Hello.
2
I am so excited for today's topic because it's been brewing in my mind for
3
probably two months and I have a few videos
4
that I've been brewing in my mind for about two months
5
but I've been like waiting to get to the point where
6
I feel like I have a conclusion on these topics
7
and despite not having like a conclusion conclusion I know how to communicate the idea
8
and the thing that I want to talk about is being yourself.
9
It is such a broad concept and growing up people are just like a lot of people,
10
celebrities are like what would you tell somebody who wants to
11
pursue their dreams or wants to be where you are right now
12
or what would you tell people who are struggling
13
and a lot of the time people say be yourself right
14
and I've always heard that I'm like okay like heard a million times before whatever
15
but this year I finally started taking
16
that personally like I started making it a personal mission to be myself
17
and that has never been a mission before
18
because I always was trying to be a version of myself that pleased whoever I'm with.
19
So I would change myself at least slightly to be like tolerable to whatever person I'm with,
20
whether that be friends or relationship or acquaintances or whatever I'm just trying to come off as
21
not too much um tolerable and pleasant okay
22
so these things were my priority not who does name
23
I want to be in this moment what do I feel like doing right
24
now it was always about other people and I recently decentered that and
25
that came obviously after doing a lot of self -discovery the reason I'm making this video right now is
26
because I just watched a Miley Cyrus oh you're kidding there's I really hope that's not here.
27
The leaf blower.
28
I'm just going to talk loud because this is important.
29
I just watched a Miley Cyrus documentary about her bangers controversial era.
30
I recently had the privilege of going to the Hannah Montana premiere.
31
Okay.
32
She was right in front of my face.
33
She was directly in front of me and I have loved that woman since I was a wee kid.
34
Okay.
35
I used to wear her wigs and sing her songs
36
and dance like crazy and tell people in elementary school
37
that she was my cousin like I adore Hannah Montana
38
and I recently saw her in the flesh
39
and I saw something in her
40
that I haven't seen probably since I was a kid like something
41
that I admired about her a lot
42
and it was her her shamelessness like she is
43
so proud to be who she is
44
and she said nobody taught her to be like
45
that this is who just who she is and
46
but who she is is herself right
47
she doesn't let other people dictate how she acts what she says what she looks like what anything
48
she has never let anyone dictate anything she has always prioritized fun
49
and being herself and expressing herself and that is what has made her life
50
so vibrant and in the premiere she talks about how lucky she is to be in the position
51
that she's in and how grateful she is
52
that she even has this spot and it's because she's lived
53
so much of her life authentically like no matter how controversial something may have been she was proud of it
54
and she owned it because it was what she felt like doing in the moment okay
55
and that's something that inspired me a lot as a kid but obviously
56
that sparkle dulled as I started caring about what people perceived
57
about me obviously as we all do I feel like at a certain age we become conscious
58
and we're like oh wait I shouldn't be myself
59
because it causes this problem or I shouldn't be like this
60
because it's weird and they will judge me or I shouldn't say
61
that or I shouldn't talk about this we just learn how to mute ourselves until we are adults
62
that literally can't even find what we like and who we are.
63
So self -discovery is like very hard sometimes
64
and like even like knowing who you are is very difficult
65
but like I said I've recently made it my mission
66
and I've discussed this before it's after seeing so many women be authentically themselves and be adored for it okay.
67
So for example, Alyssa Liu,
68
she just recently won the gold medal for figure skating in the Olympics.
69
And she retired from skating before this to find out what she liked, to find out what her interests are,
70
because her whole life was this thing that was controlled and dictated by other people.
71
Like, her skating career beforehand was like she was told what
72
to eat what to wear what music to dance to how how often to practice whatever
73
so she retired she left figure skating behind
74
and decided to pursue her interests and find out what she likes
75
and who she is and whatever
76
and then she ended up coming back to the sport fully owning every aspect of it
77
and coming out on top but
78
while having fun doing it like it happened with fun and
79
if you haven't seen her performance please look it up I have watched it several times just
80
because it's so beautiful to see her in her joy
81
and fully do something that she loves
82
and not for the sake of I hope everyone likes this or for even like the sake of the sport.
