Here's a fun fact.

YouTube has over 100 million ads on its platform.

And not all these ads are good.

In fact, a lot of them are spam or scam ads, as we've taken a look at in the past.

But today's gonna be a little bit different, because I myself am going to be posting some of these ads.

And not just any ads, scam ads.

And you're probably asking yourself, Sam, why would you purchase some of these scam ads and buy into this terrible ad system on YouTube?

And the reason being is simple.

I wanna promote my channel.

That's right, I'll be making and running five different types of ads.

Four of them will be scam ads, and the last one will be an actual ad to see whether or not ads actually work on YouTube.

Also, I want to see if scam ads are better than normal ads.

Because maybe there's a reason people are running them.

Anyways, we obviously have a lot to do, so without further ado, let's do this.

Now, historically, YouTube has had many scam ads, like cryptocurrencies, NFTs, MrBeast giveaways.

I think I even saw, like, a MrBeast pee in a bottle once.

Although, maybe that was, like, a thumbnail that I put out a couple of months back.

I don't know.

It's all the same.

However, there's a lot out there, and so I want to catch myself up with a recent YouTube scam meta, so then I can figure out what four scam ads I'm going to make.

And what better way to find this than to just go into the trending tab

and just start watching videos like the good old days?

Let's go on to a KSI video and see what we're getting served.

Some of these aren't going to be scams, keep in mind.

Like this green gobbler doesn't look like a scam, looks pretty legit.

Ah, but find a soulmate from the Philippines, some like AI avatar.

See, this could be interesting.

Imagine like a Sambucha hot new singles ad just popping up on your YouTube feed.

That's exactly what we're going to do for the first one.

So I'm going to commission my thumbnail guy to create the sexy Sambucha singles in your area picture because honestly, like, I feel like I have to do this offline.

I don't know if you guys can see me in action trying to put this together, but I will show you the finished product, and then we'll ultimately make it into some sort of video.

We'll figure that out, though.

So seeing that made me think of these like mobile game ads that are clearly scams.

I actually had a video where I played a hundred of them.

It was kind of fun, honestly.

But I think I'm going to make a mobile game, or at least the ad portion of it, and it's going to be me like ultimately reaching the YouTube channel.

How does that sound?

Maybe it's like me going through like a bunch of different YouTube obstacles to ultimately get to the subscribe button.

And along the way, like maybe something happens to me.

Like maybe I get fat or skinny.

I don't know.

So I'm going to commission a developer to actually create this for me.

Is that crazy?

No, we need to because obviously I want to promote the channel.

So I figured it's too much money to create an actual mobile game.

So I think instead I'm going to hire somebody to make like a 2D character animation similar to this.

So I found this guy Divyesh, 4.8 stars.

$250 is not bad for a 60 second animation.

So if I could just do something like this, I feel like I'd be pretty happy with like a Sambucha avatar.

And obviously not this part, but just something 2D.

It's like there's like a goal, like we're going to like the finish line with the finish line being like the subscribe button.

I think that's good.

So we're going to wait to hear back from Divyesh.

Hopefully he can help us out here.

All right, again, this find a soulmate from the Philippines has popped up, and I don't know what to do with this.

So I think I'm gonna go ahead and interpret this as like an AI ad.

So maybe I have to make like an AI ad.

What if I do like one of those fake Sambucha ads that it's me on the bottom, but it's not actually me reacting to what's on top.

So I'll just take a clip of me in which I'm reacting to something, and then I'll change what it is up top.

And it's like me like reacting to a clip as if it's just like my YouTube channel.

Does that make sense?

Well, it's gonna make sense because I'm going to whip that up right now.

All right, I think I have an idea of

because I think there's one where I'm just like in shock and in awe And I think it'll be a good one.

This is the worst piece of content I've ever put out.

But anyways, we're gonna use the bottom.

So I think what I'm gonna do is I'm going to act as if I'm just doing what I'm doing.

But up top, it's somebody about to subscribe, then they pull away, and then they actually subscribe at the end.

It's gonna make more sense when I make the video.

So I'm gonna put it together and then we'll ultimately watch it.

So I got something from the US Money Reserve, which is gold ownership and Bitcoin is technically digital gold and digital gold is a cryptocurrency.

And so there is NFT.

So I think I'm gonna make a really scammy NFT or NFT video promoting my YouTube channel.

I mean, that's as scammy as you can get.

So let's make it.

So right there, I feel pretty good about having four solid scam ads.

So they're all in the works right now and they'll be created hopefully sometime within the next couple of days.

I think the mobile game ad's gonna take some time, but that's fine.

So what that means is that the average length of a person who viewed this was 50 seconds of 51 seconds.

What I do like is that nobody actually called this out as being a Sambucha experiment, which means if you're seeing this, you definitely didn't see any of these ads,

But all right, I guess this campaign was an absolute failure because there wasn't really any redeeming qualities to this.
