List down five qualities that you despise in other people.

this is important, is find ways to embody those qualities.

Now, I'm not saying like you become evil,

but it's like 20% more in your life.

Embody those qualities.

For example, if you find people who are assertive to be evil,

begin embodying that assertiveness within yourself and just begin to see what happens.

Learn to say fuck it more.

So whatever you can conceive of that you find is evil,

qualities that you find delectable,

you know, they're not good, they're bad.

How can you begin bit by bit to embody them within your character?

Because remember, the fact that you find it evil

and you can actually conceive of them means that they're a part of you too.
