1
hi guys welcome back to my channel today we are doing another
2
you know annual thing where i do 10 things i learned at the age of 26 because
3
if you don't already know i'm turning 26 this year
4
i'm filming this like one month before my birthday my birthday is on november 5th i don't know
5
when this is gonna be up
6
but i wanted to do a little video on this
7
because i think it's good to always just sort of like reflect on the year
8
and of course i just want to say
9
that there's definitely a lot of things i learned you know as you know time goes
10
and these are just some of it let me count how many
11
because i wrote it all right here one two three four
12
five six seven eight nine ten 11 okay well maybe 11 things
13
but i'm gonna say 10 because one of them could be honorable mention
14
because i think 10 is a better number than 11
15
i'm not gonna waste your time we're just gonna get straight into it i think
16
this year there was a lot of things i wanted to do
17
because i was like i'm 25 now like i'm not a kid anymore
18
i don't want this to sound like oh i'm old
19
now like i think honestly like sometimes i'll joke about oh i'm
20
so old now but honestly in reality i'm like i'm pretty young you know
21
but at the same time i'm like i'm not a kid anymore
22
you know this is i have to take mather into my own hand
23
and nobody's gonna come save me you know this is something
24
that i just realized
25
and this year I really try to get out of my comfort zone
26
I didn't show any of this on camera of course
27
because you know it's just it's I don't think it's necessary to show stuff certain stuff on camera
28
but there was a lot of things I've experienced this year
29
that honestly gave me a lot of anxiety and you know
30
when you try new things it's just genuinely super scary
31
you know number one thing was definitely starting my own beauty brand
32
that was something that little me would never imagine
33
and I don't know how it was just in the middle of night at my parents place
34
I pulled out my laptop
35
and I started just looking into the steps of you know I was just like you know what
36
Okay, I'm gonna do it and I start cold emailing like a bunch of
37
People and it was like one of the craziest thing i've done
38
and it felt humiliating in a way because it was just like
39
You know, nobody was responding but once I did that wasn't scary anymore
40
Another was definitely getting my house
41
That was a lot of responsibility that I didn't know like how it would take it
42
But then i'm like, you know what?
43
I just tell myself like as time goes on I am going to become more comfortable, which is my number one point
44
This is i'm just gonna read you exactly whatever I said time will pass anyway
45
So do it because six months from now you won't be scared.
46
You're gonna be different in a year
47
So do it now you'll get used to it how things
48
may be now may be different two years from now time can change your life in ways
49
You can never imagine.
50
It's just that time is gonna pass anyway, you know When something is new at first it's going to be uncomfortable,
51
but that is just the process
52
That is just how things go.
53
It's going to be uncomfortable now and then it's going to be comfortable later
54
You're always gonna have that uncomfortable feeling like even
55
if I did this when I was like if i'm 50 I'm still gonna be uncomfortable when i'm 50
56
But maybe as like a month go by two months go by a year after
57
you're gonna be like this is my new normal
58
So I think it's something that I learned that you know,
59
it's scary But i'm not it's not like i'm not capable that I know i'm more than capable to do it
60
It's just it's new and this is also something where I do where like I would
61
if i'm booking like a solo trip I would do it like a month in advance
62
So once a month later, you know, I would just not think about it until like a month later I'm, like, you know what?
63
I've already been thinking about this.
64
This is not that scary anymore
65
It's just like you get used to things with like things that where you are like, oh my god I can't imagine doing this but then
66
when the time actually comes you're just like i'm gonna suck it up I'm gonna do it
67
because you're gonna be alive after that
68
You just have to tell yourself that like the scariest fucking things like going upstage, you know, doing public speaking,
69
whatever it is, you're going to be alive after that.
70
Okay, so you're going to be fine.
71
You just have to also know that if you are nervous or something, that is just a sign that this is going to make you grow.
72
You have to know that the benefits are going to be worth it because after this,
73
you are not going to be as nervous the next time you do the same exact thing.
