1
has anybody else noticed how angry people seem lately?
2
Like, think about it.
3
I'm not talking about somebody like having a bad day.
4
People are entitled to have a bad day, but I'm talking about the amount of anger that people express,
5
the amount of anger that people show.
6
It's next level, man,
7
because it's almost like people don't have patience no more like people's tolerance levels people's patient levels are are thin very thin
8
and you look around there's all types of people riding around
9
with road rage people cutting people off in traffic people jumping
10
out of cars ready to to unalive you like drawing weapons
11
or ready to fight people going at it online people having disagreements
12
and the disagreements turn to just people dropping locations and it's wild man it's like nobody has patience
13
think about it you ever seen somebody go to a restaurant
14
and say the cashier the clerk get the order wrong a
15
person will walk back in a restaurant throw food on the clerk make a whole scene for something simple
16
that can just be a simple fix.
17
Simple fix.
18
Get a refund or just have them remake the order.
19
People be ready to straight lose it over the smallest thing.
20
Families ain't speaking no more.
21
Friendships.
22
I've seen long -term friendships end over the smallest little things.
23
Relationships.
24
It's people angry.
25
just upset in their relationships.
26
And the sad part about it is that nobody knows how to really communicate no more
27
or just come to some kind of resolve where everybody go their way
28
and we come back later and talk about it like adults.
29
Nobody knows how to communicate.
30
Nobody knows how to communicate.
31
And I think a lot of it is that a lot of people are dealing with things internally.
32
And when you deal with stuff internally,
33
it could spill out to somebody that has nothing to do with nothing that you got going on.
34
It spills out to people that's probably trying to be nice or trying to make your day a little bit better.
35
Like real talk.
36
It's almost like people don't have grace towards each other either.
37
People will, they refuse to extend grace.
38
there's some people walking around angry or upset
39
or mad they don't even know why they mad they just mad mad at the world mad at they self
40
or whatever it is they just mad go to bed mad
41
wake up mad ready to cuss everybody out first thing they do grab a blunt in the morning
42
and just be mad and people wear that that madness like a badge of honor
43
I don't know if it's a defense mechanism to keep people off of them or I don't know what it is.
44
It just seemed like we live in an angry world, an angry world, man.
45
We really do.
46
And I talked about the wickedness I see, but I see a lot of anger.
47
And a lot of anger resorts to people making drastic decisions,
48
life -altering decisions that can cost you years in penitentiary or it can cost you your life.
49
People are walking around upset
50
and the anger that they hold can cause somebody to make a split decision that can alter their life,
51
an innocent person's life and other people's lives around the people that they're expressing their anger towards.
52
I was looking at the Tupac trial
53
and this is this goes with this topic i was looking at the tupac trial and everything that
54
led up to him meeting his demise
55
and i heard the backstory don't know how true it is but i heard the backstory that somebody pointed
56
one of the individuals out to tupac and said hey somebody paid him to unalive you so tupac went on this rampage,
57
just pacing through it.
58
And this went on a mission through this casino,
59
through the MGM Grand, this crowded place with an entourage of people following behind him.
60
Keep in mind, Tupac the ticket.
61
He the meal ticket.
62
He's the main attraction for Death Row at the time.
63
But he had so much time.
64
So much time to redirect his steps and just say, you know what?
65
This ain't worth it.
66
I got my movie career going on.
67
I got my music career going on.
68
I got so much going on.
69
I could just let this go or, you know, just separate myself from the situation.
