So, this is your passport to travel around theย  world. And do you want to do it, too? Yep. I'm going to do it with you. All right. So, whereย  should we go first? Which country should we travel to? Please turn on the subtitles down belowย  if you would like them. If we want our babies to want to speak English, to speak to us in Englishย  freely, we have to do it playfully. Play is the language of children. And so if we want them toย  do something, if we want them to speak English, we need to speak their language, which is play.ย  I'm so sorry for this giant mess. I am sitting here on my living room floor in my pajamas. I putย  this screen behind me to try to hide some of my mess, my family's mess behind me, but I didn't doย  a great job. You can still see a little bit here.
2
I could either clean my home or I could makeย  a video. Children learn through play. And so that means if your child is an absolute beginner,ย  your child does not really speak much English or understand much English yet, you can stillย  do really fun new activities. You can call this English playtime and you can just repeat oneย  word, two-word phrases again and again and again in a very playful way as you're doing somethingย  cool and interesting that your child loves that your child is really interested in. You canย  introduce fun and unique activities and use that to interest your child in learning Englishย  and using English. They need to have a reason to use English. And for children, play is the perfectย  reason. In this video, I'm going to share a really fun playtime activity that you can use with yourย  child starting from really young, maybe even 18 months or 2 years old. This is just one of many,ย  many English activities that I have available for my members. You can learn more about that. I'llย  put a link down below. You can also get the free PDF guide and natural phrase script to use withย  your child as you do this activity. I will put that PDF under this video, too. You are goingย  to see three things in this video. Number one, you are going to see me explain or tell you howย  to do this activity. It's very, very easy. It's very simple. It takes like one minute to setย  up, but it's so much fun and kids love it. two, you are going to see me saying the natural phrasesย  that I use with my son. So, you can listen to those natural phrases and then repeat after me toย  practice the natural phrases and the vocabulary to use with your child during this activity. Andย  then finally, number three, you are going to watch me and my son playing this activity,ย  doing this activity together in real life.
3
We're making little passports. Uh, so I made thisย  really simple passport for my son. It took me 10 seconds to make this. Just folding a pieceย  of paper. I just folded a piece of paper like this. And inside it has a really messy littleย  grid. So, nothing fancy, nothing complicated here. And then I tell my son he's going to travelย  around the world and get little different stamps in his passport. And at different stationsย  around our home, those represent different countries or different places. You can makeย  this as simple or as complicated as you want.
4
The easiest and simplest way to play thisย  game is to put a different color marker, different color crayon in five or six differentย  places in your house or to put stickers or a different color sticker in five or six differentย  places in your house and that's it. Your child goes to each place, each country and finds theย  sticker and puts the sticker in their passport.
5
Or maybe you have stamps. You might also likeย  to use a little stamp like this. And they can stamp their passport in every place in yourย  home. They can travel the world in inside your home and get their passport stamped or getย  a sticker in their passport or simply get a little smiley face drawing or a little checkย  mark or a little X in their passport. If you would like to make this a little bit more complexย  or maybe a little bit more fun for older kids, you could have an activity for them to do at everyย  different station, at every different country.
6
So maybe they visit the table country. They goย  to the table and they practice their letter K.
7
They practice writing letter K or they practiceย  coloring a letter K. And when they're finished, they get a little stamp in their passport orย  they get a little check in their passport. And then they take their passport and they go toย  the next station and there's another activity for them to do there. And when they're finished,ย  they get a stamp or a sticker or a check mark.
8
Are you ready to travel around the world? Are youย  ready to travel? Okay, you're going to need your passport. You need your passport to travel aroundย  the world. We're going to travel to five different places. And every time you visit a new place,ย  you get a stamp. You get a passport stamp or a passport sticker. Yeah. Are you ready? Okay, let'sย  travel. Let's go traveling. Here's your passport.