74
That is the benefit.
75
You have conquered a huge fear in your life.
76
And I think that is one of the most valuable things ever because as a human, we shouldn't always be scared to be scared.
77
You know, I think being fearless is truly amazing.
78
And it's also just like, it doesn't mean that you always have to be fearless.
79
Like you can't be scared of anything.
80
That just means that, you know, I think it's natural to be scared of things.
81
But I think that it's good to also conquer certain fears.
82
So I think that just telling yourself that no matter what you want to do, your time is going to pass.
83
Like if you're going to be like, I'm going to wait until I'm older.
84
Like, okay, this applies to specific situations.
85
Don't put yourself in situations where it's like, I don't know, like if you're like a teen and you decide to get married.
86
You know, I don't control anyone's life.
87
You do you.
88
But I'm just saying like when you're really young, you might not know what's best for yourself, okay?
89
I just think that with certain things, given certain contexts, because I always try to preface this
90
because I know there's people out there who's gonna twist my words because I'll be saying one thing.
91
And then because I didn't address another point that I didn't even like talk about, people are going to misconstrue my words and be like,
92
well, she didn't talk about this and that.
93
Sometimes it's just hard to cover all the grounds, you know, but I do try to.
94
But sometimes when I don't cover all the grounds, people try to point at things and they're like, oh, well, you didn't mention that,
95
so you mean this, which I didn't mean that.
96
It's just that, you know? so circumstances okay just know
97
that as time passes you're gonna be just time it's gonna pass
98
that is just something
99
that you have to know honestly at the beginning of the year
100
this is something i've been working really hard on is the brand
101
and i was like either i'm gonna be 30 with a brand
102
or five years from now i'm just not gonna have a brand like it's just
103
that either way time is gonna pass either i'm gonna improve
104
and learn from this experience and challenge myself or you know
105
that just doesn't happen it's just either
106
or you know time is gonna pass either way number two
107
i said obsession beats talent there is a price this is not something that's like very like oh rainbows and sunshine.
108
It's just something I've seen.
109
You don't have to believe me.
110
Honestly, this entire video, you don't have to believe me.
111
This is just what I've seen in my 26 years of living.
112
Obsession always beat talent, okay?
113
Honestly, I think that pretty privilege is a real thing.
114
I think if you look really pretty, like there's going to be advantages in society for you to get.
115
But I've seen that people who are not like conventionally attractive,
116
they become more successful and they get more opportunities because there's an obsession with it there's just something where it's like,
117
it is an aura to you.
118
You're just confident.
119
Because sometimes I just think that with certain people, it's like, yeah, you look at people, like, you know, you see the physical appearance,
120
but there's something that you can't really describe as the aura.
121
I just think an aura is so powerful.
122
Like, you just know that they're very confident in them.
123
So I think confidence bring you so far.
124
And when you have an obsession where you're constantly striving and striving and striving, you just want to get better and better and better,
125
you're gonna become better.
126
Like, even with like a person who has a lot of talent,
127
they just automatically get it at the first try or they're super pretty, whatever it is.
128
They're super smart, whatever.
129
But if you're obsessed, you're mediocre, but you're obsessed.
130
You are going to get so fucking far.
131
That's just something I realized.
132
But I do want to say that there is a price.
133
Like I said, it's obsession.
134
To be obsessed with something doesn't sound healthy.
135
Again, I just want to say that this is just the reality of things.
136
I'm not saying this to make you feel bad or whatever.
137
I just, it's the reality.
138
The reality is never pretty.
139
I've seen that you will succeed.
140
But because once again, the word is obsessed.
141
Obsession is never good.
142
There is a price.
143
You're going to maybe sacrifice your relationships.
144
You're going to sacrifice your friendships.
145
You're going to sacrifice your time.
146
You're going to constantly think about this all the time, but you are going to get better.
147
But there's a price to pay.
148
Of course, there's people who can make a very healthy boundary.
149
I think that you can succeed in life with having a very healthy boundary.
