So there's two ways I like to enjoy my coffee.

So we have here our little office studio.

This is my shared office space with my business partner.

So this is the nap couch.

Got my Sailor Moon blanket here.

People are tired at the office, they can come up here and take a little nap.

It's my little dumpling lamp and my lazy brown screensaver.

It's one of our conference rooms in here.

This is another big conference room.

We have another retrofitted fridge.

It's really cute.

This is the view from the conference room.

So on this side we have the M Cosmetics team.

And over here we have the Thematic team.

There's another conference room and another office.

Right now we're measuring out the length of the office because we want to build these really cool indoor shipping container spaces.

Thinking about putting one right here.

This guy here is Jin.

He's the magician behind all of M's aesthetic.

And I think right now he's photoshopping Namvo's flyaways.

Ash, we just launched Magic Hour.

Yay, it's available now, guys.

I wanted to lay out the technical drawings of the Magic Hour collection just because I think it's such a beautiful process.

And there's so many different iterations that we were going through for each product.

For example, with the eyeshadow palette, originally we started with a component that was this big.

But it was a bit too big.

I wanted something that was more travel-friendly.

And so you can see, this is a custom molding.

We didn't go with any stock component because we wanted this eyeshadow palette to make a statement.

Alongside with that, we were playing with different eyeshadow pans.

We had circle ones, rectangle ones, but we decided to go with these pizza slices because it just works so well in this component, this hexagonal component.

It looks so beautiful.

The eyeshadows were formulated in Italy and they're just stunning.

They're gorgeous.

I have here the technical drawings for the lip cushion component.

And it was developed in Japan.

So we went through different shapes, but I wanted to go with something that was slimmer, that fits really nicely in the hands.

So I took my favorite concept of a lip sleeping mask, and I wanted something that works during the daytime

that you can wear where there's a slight color and your lips are also still nourished and hydrated.

Heaven's Glow went through a few different iterations you can see

that the formula changed and we decided to go with a domed baked blush.

So the component went through a few different versions and we landed on this one.

It's a magnetic close and this is the finished product.

So the story behind this cat is that I drew this nine months ago and still no one has erased it.

It's still here.

This cat has seen some shit.

I have in here my shin bowls.

This is another really good branded instant noodles called One Culture.

My favorite is all the way back here.

It's Vietnamese beef pho.

Another good midday snack is the mint chocolate Soylent, which I think is their best flavor.

What you want to do is have some PNG files opened.

I'm going to change this folder.

So I'm going to go to get info.

Pull it right here.

So go to your PNG file.

that you want to change and then paste
