This was the $1 ,000 June editing competition.

And in this video, you're going to see what it's like for 16 editors to battle for $1 ,000, the top 5 craziest short form edits that were submitted,

and the 3 edits that took home $1 ,000 in prizes.

Now of course, all the editors in this video learned editing on the best

platform for beginner editors to master the viral editing styles in 2026.

Ultimate Editors 2 .0, which I'll tell you more about later on the video.

Before we see some crazy edits, first let's travel back in time to 48 hours ago, where I hosted this editing competition announcement call in the community.

On this call, I explained

that the way this competition works is first I'll be giving you this raw short form video with its script.

Then each editor has exactly 48 hours to create the most stunning edit I have ever seen, which after reviewing the edits later in the video, you're going to see how crazy these edits were.

And 48 hours later, after creating the inside this Google Drive folder here, which was full of 16 crazy short form edits for me to review,

which meant that now it was time to judge all these edits and find out who the top three best edits were.

Our first place winner is going to take home $500, our second place winner would win $350, and our third place winner gets $150.

So here are the top five best edits that were created in this editing competition, starting with fifth place all the way to first and second place,

difficult to choose the winner.

There's so much to dissect here.

Start off with the hook.

The subtitles here look beautiful.

This three -piece UI, this genuinely looks so beautiful.

So now when we transition to here, text actually doesn't really look high quality.

I'm a huge fan of this animation.

You executed better designs, still lack in the attention to detail

which is where the big problem is now ashik's edit was

great especially considering he's only been editing for one month in ultimate editors

but it's nowhere near what i saw in the first

and second place which were editors who were in the community for more than one year

and again as you guys watch the rest of the video you're going to be thinking wow these edits look

so good i wish i could create something like

that the truth is each

and every single one of these editors in this video started out not even knowing any of the editing programs
