Amazing Grace, the song, I didn't realize it was such a big hit in Japan.

You know, it was a song that's synonymous for being more like a religious song.

Going to church, it was a song you heard by like the old lady, the old guy or old lady in the corner playing an organ.

and somebody singing in the choir, you know, Amazing Grace.

You have to approach it.

I've heard so many people do different versions of this song, but it's like the national anthem.

You can't mess with perfection.

This is a grandiose, beautiful, religious type of song.

And so to do all the little turns and all the little spins that vocalists do or take the,

do like a scat, you know, or something.

I couldn't do it.

You can't do it.

You can't touch it.

So I sang it as straight as I could

and stayed true to the original lyrics and the belief of the power and the glory

forever and ever.

Amen.

I was blind, but now I see.