83
She was just having fun putting on a performance for everyone to see.
84
She was just having fun.
85
Same thing with Miley Cyrus.
86
Another thing, Amaya from Love Island.
87
If these are concepts or things that you've never heard of, I'm sorry, but Amaya from Love Island,
88
she was a very bubbly personality and was on the island considered too much,
89
but to the rest of America that was watching, everyone adored her.
90
She ended up becoming America's favorite because of how authentic she was.
91
And that is such a beautiful thing to possess.
92
I fortunately am around a lot of people who are very unapologetically themselves.
93
It takes a lot of bravery and authenticity to make it in an industry like this,
94
but also to maintain maintain your position in an industry like this, like social media.
95
And anybody who has ever blown up,
96
okay, become a celebrity, or has ever been successful,
97
has been unapologetically themselves in one way
98
or another lady gaga beyonce like people they find out what they like
99
and go full force and do it
100
and it doesn't have to be entertainment obviously the point is
101
that finding out who you are and doing what you like is the purpose
102
that is what the point is is to be yourself more
103
and more every day
104
because then you live the most incredible life the most incredible like fulfilling successful life
105
because you are being yourself and when you are yourself everything
106
that aligns with who you are comes to you and
107
so everything fits perfectly like it's a puzzle okay so how does one be themselves how does one
108
how did I go about this mission of how can I be myself it was through trial
109
and error and being willing to be afraid
110
or embarrassed at the expense of being myself because not being myself hurts me more than being myself.
111
If I'm myself and it hurts, at least I was myself.
112
So I was at least a little bit more comfortable, you know, but if it hurts and I wasn't myself, it is like double bad.
113
So I started practicing little by little, like if I don't, I always want to be polite, right?
114
If I don't feel like smiling, I'm not smiling.
115
Okay. If, if my body's telling me I need to sit down away from everyone
116
i'm gonna go sit down away from everyone
117
and i just cross my fingers and hopes that and hope
118
that nobody takes it the wrong way and I keep testing it
119
and testing it and testing it and testing it
120
and um oh my god I hope that that's not too loud I'm
121
so sorry um I keep testing it
122
and seeing how much I can get away with and every time I am met with no danger
123
I am met with no danger like it it always has not mattered
124
that I end up doing the thing that was true to me
125
and that comes with setting boundaries um having conversations with people
126
that I otherwise would not have because I was too afraid of like losing them or whatever
127
every time that I was myself every time I had an authentic conversation or communicated how I felt it made everything stronger.
128
It has made everything stronger rather than letting everything live in my mind
129
and having so much tension and like regret and embarrassment and insecurity and being myself.
130
I started to be myself in my actions more bravely over
131
and over and over and over again until I kind of became used to it
132
and I am so me like I am I get
133
so hyper I get so excited I get so happy um
134
and I get loud and I make a lot I'm a very expressive person
135
and I'm a very active listener and there are certain things I do
136
that like other people don't do that I used to be embarrassed about
137
but now I'm like very glad that they are my qualities
138
because that's what makes me me okay like I'm gonna be
139
me for the rest of my life what makes me me and obviously
140
because I'm me the more I'm me honestly the more
141
I like myself I think I didn't like myself the most
142
when I didn't let myself be who I am Whenever I was clouded by what people said about me
143
or what people would say to me or what people would do to me
144
or my environment or toxicity or whatever it is, I would not allow myself to be who I am.
145
And that caused a lot of negative thinking.
146
It caused a lot of self -destruction and it caused a lot of insecurity and depression.
147
And it was not a life I like to live.
148
Okay.
149
It was not, it was not pleasant for a very long time.
150
And recently I went sober like over a year ago and I have come, I had to become comfortable in my own skin.
151
I had to be comfortable being in social situations with no buffer.
152
Okay.
