Wie Muhammad Ali: "I am the greatest!" (Ich bin der Größte!)
  • Catch them when they're good – Menschen loben, wenn sie etwas Gutes tun. Beispiel: "Als Trainer sollte man lernen, catch them when they're good – das stärkt das Selbstvertrauen mehr als ständiges Kritisieren."
  • Interpret feedback the way they choose to – Feedback selbstbestimmt deuten. Beispiel: "Selbstbewusste Menschen interpret feedback the way they choose to – sie fokussieren sich auf das Positive."

Deine Shadowing-Herausforderung