150
That's a whole different topic.
151
But this is just what I've seen.
152
That obsession always beats talent because you're thinking about a 24 seven.
153
Is it healthy?
154
No, but I've seen that it brings people to success.
155
So next point I wrote down is that you are enough.
156
You don't need to be fixed.
157
You can show up and have fun.
158
There's no holes to fill.
159
You are whole.
160
Why did I read it like that?
161
So if you don't already know, I have, um, let me just show you guys.
162
This is what I have on my phone screen.
163
Literally, I have the quote, I am enough.
164
That has generally been the quote that has helped me the most because in a lot of my life, I'm always looking for something wrong.
165
Oh, I'm not pretty enough.
166
I'm not smart enough.
167
I'm not thin enough.
168
I'm not sociable enough.
169
I'm just not good enough.
170
I'm just not enough, enough, enough, enough, enough.
171
And so you wake up hating yourself.
172
You wake up like this is wrong with me.
173
That is wrong with me.
174
If I get this, I'll be okay.
175
If I get this, I'll be okay.
176
If I do this, I'll be okay.
177
If I look like this, I'll be okay.
178
It's never going to be enough.
179
It is never going to be enough.
180
You will get exactly what you want it'll never be enough
181
so you might as well just like yourself now
182
because it is exhausting having to do
183
that like i don't want to say like love yourself
184
because like it's hard to like understand right it's just i am enough
185
if you see someone doing something really cool i am enough there are rooms to improve
186
but you don't have holes to fill
187
there's not something wrong with you of course like you know like i don't want to say
188
that like yeah go to go to therapy like do like self -improvement all
189
that but don't wake up like i am i'm for life like there's something wrong with me
190
that I can never fix because that is a very exhausting way to live
191
and I just think that life shouldn't be like
192
that you should wake up happy you know you should wake up feeling excited for the day
193
because at the end of the day this is your life you know start living your life
194
and stop like thinking like how do I become dumb how do I do
195
that trust in that vision and run for it okay just trust in what you know
196
and go for it okay
197
because at the end of the day you are living life for yourself
198
so do the things you want who gives a fuck what
199
Billy Bobby Brown I mean
200
who cares what billy bobby jane whatever it's doing you know i mean
201
so that's something really important that i think you guys need to know
202
that you are enough and i think that maybe even though
203
if i'm saying right now it might not mean anything
204
but you just have to know that you know especially
205
if you're young you know it's like you can breathe
206
you can see you can hear everything you can do what you want we'll all deal with the same cars
207
and the thing is that you know but people who do things
208
that you want to do they don't show you the ugly parts that's what you have to know
209
There was a price that was paid that you did not see.
210
You have to know that.
211
That is very important.
212
Next, you can become exactly what you envision and it will take time.
213
You will slowly morph into your thoughts whether you like it or not.
214
Just depends on how badly you want it.
215
Little steps matter.
216
And I had like a sub point under that.
217
Your issues will stay if you don't face it.
218
If you don't come face to face with your issues, it'll never be resolved.
219
What you think in your head will become the reality.
220
Which is why it's always like people say that like if you never desire something if you can't achieve it.
