5
Welcome to day one of our brand new 10 -day English speaking challenge.
6
Before we start, I want to ask you something.

14
This is called shadowing.

Think about learning to ride a bicycle.
22
You can read about balance.
23
You can watch a hundred videos about how to pedal.
24
But you will only learn to ride by getting on the bike and pedaling, wobbling, maybe falling a little, and trying again.
25
Speaking English is exactly the same.

39
I knew you would.

Today we're going to practice 30 simple sentences together.
41
We'll do it in three small sets of 10, and after each set, we'll pause, celebrate, and take a little breath.
42
Simple as that.
43
Here's how it works.
44
I'll say a sentence, then I'll say it two more times so you can repeat it with me.
45
Just listen, copy my rhythm, and speak out loud, even if it feels strange at first.
