It's like, okay, if he has a degree, let's be able to job.

I can promise you he's unemployable.

He will no longer be able to get a job.

He's had a taste of the freedom that comes from business and the stakes.

He will be more miserable if he graduates with a degree

and then gets a normal job than he is

if you just let him live on his own and actually pursue his own things.

He will also fail multiple times between now and the end.

And what I would encourage you to do is not say, I told you so, but be willing to just support the fact that he's going all in.

And I think you have something that's incredibly rare, which is you have an incredibly talented and motivated son.

And I think that getting in the way of that would be a great disservice.

And I'll be very clear, I absolutely appreciate your attention, which is that you want to serve and support him in the best way that you know possible.

It's just that the world has changed.

And I think that the advice and the counsel that you give as a parent has to change with it.

And I think you will best equip him by basically giving him the freedom without judgment to pursue his passions

because he knows how to make money.

He will not suffer.

He will not not be able to feed himself, which is the big fear.

There's plenty of ways to make money.

He already has enough skills in order to do that.

But the thing that he is more at risk of doing is settling for a goal

that is too small in order to appease you and then in so doing be miserable.

And I only know this because I did it.
