are two ways to order.

The first one is using pens and paper notes to write down their orders.

And the second one is using sign language.

As soon as an order is placed, the staff quickly prepare each drink with care and precision.

Every cup reflects their dedication and attention to detail.

Beyond serving quality drinks, the coffee also helps to create a supportive workplace where people with disabilities can build skills, confidence and lasting careers.

التظليل الصوتي (Shadowing) تقنية تعلم لغة مدعومة علمياً، طُورت أصلاً لتدريب المترجمين الفوريين المحترفين. الطريقة بسيطة لكنها قوية: تستمع لصوت إنجليزي أصلي وتكرره فوراً بصوت عالٍ — كظل يتبع المتحدث بتأخير 1-2 ثانية. تُظهر الأبحاث تحسناً كبيراً في دقة النطق والتنغيم والإيقاع وربط الأصوات والاستماع والطلاقة.