9
Are you going to fly in the airplane? Yeah. You'reย  flying. You're flying in the airplane. Okay. Fly over here. Fly to this country first. This is theย  table country. This is the table country. And at the table country, we're going to color. We'reย  going to color at the table country. Can I see your passport, please? Thank you. All right. I'mย  going to give you a stamp. There you go. There's your stamp. You're all set. You're all set.ย  There's your stamp. Here's your passport back.
10
Welcome to table country. Let's do the activity.ย  Now, it's time to travel to another country.
11
Let's get back on the airplane. Sh. You're flying.ย  You're on the airplane. Okay, you've arrived. This is couch country. This is couch country. And inย  couch country, we're going to play the game Simon says. Yeah. But first, let's stamp your passport.ย  In couch country, you get a heart in your passport. Yeah. A heart stamp. A heart sticker.ย  Okay, you're all set. Here's your passport.
12
So, this is your passport to travel around theย  world, right? Are you excited? Mhm. All right. So, I'm going to give you this passport. This isย  your ticket to travel. Do you want to do it, too? Yep. I'm going to do it with you. Allย  right. So, where should we go first? Which country should we travel to? Uh, butterfly.ย  Butterfly country. Okay. Here we're going on the jump. I need my passport, too. Here.ย  All right. Are we taking the airplane?
13
Woohoo! You're on the airplane. You're flying.ย  Got it. We arrived. All right. Time to stamp our passports. Here's my passport. Can you stampย  it, please? Okay. Is it on the ground? Okay.
14
Boop. Just like a real passport. And then we'llย  put a stamp in it. All right. Go ahead, buddy.
15
Stamp my passport. Stamp yours first. Allย  right. Great job, butterfly country. Yeah, we got a stamp from butterfly country. Okay,ย  let's go to the next. Let's go to the next country. Thank you. Should we get in the airplaneย  or should we take the boat or the train? The boat.
16
The boat. Okay, let's hop in the boat. Here,ย  get in the boat with me. This the ferry. Oh, the ferry. Okay, let's sit in the ferry.ย  We've got our passports. We're ready.
17
We're there. Oh, we're here. Okay. What countryย  are we in now? Okay, we're in heart table country.
18
Table country. Heart table. Okay, let's getย  our next stamp. It's actually a sticker, isn't it? Which one do you want? Um, I think I'llย  choose this one. I'll choose the enormous one.
19
All right. Thank you. Wait for me. I'll waitย  for you. I'm going to do this one. Okay. Next country. Should we take the train this time? Uh,ย  yes. On the top over here. All right. Okay. So, we're on the airplane. Let's go. What should weย  do? Should we order some food on the airplane?
20
Yeah. What do you want to order? I'm orderingย  ordering some food. What do you What did you want?
21
Um I just want uh some water, please. Thank you. Iย  ordered some for me, too. Great. All right. Are we there? Soon. Oh, our food's there, actually.ย  Oh, let's eat our food. Oh, airplane food.
22
Delicious. Yummy. Do you like airplane food? Yeah.ย  Yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy. Okay. Are we at our next country? Yeah.ย  All right, let's get off and get our passport stamp. Bye, airplane. See you later. Look, we'reย  at flower country. Flower country. There's only flowers everywhere. There's only flowers here.ย  Let's get our passport stamped. I love this game.
23
You love this game. You made You made up a goodย  game. Thanks, buddy. I'm glad you like it. Here, put one. Oh, can you stamp my passport for me,ย  please? Okay, I'm going to put my um forward in.
24
Thank you. Oh, flower country. I visited itย  before. Now I'm back again. Should we hang out in flower country a little bit or shouldย  we go visit another country? Maybe hang out a little bit. Hang out a little bit. Okay.ย  Oh, yeah. Flowers. Flowers. Yay. Flowers. Oh, they smell so good. If you enjoyed thatย  video, you are really going to enjoy this one, too. It will help you a lot in learningย  how to teach English to your child at home from a really young age. Thanks forย  watching and I will see you in my next
