1
This is Daily Reflections on Divine Mercy from My Catholic Life.
2
Today's reflection is entitled, Seeing Without Accomplishing.
3
Does God get angry with you when you do not accomplish a certain task for His glory?
4
It depends.
5
He may issue forth His holy wrath if the failure is unaccounted of your sin.
6
This wrath is an act of His mercy calling you to repentance.
7
But at other times, your work in service of God may be hindered by things beyond your control.
8
The Lord knows this and sees it.
9
You may wonder at times why God does not fix this or that problem.
10
You may wish you had it in your power to move someone to act
11
when they appear to be a hindrance to your work of mercy.
12
But this is not your concern.
13
Your concern must be to do all that is in your power to accomplish the will of God, leaving the rest to Him.
14
God is pleased by your efforts, not by your successes.
15
He does not measure the objective success, rather, He measures the subjective success. In fact,
16
sometimes God allows many obstacles to arise as a way of purifying your work
17
and sanctifying your soul through patience and deepening resolve.
18
Do your duty, and that God will suffice for the work of mercy our Lord has given you.
19
Think about that which you believe God has given you as a duty to perform.
20
It may be some ordinary activity, or it may be something that appears to be grander in nature.
21
Reflect also upon apparent obstacles you encounter in fulfilling your duty.
22
Try not to look at these obstacles as obstacles at all.
23
Rather, see them as opportunities to deepen your resolve to fulfill the mission of divine mercy God has given to you.
24
Let us pray.
25
Lord, help me to be faithful to you in all that I do.
26
Help me to refrain from focusing on the results of my efforts and,
27
instead, to offer my effort to You for Your glory.
28
I know You are pleasing by my total dedication to You, dear Lord.
29
Help me to daily resolve to deepen that dedication so as to become a better instrument of Your mercy.
30
Jesus, I trust in you.

"does not"는 "doesn't"로 축약되고, "it is"는 "it's"로 발음됩니다. 또한 "He may issue forth"에서 "may issue"가 [메이이슈]처럼 연결되어 들립니다. "leaving the rest to Him"에서 "the rest"는 [더레스트]가 아닌 [더레스]로 축약되는 것을 확인하세요.

"God is pleased by your efforts, not by your successes"에서 "pleased", "efforts", "successes"에 강세를 두고, "not by your"는 가볍게 건너뜁니다. 기도문 부분은 느린 템포로, "Help me to refrain from focusing on the results"에서 "Help", "refrain", "focusing", "results"에 강세를 주어 감정을 전달하세요. shadow speech 기법을 사용해 반복 연습하면 효과적입니다.
