And so why are books so important? because they enable this long form consumption of ideas.

If you're interested in, say, English literature or you're interested in, say, economics, you learn some things from your school content.

Think about what your future career could look like in those areas.

So I would say when you're 13, you want to be inspiring that intrinsic curiosity and actually reading broadly in some of these fields.

And so a natural question as a parent is, is my kid reading for fun?

If not, let's try to fix that with some of these, you know, subject materials.

And the reality is very few kids right now are reading for fun.
