Just in case you don't have anyone in your inner circle telling you this,

because I didn't, your current circumstances do not predict how crazy and beautifully your life can change in the future.

I was a first -generation, low -income student.

My dad passed away when I was 14, and I went through so many years of partying, not knowing what to do, struggling financially, emotionally.

I remember feeling like I was a floater, like I had no idea what my purpose was.

I felt so stuck in so much rumination, so much anxiety.

A few years later, after focusing on the one degree turns, after meditating every single day, after sitting with my brain in silence,

figuring out why do I think this way

and how can I work backwards and taking full agency and radical responsibility of my reality.

I live in my dream city with my absolute dream relationship, with my dream friendships, doing work that I cannot even believe

that I'm able to do being able to connect with thousands of people who are on the same journey as me,

the version of me from a few years ago would not even be able to comprehend the fucking changes

that were possible for her.

And so, just in case no one is telling you this right now, those dreams, those visions, those desires that you have are not delusional.

You can create a completely different life know exactly how

that feels to be

so lost just focus on the one degree turns you just focus on the one degree turns