153
Going to parties, seeing hundreds of people with no buffer dancing all night with no embarrassment
154
and just putting myself out there more often and more often more often
155
and practice really does make perfect and the little things
156
that I would do no matter how small the thing is okay
157
it literally could be like I just feel like having like a resting face right
158
now instead of smiling really hard because I want the other person not to think
159
that I am mad at them or something like there's
160
so many ridiculous things that I find myself doing
161
because I want to make sure the other person is comfortable
162
but more often than not they are very understanding like human beings are very understanding
163
and also when a human being sees you be yourself they feel more comfortable being themselves
164
and the walls feel like they drop the judgment is not there
165
and I love I love being that person I love being a vessel for
166
that I love that this is a journey that I started
167
because I know it is one that inspires because it inspires me
168
so much to see people be who they are and be who they are so proudly.
169
And I have recently owned the things that I am.
170
And it's very weird because I've done a lot of like self -love talk
171
and manifestation talk on this channel and like how much I love myself and prioritize my well -being and blah blah blah.
172
But there are a lot of things I didn't come to accept until very recently about myself
173
and it has be it is literally
174
because I made it my mission to be myself I'm not kidding okay so for example I never considered myself
175
a pretty person before a few months ago i'm sorry
176
if that's loud um or even a nice person and it was
177
because i always felt bad saying these things to myself
178
because it i feel like there's been like this thing of like it's stuck up for women to think
179
that about themselves and it's better for people to be humble
180
so i literally would not even entertain those kind of thoughts whenever they would arise
181
or even embody that mindset of course i would say oh like of course i believe i'm beautiful
182
and i believe i'm a good person but it wasn't something that i really
183
acknowledged in my inner world that like i am a nice person
184
and it's okay to think that i'm a nice person um i am pretty
185
and it's okay to think
186
that i am pretty like it doesn't make me vain it is just acknowledging that I love myself, that I like myself and I love myself.
187
And so I started allowing myself to tell myself these things.
188
Like I gave myself permission finally to like myself.
189
And it is so crazy how quickly these little things can add up because it may sound so insane,
190
but I used to not be able to like look at myself in the mirror
191
and now I look in the mirror and I'm like oh my god I'm
192
so gorgeous like oh woke up gorgeous again like it's crazy it sounds
193
so crazy um but it is so it feels amazing it feels incredible to acknowledge
194
like what I love about who I am and along with
195
that obviously I've made it just in being nicer to myself
196
I've made a lot of other discoveries about my personality I used to think my personality was really weird
197
or off -putting or um I don't know like just just really weird like
198
I don't want to be myself too much just
199
so I don't make other people uncomfortable that was obviously something learned through trauma
200
and stuff but now I am so proud of my mindset
201
and my perspective on things and how I speak and like how I show up for people and like I feel like
202
embarrassment is now something that I'm not super scared of
203
and I would rather be embarrassed than and shrink myself and
204
that is not a thing
205
that I adopted before like there are there are several moments where now I speak up versus staying quiet
206
or like join a conversation whenever I want to join a conversation
207
or walk up to people that are already having conversation
208
and like these are things
209
that I used to avoid just for the sake of like oh I don't want to be embarrassed in case
210
like I don't know they don't want to talk to me or what I say isn't acknowledged or whatever
211
um
212
and I let myself be the center of attention that's something
213
I also would not allow myself to do is like I never I didn't have a quinceanera
214
because I didn't want to be the center of attention I hated the idea of attention um
215
because I was so insecure and I was judged
216
so heavily in middle school that I was like in high school
217
that I was like oh my god please no party with
218
eyes on me please no like that's like my biggest nightmare I don't want that
219
So I'm now learning, like, I actually want to be comfortable being perceived.
220
That is something that I want to have on my belt as I grow older.
221
Like, I want that to be in my toolbox is being comfortable being perceived.
222
Because that always leads to a more beautiful life,
223
more opportunities, richer friendships and connections and just everything, right?
224
I saw recently a video of a woman talking about fame energy and famous people energy.
225
And what she said is famous energy is comfort in being perceived.
226
It's relentless presence without a fear of being perceived.
227
It's being, being present in who you are with no restrictions while be being perceived.
228
So that is the it factor for celebrities, right?
