Good morning vlog, I am in much need of a restart,

a refresh, a, why is this not sticking to my face?

My weekend has been filled with not enjoyable foods.

oh my god is the classic still on it?

We were away at the weekend like for like four days

and it was at a UK theme park

and thus what the food I ate was literally theme park food

and I've never in my life wanted to just eat a salad so much.

Why is there as long as it's sticking?

Freddie I'm not doing this every vlog where you're pulling the toilet roll off the wall um much

and much need guys of a get my wellness routine back in order

because i feel but i'm literally living off of buffy breakfast

and it's not even like an on holiday buffet breakfast it's like beans and hash browns a Weetabix with sugar

not where I want to be level of nutrition right

so we're getting ourselves back I've just had breakfast I feel already

that I've cleaned my insides out from that alone and I'm in much need of a skincare rejuvenation

oh this is where you find me for the next 15

minutes freddy surprisingly he doesn't mind this mask like he always wants to grab it

but he's not scared of it that might be slightly too tight

um i've put on a face mask on under this

and i'm just like penetrate the skin my skin actually doesn't feel too bad um

but i just feel i'm actually going to say this i lost my toothbrush

when we were away so i haven't brushed my teeth last night That's disgusting.

I just swirled my tooth face from my mouth and this morning I'm still without a toothbrush so my mouth feels disgusting.

I need to go get a new toothbrush and just, I washed my hair last night so that's the start, we've got clean hair, fresh pyjamas,

my own bed, I'm not going to lie, the hotel bed, it wasn't great and I was showing it with Freddie and I'm not in my own environment,

the whole bed was like covered in pillows

because i was terrified he was going to fall out he

also didn't sleep well it was just do you know what the weekend was just unhealthy

and i'm just ready to feel fresh and light and

and healthy and put together right

so let's get back on track right fear not i know you weren't feeding

but fear not i found a toothbrush

and you might be like what do you mean you found

a toothbrush i actually was saying this ages ago this is not an ad

but it was gifted honestly probably at least a year ago.

I'm just looking them up because I'm sure they were like something sustainable or whatever.

going to tell you actually saturday night saturday night's the last time i brush it's disgusting right toothpaste paste.

I'm not gonna lie I do feel like we should all skip brushing our teeth every now

and then so that when you do brush your teeth it feels like this because my teeth have never felt so clean.

Body lotion Why is it when you put body lotion on you instantly Just feel

but i think it's also because i fake tan and i find

when i don't fake tan for a long period of time

and it's genuinely all away that my skin is fine

but as soon as i start regularly fake tanning again it gets

very dry not so much from the lotion that i used the other day like i used the loving tan lotion

and that doesn't um make it dry

but the actual mousse maybe it all like goes scabby i actually must admit the loving tan doesn't really do

that that's more like i don't know i don't know

which other brands that are um

but it doesn't really go scabby there's maybe tiny patches like where my dry skin is

but other than that anyway let's go body lotion and let's put on some comfy clothes

we're going to dice in the air wrap just a wee bit just

so there's a bit of something to the air call it a day

basically we're out and we were at Alton Towers at the weekend which

if you're not in the UK is a UK theme park we went for three days it was good fun but

um as you can imagine the food i mean it was fine

but it just i'm just really looking forward to my own

and that's fine right I have like literally two a month

but then I started being like oh I'll just pick one up

when I'm in the shop oh see before I knew it

see for the past maybe three four weeks I have been having some kind of like fizzy drink at night

but i made this sauce for dinner three days ago right

and well this will be the third day of having it

but it's lasted me three days and it's made my dinner

so convenient so it's like it's kind of like a Thai red curry

but it's not like a thick sauce it's more like a brothy thing to like pour over your dinner

so I'm just going to quickly put cauliflower and tofu in a pan

and then serve it with rice right long story short I have cauliflower

and I've got a block of tofu and I'm literally going to stir fry this for like five minutes

um and microwave some rice and then just heat up the sauce

and then like straight to bed basically and I just felt like

that part of the evening was very rushed it's very unenjoyable very just like tick off dinner tick off bath

and it's just I don't know it just wasn't like settling down it was very just like you know

so I've started making dinner

earlier so we're having dinner by like it's not even

that much earlier but aiming for between six

and half six also obviously like Adam and I eat late anyway

which is fine

but I wasn't really taken into account the fact the children went to bed at like half eight

and freddy's like falling asleep in his high chair trying to eat spaghetti um

so that wasn't going to work out for us um

so we started making dinner so we have it between six

and a half six it is now 6 45

and we are going to go walk nothing crazy literally like 10 -15 minutes one way

and then the 10 -15 minutes back i just want to

do like 20 minutes after dinner just to get a bit

of like fresh air about downtime get the food moving a wee bit as well

because that was also another thing i was eating really late just rushing through the evening then just sitting down

and it just felt like blah you know but blah

so we're going to get ready just to go like a

quick evening stroll it's also just like no phone time just downtime just chat

and walk for 20 minutes like nothing wild so then

when we come back we can do the whole bath time

we'll have showers everyone in their pajamas do the whole read

a book play around for a bit go to bed you

know nothing wild nothing crazy it's not like a major new

habit it's just let's eat dinner earlier to have a slower evening routine

and when the weather permits go out a walk because it's nice

and like bright and sunny right now

and like I said we live in Scotland that's not always

the case especially coming into winter that's not going to be the case um it's going to be raining

and snowing and dark and blah but for now it's bright enough to walk so let's go
