1
This is our office building.
2
Let's go in.
3
As you can see, this is an open office layout.
4
This is what the old office used to look like.
5
And here is the renovation.
6
So the first thing I like to do is...
7
I like to go on and look for really cool music.
8
This is the kitchen area Do you notice how I have a pink retro theme going on in the kitchen?
9
And the toaster that no one uses This is our reverse osmosis water filter This is our beverage fridge.
10
Oh, I have to like restock it I'm trying to reach my cup Make my coffee One.
11
So there's two ways I like to enjoy my coffee.
12
Normal like this.
13
All done.
14
So we have here our little office studio.
15
Hello.
16
This is my shared office space with my business partner.
17
So this is the nap couch.
18
Got my Sailor Moon blanket here.
19
My brown pillows.
20
People are tired at the office, they can come up here and take a little nap.
21
It's my little dumpling lamp and my lazy brown screensaver.
22
It's one of our conference rooms in here.
23
This is another big conference room.
24
We have another retrofitted fridge.
25
It's really cute.
26
This is the view from the conference room.
27
So on this side we have the M Cosmetics team.
28
And over here we have the Thematic team.
29
There's another conference room and another office.
30
Right now we're measuring out the length of the office because we want to build these really cool indoor shipping container spaces.
31
Thinking about putting one right here.
32
This guy here is Jin.
33
He's the magician behind all of M's aesthetic.
34
And I think right now he's photoshopping Namvo's flyaways.
35
Can I see your desktop too?
36
You do have like the coolest desktop.
37
Every month he changes it.
38
Crystal just put up her little Christmas lights here.
39
Yeah, holiday season.
40
Look how cute these little totoroles.
41
Totoroles!
42
It matches my nails.
43
They're everything.
44
I'm basically sketching out vectors for our products and stuff so that we can turn them into gifts for future Instagram stickers.
45
Cute.
46
Are you watching Disney Plus?
47
Can I see what you're watching?
48
Yeah, I'm watching Wizards of the Wimbley Place.
49
Here's Gabby.
50
Are you planning out our Instagram feed?
51
That's cool.
52
Yeah.
53
Just until the end of December.
54
Ash, we just launched Magic Hour.
55
Yay, it's available now, guys.
56
I wanted to lay out the technical drawings of the Magic Hour collection just because I think it's such a beautiful process.
57
And there's so many different iterations that we were going through for each product.
58
For example, with the eyeshadow palette, originally we started with a component that was this big.
59
But it was a bit too big.
60
I wanted something that was more travel-friendly.
61
And so you can see, this is a custom molding.
62
We didn't go with any stock component because we wanted this eyeshadow palette to make a statement.
63
Alongside with that, we were playing with different eyeshadow pans.
64
We had circle ones, rectangle ones, but we decided to go with these pizza slices because it just works so well in this component, this hexagonal component.
65
It looks so beautiful.
66
The eyeshadows were formulated in Italy and they're just stunning.
67
They're gorgeous.
68
I have here the technical drawings for the lip cushion component.
69
And it was developed in Japan.
70
So we went through different shapes, but I wanted to go with something that was slimmer, that fits really nicely in the hands.
71
So I took my favorite concept of a lip sleeping mask, and I wanted something that works during the daytime
72
that you can wear where there's a slight color and your lips are also still nourished and hydrated.
73
Heaven's Glow went through a few different iterations you can see
74
that the formula changed and we decided to go with a domed baked blush.
75
So the component went through a few different versions and we landed on this one.
76
It's a magnetic close and this is the finished product.
77
So the story behind this cat is that I drew this nine months ago and still no one has erased it.
78
It's still here.
79
This cat has seen some shit.
80
I have in here my shin bowls.
81
This is another really good branded instant noodles called One Culture.
82
My favorite is all the way back here.
83
You guys know it.
84
It's Vietnamese beef pho.
85
Another good midday snack is the mint chocolate Soylent, which I think is their best flavor.
86
This is my new 16-inch MacBook Pro.
87
It's so beautiful.
88
Oh my gosh.
89
If you're not familiar with this desktop hack, I'm going to show you how you can change your icons.
90
What you want to do is have some PNG files opened.
91
I'm going to change this folder.
92
So I'm going to go to get info.
93
Pull it right here.
94
So go to your PNG file.
95
Make sure that the background is transparent
96
if you want this to work go to edit click copy click on the folder
97
that you want to change and then paste
98
and if you see voila super easy this pao pu fruit is my favorite office pillow
99
so right now i'm working on editing my magic hour makeup tutorial
100
so these shots are so cool because you can see
101
It's so smooth and how we were able to achieve this was with a robot arm.
102
I'm here at this robot and I share a space with them.
103
It's pretty cool, huh?
104
Action.
105
And just let it pass you.
106
I got it.
107
I'm going
108
to be working on editing my magic hour makeup tutorial,
109
but before I begin doing anything, the first most important thing I have to establish is the music.
110
Background music is everything and it helps establish the beat.
111
Thematic is a place where you can find really great music from music artists
112
and you can see that there's a lot of curated music and the music is curated by the thematic team.
113
I'm going through the new music
114
so then once we take a listen it goes through the approval process
115
so if we find something we like we'll put it on here.
116
So I'm gonna browse some music I'm gonna click on filter so I want the vibe to be medium to slow.
117
When it comes to vocals I prefer female and I also prefer instrumental only for makeup tutorials.
118
I have a list right here I'm just gonna listen to a few of them.
119
So I'm probably gonna select Silky I love this song.
120
Up under the town we fly Usually we're the last ones at the office, my sister Chin is working so hard right now
121
Look at Chin Sometimes if I have time I'll go on my YouTube livestream and I'll say hi
122
And it also shows up here Open can He he's so satisfying
123
It's super quiet at the office because everyone is home.
124
Gonna start turning off all the lights.