229
And I'm like, I want to have that.
230
I want to have that quality.
231
I want to have the ability to, to be perceived and not be scared of it
232
and not shrink away so the only way to get better at
233
that is to practice
234
and guys trust me i did i would fall flat on my face
235
sometimes like i would like be like i really like your outfit and the person just looks at me like
236
And I'm like, oh, okay.
237
But it's better that I spoke up rather than say nothing because not being myself feels worse.
238
And what was I going to say about failing, falling on my face?
239
Now, when I do fall on my face, when I face a situation and it doesn't go the way
240
that I anticipate it to go because I'm being myself and it's like a new thing.
241
Like, for example, like walking up to people and then they suddenly disperse just because whatever.
242
I go and find my thing.
243
I now am learning to navigate situations like going wrong or going awry or situations just going naturally.
244
Okay.
245
Situations being unpredictable is now okay with me because I am practicing putting myself in there.
246
And then when the unpredictable happens, I'm like, okay, now I can figure out what to do.
247
And then I figure out what to do and everything ends up being okay.
248
Because all I have to do is ask myself, what do I want to do?
249
Do I want to go get a glass of water?
250
Do I want to go draw in my journal?
251
Do I want to go back home?
252
I don't know.
253
There's like, I'm being very broad with this and I hope that it's like making sense,
254
but what I want to do is most important all the time.
255
And I was just taking notes on the Miley Cyrus documentary.
256
Let me actually, um, read you some of the things that I took notes on because I believe they would be helpful.
257
Um, she said, don't be afraid to make anything because it could turn out to be a gem.
258
What's important is you loving it.
259
Um, continue to do what you want, how you want.
260
That's what Pharrell told
261
Miley in her process of finding out who she is.
262
Her like, her short hair era where it was dyed blonde he said yes to everything she wanted to do
263
because he wanted her to really find out what her interests are
264
and what her likes are and only
265
that way are you really able to find your sound
266
and like how you want to navigate things so he gave her permission
267
and actually encouraged like do what you want how you want to do it period
268
and now you are the boss of your life
269
you can tell yourself to do what you want how you want to do it
270
and everything else will fall into place um
271
she she is like i just want to have fun i don't want to have fun
272
and she said
273
if you're about to drown you're gonna swim you're gonna learn
274
you're gonna start kicking your feet you're gonna learn she said this regarding
275
when things go wrong or when negative negativity happens or hate happens or whatever if really just goes to shit.
276
She's like, if you're drowning, you're going to swim, you're going to kick your feet, you're going to learn.
277
So no matter what, she knows it's going to be okay.
278
Even at the worst case scenario, we naturally innately within ourselves will, will get ourselves out of that scenario,
279
help ourselves out of that scenario because we have survival instincts.
280
So it is very comforting to hear such like a hear a perspective like
281
that on negative situations because I feel like we avoid them at all costs
282
but we don't really acknowledge how often we've gotten out of like rock bottom
283
we've gotten out of rock bottom plenty of times
284
and have come out better people and
285
so it's okay to go toward the thing that's scary
286
because you're gonna learn how to navigate it
287
and you might as well do that
288
if it's authentic to what you want to do um she said i'm not scared
289
or insecure about anything i'm used to people judging me
290
and knocking me down so i'm used to getting back up
291
and her saying that she's used to it personally hit for me
292
because i am also like i have never used it in
293
that way i've never i've never thought about negativity in
294
that way like people being negative towards me or treating me bad or whatever.
295
I've never considered myself used to it or getting used to knocking down, getting knocked down.
296
But the truth is like, my life has been so turbulent that I am like,
297
I know what falling down looks like and feels like I know what negativity looks like and feels like.
298
And I have survived every single punch
299
and I have gotten up every single time so her saying
300
so I'm used to getting back up is like I like putting it in like
301
or being able to relate to that is really good for this particular journey because it's like, it's true.
302
We get back up every time.
303
Um, I'm just smiling, having fun, living life.
304
Like literally her having fun is the most important thing to her.
