  • “When you look at it on the surface, no pun intended, of it, there is nothing more vulnerable than a person who is naked, figuratively or literally.”
  • “I count on audiences going, oh my God, I feel for him in his pain right now, in his suffering, and I've been there.” “count on”(指望)后接“audiences going”的用法,生动展现了口语中直接引述心理活动的方式;“I feel for him”(我同情他)和“I've been there”(我有过类似经历)都是极实用的日常表达。
  • “Ten years later, after Malcolm in the Middle, Vince Gilligan contacted my agent and said, I'd like to see Brian for this new series called Breaking Bad.” 时间状语“Ten years later, after...”
