and yesterday I stumbled upon this beautiful skyline with the Landmark 81 and there is an entire area hiding back there.

I have no clue what to expect.

It's supposed to be super modern, different and I'm just so excited.

So, first things first, we need to get to our new area.

Wow, these views are seriously impressive.

And there are so many ways to get around the city.

But I highly recommend hopping on a scooter at least once and really feel like you're part of it all.

and i'm open to explore what it's all about i saw somebody else is taking some content there

and benches everywhere just a super neat neat and tidy park wow oh and here you have so many koi

fishies and birdies

and just walking around here keeps popping up it reminds me a little bit of Dubai

and back there is a pretty cool bridge reminds me a lot of Singapore like the Helix bridge

and here's just so beautiful you have like a little garden cornfish everywhere super livable

and enjoyable area I know the start of the video is pretty pretty slow

but the views here are really a must -see when you're in Ho Chi Minh.

I don't enjoy it.

On the way, we found a little tennis court.

It's just so, so nicely made.

You have funky little stone walls here.

It's just such an insanely livable area, you know, because you don't have much life in the buildings you have

definitely a cool way to cross over the street

and right now there there's so many little what do you call them kites super cute

and on the other side there's also another like helix bridge

It's really fun.

You see the park is never ending I think you can really spend hours walking through the park

and still haven't seen everything.

There's also the river

So don't worry.

We're gonna go to the river as well

But for now and you're also amazing area a little kids playground workout area fun fun fun

Wow, what is this?

So we decided to grab a quick snack, but overall like a super cozy area.

Lots of restaurants, lots of cafes.

So we'll see if we stop by anything else.

But this already looks pretty, pretty nice.

But in this area I haven't seen any street food yet So commercial break is over, we're back in the park

Super delicious food and now there's like kites everywhere

Also the park has gotten a bit busier I would say

And just barbecue everywhere, so so cute

But now we're going to the water, just gonna take a quick look

But overall it's so fun So fun!

Funky little statues and here a little prominent walk.

The Saigon River Cruise. So cool.

And I'm a bit surprised.

I thought we would see like the District 1 skyline a little bit from here.

But I think we have to walk like all the way around to actually see some buildings.

But for now, I would like to walk the other direction.

I see there's like a little view platform.

Super cool.

And on the other side, you definitely see pretty, pretty beautiful villas.

I bet they have a super dope view on this side nice balconies.

Wow, I would like to live there.

You see here so many like little houses and barbecues. So dope.

I think it's like actual barbecue stations.

You have like a sink and a table.

Let's go check it out.

Everybody's grilling here like isn't that an insane barbecue spot wow

and yeah you have a grill I guess

you just have to bring your own gas you have a table I don't know

if you have to rent them or something let somebody know

that you're using it for the day but it's smelling

so good here and I just saw the ladies are wearing like merchandise like something barbecue

so I think you can hire people to cook for you and your family.

That's cool.

You know, at this point, I have been to quite a few like green spaces, parks in major

Southeast Asian cities, and this one gotta be like my top two, maybe top one.

I'm not sure which one would beat this.

You know, travel can get pretty hectic sometimes.

Whether I'm exploring a new city or rushing through the airport, one thing I can always rely on is my suitcase.

Phát âm cần chú ý

Người nói dùng 102 dạng rút gọn, ví dụ I'm, we're, don't. Hãy nói theo dạng ngắn đúng như bạn nghe.

Cách luyện với video này

Phương Pháp Shadowing Là Gì?

Shadowing là kỹ thuật học ngôn ngữ có cơ sở khoa học, ban đầu được phát triển cho chương trình đào tạo phiên dịch viên chuyên nghiệp và được phổ biến rộng rãi bởi nhà đa ngôn ngữ học Dr. Alexander Arguelles. Nguyên lý cốt lõi đơn giản nhưng cực kỳ hiệu quả: bạn nghe tiếng Anh của người bản xứ và lặp lại to ngay lập tức — như một "cái bóng" (shadow) đuổi theo người nói với độ trễ chỉ 1–2 giây. Khác với luyện ngữ pháp hay học từ vựng bị động, Shadowing buộc não bộ và cơ miệng phải đồng thời xử lý và tái tạo ngôn ngữ thực tế. Các nghiên cứu khoa học xác nhận phương pháp này cải thiện đáng kể phát âm, ngữ điệu, nhịp điệu, nối âm, kỹ năng nghe và độ lưu loát khi nói — đặc biệt hiệu quả cho người luyện IELTS Speaking và muốn giao tiếp tiếng Anh tự nhiên như người bản ngữ.