305
And that is also the attitude
306
that I've been applying towards
307
this entire journey too is like how can I have more
308
fun how can I be more me like what am I going to do
309
that makes me happy right now even if it makes everyone around me upset
310
if it doesn't make them happy if it makes them disappointed
311
because truly this is my life
312
and everyone will get a better version of me whenever
313
I do what I want to do what I love to do
314
and how I want to do it because the more I restrict myself
315
or bend myself backwards to make other people happy I am not the best version of myself
316
and the more that I've been prioritizing myself
317
and my energy I am like ecstatic to be around my friends
318
and love my friends and call my friends
319
and hang out with my friends and show them love
320
and support and it's not for no reason it's
321
because I am letting myself do that I'm copying what I do with myself with everyone around me,
322
you know, like I it is so in my nature to do it that when I'm around others,
323
all I want to do is uplift and show them the beauty
324
that they possess and how wonderful they are and how wonderful who they are is.
325
And that is all I want to encourage.
326
It's not all I want to encourage, but it's something I really want to encourage in this lifetime is like,
327
I hope I get to meet as many people as I can
328
and tell every single one of them how much their existence means like how incredible
329
this person is how incredible what this person does is
330
and I am very fortunate to to like I I live in a house full of loving adoring incredible people
331
that are just as uplifting and encouraging and we list our gratitudes every day
332
and we call each other like beautiful names
333
and are always hyping each other up
334
and telling each other what's wonderful about each other and
335
because of that I'm able to spread it even further and wider
336
and I'm getting to practice who I really am like who
337
I am is I want to I don't want people to hide their flaws
338
I want people to know that their flaws are perfect and that you being who you are is perfect.
339
You being who you are is perfect because, because I wish I had that.
340
Um, but it wasn't even when people tried to tell me that I didn't believe it.
341
So it's like something I hope to share energetically.
342
It's something that I hope to, I just hope that I can love well enough that that just naturally comes out of my existence,
343
that people want to be themselves or people want to love themselves more or people have a better day um
344
sorry I'm getting a little emotional um like it really is a dream come true to make
345
people happy and that's something that I can also acknowledge without shame
346
which like beforehand I feel like it sounds like very cocky
347
but truly like it is like it's like my favorite thing like
348
Maya Cyrus for example she's like I love making people laugh
349
like I always want to be the goofy silly one
350
I want to get as many laughs as possible around the room
351
so she has just been funny since she was a kid gaggy since she was a kid
352
and it's still her goal because she loves to entertain
353
and for me it's just that I love spreading joy
354
and love I love making people smile I love um elevating someone's mood I love um making people feel better
355
or good about themselves
356
or just like good about their existence I love giving people different perspectives on how incredible they are
357
because I don't know like that's just that's just what makes me really really really happy
358
and I almost like challenge myself
359
to do it even better every day
360
because there truly aren't words to express how wonderful i think everyone around me is
361
and i can try my best to express it with my words
362
and my actions and like encouragement and whatever
363
but it really will never no matter what i do it will never be enough
364
because an existence cannot be boiled down to words.
365
It cannot be described.
366
Like how incredible a person is, how incredible you are, cannot be described.
367
It is otherworldly and let alone several people around me.
368
Like trying to do it for one person, trying to do it for everyone so I can only do my best every single day.
369
And I try to get better
370
and better just by practicing at like trying to really lay out how incredible every life is
371
and how incredible everyone is doing and how you trying your best is amazing
372
and perfect and who you are is amazing and perfect and
373
that really all that matters
374
and what will bring
375
you joy is being yourself shamelessly being every version of you the bad the ugly the hard
376
and difficult the beautiful happy every single part of yourself deserves equal love
377
and only after embracing my dark bad ugly side
378
and considering it beautiful as part of the beautiful even
379
if it feels bad or goes wrong
380
or whatever all of it is beautiful I have learned
381
that it's all beautiful and every bad has made me every bad has turned into good
382
so it is part of the beautiful there is no good life without bad life
383
so considering like the bad parts of me as just who I am
384
and it's fine and I love it I love who I am I love
385
that I'm like like a little like mentally unstable sometimes like whatever who cares it's who I am
386
and I'm just trying my best out here and it's okay that I'm trying my best out here.
