Thank you. so so so so be lucky but i
2
think he initially like anticipates a response yeah
3
but then could you say it's funny look you do spend like i realized yesterday you spend it all day long.
4
now this particular moment is one of my favorite parts of
5
the morning i will bring my breakfast into the living room on a lovely silver tray
6
and eat this very slowly with vinyl music playing
7
always the same album at the moment which is just another diamond day
8
and then I will either read or journal as I'm eating
9
and usually I spend about 20 maybe even 30 minutes eating breakfast
10
and today I was journaling just kind of free writing
11
and getting out any thoughts on paper also all of my dissatisfied faces after the coffee is
12
because we were out of milk and black coffee I don't think is very nice at all.
13
I value the ritual of breakfast more than lunch
14
or dinner for sure and This is one of the best parts of the morning
15
I'm going to go to the house.
16
as i walked past those monk jacks were maybe
17
a meter less than a meter in front of me and they just ran out straight in front of me.
18
My gosh they're just such beautiful animals. so It's
19
just such a beautiful morning, I can't get over this.
20
Every single time I come and sit here, at this particular time, I just feel, feel with gratitude.
21
I saw this thing also recently, somebody comparing, someone comparing leaves to stained glass,
22
and I think that's so true, isn't that just such an accurate description?
23
Seaweed and maple tea.
24
Oh my gosh.
25
The unique foods in this are just so, like, they're all so fantastical, but yet so cosy and things that you really want to try.
26
And I really want to try seaweed and maple tea.
27
I think I might have to.
28
And it's for fortune filled sea voyages or a black lavender milk tea for examinations.
29
I mean, like, it's just, it's so it's just so creative and I think conjures the world so perfectly.
30
Oh my gosh I cannot recommend this book enough.
31
It's Theodora's Tea Shop by Christy Ann Jones and it's glorious.
32
I'm loving it so much.
33
Now it's time for one of my favourite parts of the morning which is to go on a walk.
34
I love walking in the morning and I never feel quite myself if I don't have a walk in the morning.
35
I just think it clears your head in a way
36
that nothing else can
37
and at least for the first like 15 minutes I won't listen to anything
38
or reply to emails which is also something I tend to do when I'm walking.
39
I just focus on the day and focus on the world around me and try
40
and ground myself in the morning um Mary Oliver says it's
41
a serious thing just to be alive on this new morning in a broken world
42
and I like to remind myself of
43
that every morning it's a serious thing to be here and yeah so I'm gonna go on a walk now so so by
44
the way this very recently arrived this is the new academic planner which is coming out
45
on the 6th of August and the illustrations by Jess Mason, he was one of my favourite illustrators.
46
I absolutely just, oh my gosh, I adore it, it's so cosy and beautiful.
47
There is also this beautiful match of green cover, so those are the two colours for the new academic planner um
48
and this is the planner I use every day to write my to-do lists
49
and keep my life organized I suppose um okay anyway I'm gonna get on with doing some work now
50
and actually working through this to-do list but thank you
51
so much for watching this video I hope you enjoyed it
52
and I hope you have more than just a productive week

「6:30am Summer Morning Routine」