221
And that is true in my opinion
222
and it's just like of course it's not going to become like your vision
223
if you don't try to actually pursue that
224
because the more you think about something is going to become true especially
225
when you're constantly exposed to something
226
that you always want you're going to always think about it
227
and the same thing goes for like bad thoughts
228
if you constantly think about like i'm not pretty enough
229
i'm not good enough it's going to always be with you
230
so you have to control how your mind thinks about things
231
and it first starts with just telling yourself
232
that you are enough this is i didn't mention this is one of my points
233
but i'm just going to quickly go over it don't put people on pedestals okay don't don't idolize people
234
because we're all human you're bound to get disappointed
235
and i know it's hard especially when you set expectations for friends
236
and everything you know that's a whole different topic
237
but like let's just talk about celebrities and all
238
that don't put people on pedestals you know don't be like oh my god i can't get what she wants
239
if you think like that of course you're not gonna get it
240
but if you think like okay i can just go to acting school
241
or whatever like put myself out there you know like honestly
242
i think being cringe is to be free like just putting yourself out
243
there you have to act like you have it of course the road is gonna be rough
244
it's gonna be tough but i just think
245
that your thoughts will shape you i hope
246
that brings some sort of comfort to you as well especially
247
if there's something you've always want just know
248
that you are on the road of getting it as long as you put in the work into getting it
249
that goes without saying it's hard to get what you want
250
if you don't put in the work right
251
but i just think it's also very important
252
which i think is actually it's probably my next point my next point is
253
that little steps matter yes
254
that was one of the points i mentioned in what i just say little steps matter it's
255
so important because you're not gonna see it
256
And I know like some of you guys might be like, yeah, of course you're not going to see it.
257
But when you're actually pursuing a greater life for yourself or something that's so different for yourself, you're going to forget that.
258
You're going to be like, well, I don't see any progress.
259
Like what the hell?
260
Like what the am I doing?
261
You're not going to see progress.
262
Okay.
263
That's the thing.
264
You're going to slowly, slowly become that.
265
And I go through the same exact shit.
266
Like I'm just like, I don't want to, I want to give up.
267
Like I don't really care.
268
And even now, sometimes it's hard.
269
Sometimes I don't start things because I'm just like, I'm not going to see stupid progress.
270
You know, like what's the point?
271
But you have to believe in that.
272
A lot of this is just through believing in yourself like
273
it's going to happen as long as i keep working for it that's the hardest thing
274
which is why people don't try to challenge themselves like that
275
because it's very much just believing in yourself and
276
that gets very exhausting when you don't see results fast
277
but the ones who wait and the ones who really believe in
278
that vision and just constantly go and go
279
and go those are the ones who get rewarded at the end right
280
and i think that's something that a lot of us need to remember
281
and that's how you become great my next point is
282
that life feels so good when you're happy it may be temporary
283
but it feels so good this is especially important to remember
284
when you're on your darkest days like
285
when you just feel it what the is life like life don't make sense
286
this is just not worth it like it just doesn't make sense every day is gonna feel like this
287
when you have a bad day i know it just feels like it's gonna be like this forever
288
but trust me when i say this it's not gonna be like
289
that forever it's just it's just gonna take one really little thing
290
it's probably gonna take like a friend probably gonna take like a drive
291
it's probably gonna take like an ice cream or whatever watch a movie
292
or maybe it might be just be facing one of your fears
293
or challenging yourself or putting yourself in a different environment really forcing yourself to
294
or maybe it's just like stepping right outside and you have to know
295
that happiness comes temporary which is like you know don't feel
296
so weird like oh i was happy yesterday now i'm sad
297
you know also i don't want to downplay anyone's like mental illness like i know
298
there's just people who have like just are always very very
299
sad just like experience with like you know depression anxiety
300
and all that still think my point applies
301
that happiness is temporary emotions is temporary itself
302
and you just need to cherish that well like when you have a good moment you
303
You know, there's nothing you can do to keep it, but just enjoy it.
304
Life is all about trying to get that sort of happiness.
305
So when you have it, just know that this is a really great thing.
306
You're gonna have ups and downs and that is normal and that is okay.
307
But just know that when it rains, sunshine's gonna come.
308
The sun is always gonna come out.
309
The hardest thing you can do is just to keep going, even though it might just be like you literally doing nothing,
310
but you're still going, okay?
311
You just have to believe a good day's gonna come.
312
I can't promise you when, but it's going to come.
313
Next, abandon your identity.
314
Don't limit yourself to a label.