387
Like, I'm not perfect and I actually love that I'm not perfect.
388
I love that I can be relatable in any sense.
389
Like, I love that I almost want people to...
390
How do I describe this?
391
I want to be so shameless that other people feel more comfortable being all of themselves.
392
I don't know how to explain this.
393
Like me giving myself permission to be embarrassed and look goofy might inspire somebody else to be like,
394
oh wait, like that's okay when she does it.
395
So maybe it's okay if I do it.
396
Hold on.
397
Oh my god, the noises.
398
It is so crazy how many times I've done that.
399
Like, I will look at somebody being themselves, love it about them, and be like, okay, so it's okay when they do it.
400
Maybe it's okay if I do it.
401
Maybe it's more than okay if I do it.
402
and it is very amazing having these examples around me
403
I know not everyone is as lucky to to have such authentic examples around them
404
but a huge thing I mean I'm looking at celebrities who are themselves I'm watching
405
Lady Gaga interviews I'm watching
406
Miley Cyrus content I'm watching Alyssa Liu's performance and interviews
407
and whatever and I'm like these people are living their happiest most successful life
408
because they are just listening to their heart they're just listening to who they are
409
and they're following that i don't i don't even like
410
i'm studying this of course i study my friends as well like subconsciously
411
but like you can look at people who who you admire
412
and see that authenticity has something to do with it you know like in any sense like
413
making any dream come true or living a happy life period
414
if anyone is doing that that is a sign of authenticity
415
because they are listening to their heart
416
and all you have to do is look at somebody who is living their life or has
417
or keeps going after their dreams or keeps falling
418
and keeps trying anyway like there are so many
419
so many examples around the world on the internet around you of this
420
and I want you to start also taking note of how many times you see someone out in public
421
that is being themselves and how often you admire that
422
because it really is like it really is okay to be yourself
423
and it takes a lot of at least for me it takes a lot of consuming the idea
424
that it's okay and that it like actually makes life work out
425
and it makes people happy it took a lot of studying
426
that and um noting that for me to feel okay to start doing it uh
427
because I learned that it wasn't okay to be myself growing up I learned
428
that um that I was too much
429
or I would get like I would get whooped for being who I am literally
430
so it's like okay I had to I was literally trained to be as little of myself as possible
431
and then not just whooped at home like in school bullied for just existing
432
and being who I am
433
so I'm like okay I can't be too loud I can't be too much I can't be perceived none of
434
that and it takes a lot of work to unlearn that
435
but anyone can get to the point of feeling comfortable being yourself and I highly recommend starting the journey.
436
I know it's such a broad one,
437
but it really is so important because it leads to everything.
438
Being authentic to myself and my desires and what I want to do, who I want to be,
439
learning what I like, learning what I don't like, saying no when I don't feel like it, saying yes when I do,
440
and just being true really to who I am, it has opened so many doors and has granted so many blessings.
441
I feel so blessed in life right now and I feel
442
so ecstatic and so happy and content with myself
443
and I am confident and I months ago would have considered myself insecure
444
but now I say I'm confident which is very wild.
445
I have had a complete change in my mindset and how I view things just with adopting this process alone.
446
So really like it leads to the best life ever
447
and I don't know if what I said makes sense
448
but you know what I'm being myself
449
and the way I say things gets through to some people
450
so so hopefully um it was helpful in some sort of way
451
because I know I also get comments of like like how to I'm gonna make I already said
452
Like I'm going to make this friendship video with my friend soon.
453
Um, like how to express yourself, like when you're really shy.
454
And I know that when I was shy, it was just because I was afraid of being perceived.
455
I was afraid of being myself because I learned that it was bad.
