Oh, actually, as an OFW, it helped me a lot for improving the things that I need to.

out the areas that I need to improve, especially my communication skills.

And I'm so thankful that working abroad, it helps me a lot in terms of interacting with guests.

I learned that we need to accept different types of cultures and diversity.

I'm ready to take on any challenges and obstacles.

Now in 2024, Miss Universe Philippines crowned Chelsea Manalo,

It means a lot to me

and actually it added the fire within me to join or to fight for the representation for being Black Filipina.

And I want to continue to have the best representation to

be also the instrument to inspire the other younger generation that they can also be beautiful for being Black Filipina.

Growing up, I've been marginalized for being Black Filipina, for being bullied, for having Black skin color, for being tall, for being different.

in their own way and they can also excel in different platform in life.