315
Don't take this the wrong way again everyone has identity like
316
if you want to hold on to your identity like that's
317
you know some people's identity means everything to them please don't take this the wrong way
318
but i'm just gonna talk about what i mean by
319
that i mean don't strict yourself with a label i think
320
that there was one time on tiktok where i talked about it i said
321
that personally for me like i don't know my sexuality
322
i don't like to be labeled down to like you know she's straight is she a lesbian is she bi
323
she pansexual like i just don't like that label i said
324
that what did i say i said that's
325
because like you know people sexuality is very fluid
326
and like you know you might change
327
that in the interim might come for you for changing your sexuality people like to put you in a box
328
so people who identify themselves as lesbians they were saying
329
that well this is a very harmful thing to say
330
because you know like for me like my identity is not fluid
331
and this is very harmful because you're gonna make men think
332
that oh they can change me into liking men again
333
or liking men in general and i just won't say that
334
that is not what i meant i just meant for those like i apologize i'm very sorry
335
if i wasn't clear but what i mean by
336
that is i'm just saying that for myself honestly like i think
337
that there's also people who can relate to me where it's like especially when you're figuring yourself out.
338
I think those people who, you know, was criticizing my point, they have a point because it's like, they're very sure of themselves.
339
They're very sure of their identity.
340
But for me, I'm not sure of my identity, which is why I'm saying that because like, I'm not sure of it,
341
which is why I'm very fluid.
342
And I've seen also people online where it's like the, their identity changes.
343
And it's also not like I'm fluid is more so like, I just don't know.
344
Cause I don't date.
345
So that's the biggest point.
346
That is the biggest reason.
347
And so, yeah, I just, I just want to clear the air because I don't want my, I don't mean to offend anyone.
348
It's usually usually for me my points apply to myself
349
but of course like you know
350
when you make videos people are going to try to like connect to what you say
351
so it's like you have to word your things carefully
352
but i just want to clear the air
353
so okay back to my point where don't tie yourself to like an identity is
354
that let's say
355
that today you identify yourself as an introvert you're anxious you don't like public speaking you don't own yourself to
356
that the next day you don't need to be an introvert you don't need to live according to
357
that you can play an avatar you can just be a completely different person
358
you know the next day you can just be i'm
359
so confident you know like extrovert whatever because that allows yourself to evolve
360
and i think it's harder to do that
361
when you're maybe stuck in like school
362
or something people might judge you be oh my gosh she's
363
so different but i think it's easier i guess
364
when you get older that's just something that i've learned
365
but for me it's definitely a lot more like slower
366
i've seen people where they just change their identity really found like respect
367
but for me it took me a lot longer to become more confident like literally
368
if this was like high school me met me
369
now they should be like who is she you know she would be
370
so surprised and it just takes time like you don't own yourself like to be a certain way just
371
because you were like this like a week ago yesterday you know you can change your identity
372
so fast this allows yourself to just really grow
373
and evolve as a person next i said
374
you'll surprise yourself life will surprise you in good ways you might think
375
that life is gonna go a certain way like you have your entire life spelled out for you think
376
that if i do this i'm gonna get this i'm gonna get
377
that yeah maybe maybe it might just be in that direction
378
but maybe something better will come
379
or maybe something similar will come i don't think you're gonna get your life a hundred percent right or maybe you will,
380
who knows, but life will surprise you.
381
You might be, I don't deserve this.
382
This is never like gonna happen.
383
This is like just horrible.
384
But life might still surprise you, you know?
385
Because what you think is in here, but how other people react is kind of separate from here.
386
Like you might be, I'm not qualified for this job.
387
I'm not qualified for this.
388
But then surprisingly, you get hired.
389
You get the thing.
390
I'm not trying to be pessimistic, but there's also times where things will be bad.
391
You know, you're like, oh, I didn't expect this to happen.
392
But I'm not gonna talk too much about that because that's bringing the mood down.
393
Anyways, okay, next.
394
Taking a pause may feel like forever, but reality is you can hop right back on.
395
You'll be okay.
396
So this is for my girlies who are impatient as fuck.
397
Like you want results fast, fast, fast.
398
Okay.
399
This is something I've really learned this year.
