We recommend that people take the list of everything they've got to do, put them on a piece of paper, rank them by economic impact, the impact financially on your business.

Make a line about halfway through, everything below the line, the question is, am I going to not do it, don't do, am I going to delegate it, or am I going to defer it and hope

that time solves it? but you're never going to actually do anything with anything below the line.

You're only going to spend time above the line, and that should create the space that allows you to spend more time on high leverage roles like Architect.
