today we are heading to downtown to explore the city come along This is called the train,

but we are actually heading the other direction.

First we need to buy a few train tickets.

this is called a kiosk or a ticket machine

and you can buy a physical ticket right here from the

screen I can also buy tickets on my phone with the city app

and once I get onto the train i will scan the qr code

so this is a map of the train route here we are at this station called crest view

and we want to go to the downtown station we need to check when the next train departs.

So for our train, the ETA, which means estimated time of arrival, is 12 minutes.

Here comes the train.

We are walking onto the train, and we will need to find our seat.

This is a good spot.

so we just used our QR code to pay for our

train ticket this is called a QR code the seats on

the train have arm rests you can rest your

arm on it the train also has luggage

racks to store your luggage we have about 10 minutes until we reach our train stop

so now we can just sit relax

and look out the window we are getting close to

downtown you can see the skyscrapers in

the background we made it to our train stop here in downtown so let's get off the train

Things that I see here at the train stop, we have some signs here,

there's a bench right here to wait for the next train,

there's a bunch of poles here to prevent you

from falling into the train tracks down there we are feeling a bit hungry

so we're gonna go find some lunch to eat on our

walk to grab lunch I saw this really fun piece of

art it has a man a woman with a cowboy

hat she is pointing to the group of people

and there are trees and buildings what do you think they are talking about

These are called electric scooters.

We use these to get around the city.

People also ride bikes here in town.

You can also find a lot of murals here.

This is a mural

and it is a giant piece of art that's typically painted

on the side of a building this city has a lot of technology check out this robot

that delivers food we need to cross the street

so we're going to press this button and wait until it's our time to cross the street.

Now it's time for us to cross the street.

This is called a cross walk.

Let's grab some tacos.

This is called a taco.

I am opening the door.

Let's go inside.

This is called a menu and you can order food from it.

Our food just got here and I got two tacos.

Both have beef inside of it.

This one has onions and peppers, and this one has avocado and cheese on top.

I'm going to pick up my taco and take a bite.

Before we go home, let's sit on the bench and cool off.

This is a tree and the tree is giving shade to protect us from the sun.

I am sitting next to Paige and it feels good to relax for a bit.
