1
we're going to talk about how to unleash the part of you that has been stuffed deep down for so long.
2
And that once you do,
3
once this part of you finds light,
4
you'll begin to notice that you literally gain superpowers.
5
You'll become a completely different person unleashing the dark side.
6
Now, in unleashing the dark side,
7
I want to ask you a really, really important question.
8
When you were growing up,
9
what did you feel was the most evil?
10
What qualities did you feel was evil? we're going to do an interactive exercise right now.
11
Well, what do you think it's done for you in your life?
12
How do you think that conditioning has affected you?
13
How do you think those subconscious beliefs,
14
that identity that you've been living from,
15
how do you think that's shaped the course of your destiny?
16
Now, I want you to think about instances where you actually get triggered by other people.
17
And I want you to do this exercise right now.
18
List down five qualities that you despise in other people.
19
What are five qualities that you despise in other people that you believe are evil.
20
List those qualities down.
21
And the next thing I want you to do,
22
this is important, is find ways to embody those qualities.
23
Why?
24
Now, I'm not saying like you become evil,
25
but it's like 20% more in your life.
26
Embody those qualities.
27
For example, if you find people who are assertive to be evil,
28
begin embodying that assertiveness within yourself and just begin to see what happens.
29
Learn to say fuck it more.
30
So whatever you can conceive of that you find is evil,
31
qualities that you find delectable,
32
you know, they're not good, they're bad.
33
How can you begin bit by bit to embody them within your character?
34
Because remember, the fact that you find it evil
35
and you can actually conceive of them means that they're a part of you too.
36
They're deeply suppressed within your psyche and that's why they need to find light of day.