70
but that situation led to somebody getting jumped
71
and it led to people getting give back
72
and it led to one of the greatest rappers in the music industry losing his life
73
and that trickled down to the neighborhoods where it was an all -out war in California
74
and it may have resulted in Notorious B .I .G., one of the other greatest rappers alive, losing his life and this is what I'm saying,
75
even today I heard the story of it was a rapper out of Chicago I think his name was Bloodhound something,
76
Bloodhound 50 or something I can't remember the name
77
but I looked at him being at the gas station getting into the car
78
and he had a couple guys run up and unloading the car anger
79
like nobody has grace nobody has humility no humility at all no regard for human life because it's a lot of anger
80
people in relationships angry not happy with what they mate or their significant other they with
81
and they're just tolerating it tolerating this person
82
and it makes them angry with life period
83
angry at the sight of the individual they with angry in their presence going to bed angry
84
and this anger can result in domestic violence it can result
85
in a lot of toxic manipulation tactics a lot of toxic behavior because you angry
86
you mad sometimes you don't even know why you mad
87
or maybe y 'all has been going through it and y 'all have failed to communicate
88
what it is that you need from each other
89
so you've expressed anger in order to get a reaction or in order to have, that's your form of communication is to lash out.
90
And that's the wrong form of communication.
91
You got people and families that are, that are angry, holding long, long grudges.
92
I mean, just long drawn out this drag, this dragging the grudge out.
93
refuse to speak refuse to sit down like like adults it'd
94
be blood family members siblings uncles aunts cousins brothers whatever refuse to sit down
95
and talk their differences out but will hold long grudges
96
or take their business to the internet
97
and be ready to tear each other head off can't be in the same room with each other
98
and a lot of it be over something petty or a lot of times you just don't know why.
99
It'd be family members that don't know why they're upset with each other.
100
Or it could be a miscue.
101
And they had all these long grudges.
102
And then when one of them passed away, then the other family member, man, I should have made it up, man.
103
You know, man, it wasn't even worth this and that.
104
love on y 'all family members while you can.
105
It's not worth this.
106
It's not worth that.
107
But that anger that anger held them family members back from coming together and just talking their differences over.
108
People are mad with themselves
109
because they feel like they're not where they should be in life because they're looking at the world standards.
110
What social media tell you how you should look
111
and how you should dress and what you should be driving it
112
and just the social the just the way the world's set
113
up oh you should have a house you should have a
114
the nicest car you should have these type of clothes you
115
should be married you should have this type of woman you
116
should have this type of man they should be making this amount of money
117
and when you fall short according to their standards
118
you walk around mad because you feel like you ain't living up to what the world tell you
119
and how the world tell you you should be living.
120
Your credit score ain't right.
121
Oh, I should have at least a 650 or 700.
122
You mad.
123
Because you ain't where you want to be financially.
124
When it shouldn't even be about that.
125
You should be...
126
Thankful and be grateful for what you have.
127
I was listening to Ringo TV.
128
He reacted to my one video.
129
And he mentioned that.
130
Being grateful and being thankful for what you have.
131
And that resonated.
132
Because there's a lot of people out here. That aren't thankful. For the small things.
133
They look at what the world and what the social media telling you how you should live and how you should be.
134
And if they're not living up to what social media and what the world and what reality TV,
135
what the rapper's saying, what the entertainer's saying, and just what people in general are saying, they upset.
136
When you could just live your life and be grateful for being in good health, be grateful for having to woof over your head.
137
It might not be the most luxurious place or whatever, but you have a roof over your head.
138
You might not eat five -star meals every night, but you're eating.
139
You might have to oodle and noodle it for a couple weeks, but you're eating.
140
I'm telling you, you might not be driving the nicest whip.
141
You might be driving a 2010 or a 2011, but you got wheels.
142
You're able to get from point A to point B.
143
I don't drive the most luxurious wheels I got some nice car
144
But it's nothing luxurious I'm getting from point A to point B And I'm content with that
145
It's a blessing To be able to get from point A to point B Transport your kids
146
And get to your appointments And go to the grocery store
147
I got wheels I'm happy I'm not worried about having the biggest house
148
Or the nicest this That's what the nicest is that I'm content
149
because you can't take none of this stuff with you when you're gone.
150
But it's a lot of people walking around just angry.
151
Mad at the world.
152
Mad at they self.
153
Disappointed in they self.
154
Feeling like they've let they self down.
155
Sometimes we can be our own worst critics.
156
All we got to do is just lock in and keep working at it until you get it.
157
stuff don't happen overnight but the generation and the era we live in
158
is telling you you should be this you should have
159
that you should have this you should have that like who the hell is making up all these rules