400
I like moving fast, especially when I'm doing something I'm really not comfortable with.
401
I just feel I need to get it done ASAP.
402
But yes, time is moving.
403
But what you're going to do is not going anywhere.
404
Like the thing that you plan on doing, you still have to do it.
405
You just have to wait.
406
And I think that you taking a break, let's just say you, you pausing for a little bit.
407
Life is not ending.
408
Okay.
409
Yes.
410
Yeah.
411
Maybe some people are still running, improving, but what's meant for you is going to be yours.
412
Okay.
413
It's not going to go anywhere.
414
If it's going to go any somewhere then it's probably just not for you
415
but you taking a break
416
i don't know a day two days three days a week
417
a month a year what's meant for you is gonna be for you okay
418
if it's not then it's probably just not the right timing yet it's going to go through hell to reach
419
you if it's meant for you
420
that is something you have to remember okay what's meant for you is going to be for you
421
and i think that's special for me like
422
when i try to take breaks i'm like oh my god my life is ending like how dare i do
423
that like you you're a failure how dare you do that
424
but i've realized this year it's like you can hop right back on.
425
It's just a car.
426
It's just moving and you take a pause.
427
You walk around the field.
428
You do whatever you want and you go back onto the car and you keep driving.
429
You know, don't crush yourself for taking a break because it's just also, you're taking a break for a reason.
430
You're trying to recharge and you like being so rude to yourself, it's kind of doing the opposite of taking a break, don't you think?
431
Next, I said that, oh, this is something really important.
432
You can be loved and feel supported while doing what you want.
433
You don't need to do it alone.
434
So this is coming from really, really just, I mean, all of these are coming from my personal experience,
435
but I think this might be a very niche one that don't think you see a lot of people talking about.
436
So if you don't know, I started my entire career here by doing it alone because nobody believed in me.
437
And I do think that when you're alone, you have a lot of time to process things.
438
Okay, truly, you improve a lot when you're alone because you're not really influenced by things externally from people.
439
Like you're just all like here.
440
So I do think that doing things alone is there are benefits with that.
441
But because I've always done things alone where nobody's like behind me, like supporting me, be like, yeah, you got this.
442
I just felt like to succeed in life, To do what I want to do, I need to do it alone.
443
Because that brings out the best version of myself.
444
Like when I'm alone, that's my best.
445
So if I have people supporting me, I'm like, oh, oh, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
446
I enjoy your company though.
447
I enjoy your company.
448
So something is, this is gonna like distract me from my track.
449
Like I'm, something's wrong.
450
Like I won't be able to like succeed and be me because I've only known me for being alone.
451
I don't really know me as well when I'm with people, you know?
452
And I'm like, this is kind of unfamiliar.
453
Like I like your company, but now I'm like distracted.
454
But not like distracted, but just enjoying.
455
I think I'm like, oh, I'm enjoying this person's company.
456
So, but I still need to be alone in my space.
457
You know, maybe this comes into like something with me doing, you know, like being an introvert and something like that.
458
But something I learned recently is that you can feel supported
459
and loved and be with the people that you like while succeeding.
460
This point might just fly over your head and be like, yeah, no shit.
461
But for me, I'm just like, it's just all about balance, you know?
462
And maybe it's also because like maybe I was raised in a very competitive environment.
463
Maybe I'm just like, oh, people are going to be competitive with me.
464
Therefore, I need to be competitive with them, you know?
465
Maybe it's like that.
466
But you just need to know that you can be loved and succeed.
467
This is just honestly I feel this is a very niche point
468
that I don't think everyone would realize but it's just something I realized a little too late.
469
Yeah that's something I learned this year at least that was really important for me.
470
And next maybe giving yourself the things you want as a child now will make you feel better even if it's temporary.
471
It kind of explains itself when if you're a kid right
472
and there are things that you want to do but you weren't able to do it.
473
I don't know doing sudoku, going to the arcade, watching a bunch of cartoons, eating pizza late at night.
