A flower?
3
No, a friend to play with!
4
Wee!
5
Little Nut Brown Hair, it's too early to play!
6
But little Field Mouse, you slept in.
7
Huh?
8
I did?
9
Yes, and I need you to help me find a flower for the sun before she goes to sleep.
10
Oh!
11
Hey, everything's upside down and back to front.
12
That's because today is Topsy Flopsy Day.
13
A day when everything feels mixed up.
14
Have fun, you two.
15
I'll see you back at home, little nut brown hair.
16
Have a fun topsy-flopsy day.
17
Bye!
18
Topsy!
19
Oh!
20
Look at me!
21
I'm walking on the sky!
22
Me too!
23
But there are no flowers in the sky.
24
Oh!
25
Little flowers?
26
Where are you?
27
Come out wherever you are.
28
That's not a flower.
29
Little Redwood Fox, come out.
30
I've got something to show you.
31
Not fair.
32
Little Redwood Fox, you are right.
33
I am?
34
Yes.
35
Because on Topsy Flopsy Day, you have to throw snowballs at...
36
...yourself.
37
I got me!
38
Good shot.
39
What are you doing apart from throwing snowballs at yourself?
40
Looking for a flower to give to the sun.
41
But it's Topsy Flopsy Day, so we're doing everything upside down.
42
Ooh-wee!
43
Oh!
44
And front to back.
45
Why?
46
Because it was dark like night when I woke up this morning.
47
Today is the shortest day of the year.
48
And everything feels all mixed up.
49
Oh no!
50
What is it, little nut brown hair?
51
Look, the sun is already low in the sky.
52
She will go to sleep soon, and I haven't found her present yet.
53
Maybe we can trick that sleepy sun into staying up a bit later.
54
Really?
55
How?
56
We'll look for a flower...
57
...backwards!
58
Very tricky, Little Redwood Fox.
59
Then the Sun will think time is going backwards too.
60
Idea good fairy!
61
Come on!
62
Look out below!
63
Woo-hoo!
64
Wow!
65
Look at this!
66
Did you find a flower?
67
I don't know what I found.
68
Whatever it is, it's beautiful.
69
It's a topsy-flopsy flower made out of ice.
70
I think you're right, Little Field Mouse.
71
I think the sun will love your present.
72
Well, you'd better give it to her quickly.
73
She's nearly gone.
74
And so am I.
75
Good night.
76
Stay tight.
77
See you in the morning light.
78
Hello, sun.
79
Thank you for shining.
80
Here's a special flower for you.
81
I'm very proud of you, my little nut brown hair.
82
You are?
83
Yes, you found a flower that grows on the shortest day of the year
84
Little nut brown hair was very tired after such a topsy-flopsy day
85
and was already in bed So did you fit everything into your day?
86
Well, I found the sun a flower, explored our meadow, helped you dig for food in the snow, played with my friends.
87
And that's nearly everything you had to do.
88
I'm so sleepy, I nearly forgot to ask you an important question.
89
And what would that be?
90
I love you.
91
How much, guess?
92
Yes.
93
Well I love you more than the sun, because you shine so brightly all day and all night.
94
Even when you're fast asleep.
95
That is a lot of shining.
96
with me and all my friends.
97
See you next time.