456
So if there's any way that you can start the process of learning the opposite, unlearning is just learning something new
457
you can unlearn to hide yourself by learning to show yourself
458
by learning to reveal a little bit of yourself little by little over time
459
it doesn't have to be every single day but just practice
460
and do not get discouraged when you get knocked down
461
or something doesn't go the way that you expected
462
or you're like oh I was right it was embarrassing
463
or whatever don't get discouraged feel fucking awesome
464
because you tried it feel awesome because you're brave enough to try it
465
and you did it and it like every single time
466
that I have chosen to be myself and like send
467
that text or say that thing or do that thing
468
or whatever um I've always been like okay I'm I'm a beast
469
I'm a beast I did it no matter how it goes
470
I'm a beast I'm a beast like this is good like I feel so proud that like even though,
471
even though it's scary, I did it.
472
And it like showing yourself that you're brave every single day or just like more often is like,
473
it feels really good.
474
Okay.
475
So I highly recommend, um, yeah, starting.
476
starting the journey or
477
continuing the journey or amplifying the journey of being your self being your full
478
beautiful incredible self because you are more amazing than words could ever
479
Capture and you will find that out
480
The more you be yourself the more you be yourself
481
and allow yourself to do what you want to do be who you want to be the more you do
482
that the more you will learn like wow I am life
483
I am a life itself I am not just insert name
484
and look at this body you are life itself and that is beyond words okay that is incredible.
485
You are life.
486
You are energy.
487
You are light.
488
You are so important and you are so worthy.
489
It's not a question.
490
You are incredible just as you are.
491
Have some fun with it. Have fun.
492
Like Miley Cyrus says and how I've been practicing, it's been so amazing obviously
493
because it's fun follow your fun follow your happiness follow your heart
494
and do not shrink yourself okay i did not touch on shrinking yourself too much
495
because that's not the focus here the focus is being who you are okay
496
and the more you do it little by little the easier it'll become
497
and it is so hard at first trust me
498
but you are not feeling
499
if you are trying everything
500
you try at first feels very difficult until it becomes second nature until you are finally trained to do
501
so and it was very difficult on the other side of this
502
but now that I've like been doing it so consecutively and
503
so continuously like consistently now it's second nature to me to be myself
504
and that is it feels like it happened out of nowhere
505
if you like it feels like it happened with no work because I practiced it so much, if that makes sense.
506
Like, I feel so ready to be me.
507
I feel so comfortable.
508
I feel so confident.
509
Like, I am just, it feels really good, okay?
510
Like, I know I talked about myself a lot this video, but ooh, okay.
511
Something I'm gonna say, and this might be helpful for you.
512
I downloaded this app called Align, and it talks about your body's design.
513
You put your birth date in there.
514
It's kind of like a Zodiac thing, but it's about your energy and your gifts.
515
And on my line, it said that by talking about my own experiences, others are inspired.
516
Okay.
517
So I'm like, I just have to talk about
518
my life and no matter how selfish it may seem people talking about their own life
519
and their own experiences and how they got through their own things has always inspired me
520
so I have no reason to um
521
belittle this part of myself
522
or shame this part of myself like I'm I just have to do what's natural to me and
523
that is the right thing to do I highly recommend downloading the app
524
I think it is paid to listen to it um you don't have to don't do it
525
if you don't want to but it's like it I listened to it
526
and it was insane it was
527
so comforting I felt seen to my core I felt
528
so comfortable about my journey and it just felt like everything was um affirmed like comforted
529
every worry was like squashed everything was oh fuck what is that word everything was um
530
what is that word that i'm thinking of
531
validated everything within me felt like it was validated like every
532
single aspect of who i am how i talk who how i am did i already say
533
that yes every single aspect of myself felt so validated and I was like, okay, like I can be myself and it's fine.
534
So it has only helped on this journey.
535
So I might as well mention the app because it really has helped this, um, process so much because I took notes on it too.
536
And I've been practicing everything it's been saying.
537
So, um, yeah.
538
Um, I love you so much.
539
Thanks for listening to me and thanks for listening to yourself and doing what is authentic to you.
540
I have to end this video because the lawnmower is getting closer, leaf blower, but I love you.
541
I adore you.
542
And let me know what you think down below.
543
Okay.
544
Let me, let me know if anything hit and if so, what did.
545
Okay.
546
Bye.