474
Sometimes maybe doing that will truly just bring happiness.
475
It's truly maybe that is just all you need to just, you know, really just fulfill your inner child.
476
Sometimes that's all it takes to just be happy.
477
Maybe temporarily, you know.
478
And the last little point that I have is that don't try to understand everything.
479
Think less.
480
You know, it's funny because like back then I'm like, how the hell did I go to school like at 7 a .m.?
481
Like how the f* in high school was I able to wake up
482
so early and just do all those things and I take the test and everything?
483
Truly, it's because like you wake up super early and maybe it's because also you're a kid.
484
So you're just like conditioned to like just doing all that.
485
But it's also just you don't really think.
486
Like, at least for me, I wake up at like goddamn 6 a .m and I'm like, I'm not even thinking straight.
487
I'm just doing go, go, go, go, go.
488
But truly, like, you don't need to try to understand why was I not picked?
489
Why wasn't, you know, I chosen?
490
Or why didn't I get this?
491
Whatever.
492
Don't try to go understand that, you know?
493
Just do things, you know?
494
But of course, it's important to think as well.
495
It's important to reflect and analyze, you know?
496
But sometimes don't think too much.
497
Be like, oh my God, what if I'm not qualified for this?
498
Then make yourself qualified.
499
Make yourself qualified.
500
Make it good.
501
Make it so good that people are gonna shut their mouth shut.
502
But yeah, that's my last piece of advice.
503
But I kind of want to go on a little more life advice here.
504
The stuff that I've learned recently, you know, this year, especially for me, is just I feel like I'm not deserving of this.
505
I'm not deserving of that.
506
I can't do this.
507
I'm not qualified for that.
508
But who gives a fuck?
509
I got eyes.
510
I got nose.
511
I can smell.
512
I can taste.
513
I can walk.
514
I can breathe.
515
I'm young.
516
Like, it's like I can as many times as I want.
517
And yeah, what's going to cost me is probably just being a little embarrassing, but it's not embarrassing unless you think it's embarrassing, you know?
518
And people who find you cringe are probably just the people who are too scared to do what you're doing, you know?
519
And sometimes I catch myself doing that.
520
I'm like, oh, that's what's kind of cringe.
521
But I'm like, wait, why am I judging?
522
Like, that's because, you know, I'm projecting.
523
Face your fears.
524
I promise you it's not going to be as scary as you think it is because when you face your fears,
525
you're one step closer into just doing what you want
526
and constantly living in fear and just feeling like you're not good enough is really going to be very harmful for yourself.
527
You're not going to live a happy life and you're always going to be like, oh my, I'm not happy with this.
528
I'm not happy with that.
529
So you might as well do the terrifying thing.
530
You might as well come face to face with your fears.
531
And like I mentioned in one of my previous points, it's like if you don't face your fears, it's never going to be resolved.
532
And it's going to be scary.
533
It's just would you rather just live in regret forever or just do the thing?
534
Just do the scary thing, you know?
535
And then the second time we do it, it's not going to be scary anymore.
536
You just need to know that once you face this, it's not going to be as scary.
537
Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
538
That's basically all I have to say.
539
I hope this helped you guys.
540
I know I haven't made a journal entry on this channel in a long time,
541
but you have to you guys do have to know I do have a second channel that's dedicated journal entries.
542
I need to post more often.
543
Honestly, let me know what you guys think
544
Happy early birthday to me I don't know
545
when this is gonna be up but my birthday present I want from you guys
546
that I would wish you guys will wish me happy birthday
547
Anyways, but yeah, I hope this was helpful for you guys
548
And I just want to let you guys know
549
that I will always be supporting you face your fears and don't let people tell you what the fuck to do
550
You know if you can think it you are going to become it you just have to know that
551
Okay, you have to know that and these are just some lessons
552
that i've learned that I Want to share with you guys because I wish someone told me so anyways,
553
I love you guys and i'll see you guys very very soon Love ya
