  • "I have a lot of stuff that I don't really need": Essa estrutura é útil para expressar a possessão e a incerteza sobre a necessidade de itens. A flexibilidade do verbo "to have" e a conjugação do presente são importantes.
  • "If I haven't pulled it out of my closet over a year": Aqui, a forma do presente perfeito é utilizada para enfatizar uma ação que não ocorreu, o que é fundamental para a fluência em inglês.
  • "I think I'm also supposed to cut up a pineapple": O uso de "supposed to" é uma expressão que expressa obrigação ou expectativa, um elemento chave na comunicação diária.
  • "I want to talk about the social life at Oxford": A estrutura "I want to" é muito importante para fazer pedidos e expressar intenções, algo que é frequentemente usado em interações sociais.
