Listen and look.
4
There is one example.
5
Where did Sarah take each thing?
6
What's the matter, Aunt Sarah?
7
I'm a bit tired, that's all.
8
There was something wrong with one of my computer programs this morning, and I couldn't send any emails.
9
I had to take a letter to an office instead because it was important.
10
It was on the top floor of a skyscraper.
11
The view was amazing.
12
Well, the view sounds good.
13
Can you see the letter B?
14
Now you listen and write a letter in each box.
15
You know the prize I won on Saturday?
16
You mean that silly teddy bear?
17
It's huge!
18
I know.
19
I took it back to the fun fair after my busy day at work.
20
Why?
21
Its fur wasn't very clean.
22
They gave me another one.
23
I'll give it to your cousin, I think.
24
Oh, I saw Helen at lunchtime as well.
25
I like her.
26
She's really cool.
27
She is, isn't she?
28
I needed to give her back her scarf.
29
The one she left in the car park last Sunday.
30
That's right.
31
I took it to the new cafe in High Street.
32
We had some delicious apple pie and ice cream there.
33
Wow!
34
And I gave someone my umbrella today.
35
Why?
36
Well, I saw lots of people at the bookshop, the one next to the castle, because Matt Eagle was there.
37
The pop star?
38
Amazing!
39
Why was he there?
40
He was just doing some shopping.
41
I wanted to ask him some questions, but he was too busy to talk to me.
42
Then it started to rain, so I gave it to him.
43
I wanted to come home after that, but I couldn't.
44
Why not, Aunt Sarah?
45
Because I had to take a map to a hotel first.
46
I met an inventor there yesterday.
47
He was really nice and he needed one.
48
He doesn't like using his phone for that.
49
Oh!
50
I found one in the supermarket on the corner.
51
He was really pleased when I gave it to him.
52
So, did you do any writing for the newspaper today?
53
Yes, and I took some good photos earlier in the day.
54
I used a new tablet to take those.
55
I borrowed it from someone at work.
56
Great!
57
Where did you go to take the pictures?
58
To the castle.
59
A group of actors are making a film there.
60
I asked them lots of questions because so many people are interested in the story.
61
Yes, it was a busy day.
