8
When they choose us we feel happy and loved but But when they leave, we may start asking ourselves,
9
am I not good enough?
10
Am I not attractive enough?
11
What did I go wrong?
12

People have their own feelings, their own choices, their own taste, their own reasons.
14
And you can't make someone love you,
15
and you don't have to spend your whole life trying to prove that you are good enough for someone.
16
This reminds me of a beautiful quote by Bell Hooks.
17
She wrote, knowing how to be solitary is central to the art of loving.
18
I really love this idea.
19
being okay with being alone doesn't mean
20
that you don't want love it doesn't mean
21
that you don't need other people it simply means you don't need someone to save you
22
or to make you feel whole or to make you feel complete
23
when you are comfortable being alone you can choose someone
24
because you truly want them in your life not
25

when you understand this the way you love starts to change you stop holding on to someone just
27
because you're afraid of losing them you stop accepting bad treatment just
28
because you don't want to be alone you learn
29
that you can You can love someone deeply and still know when it's time to walk away.
30
You can miss someone and still choose yourself.
31
Because love should be something we choose, not something we use to run away from loneliness.
32
Real love shouldn't make you become someone you're not.
33
You don't have to be perfect.
34
You don't have to always make the other people happy.
35
You don't have to keep changing yourself just to make them stay.
36
Of course, every relationship needs effort, patience, and understanding.
37
But there is a big difference between growing together and losing yourself for someone else.
38
Listen when I say this, the right person will appreciate you for who you are,
39
not just how you look or what you can give them.
40
Your looks will go away, life will change, people will go,
41
seasons never last, but a healthy relationship is built on respect,
42
kindness, trust, and the way you treat each other.
43
And before you ask someone to respect you, you have to learn to respect yourself first.
44
And how to respect yourself?
45
Keep the promises that you make to yourself.
46
If something keeps hurting you, don't stay just because you are afraid of losing someone.
47
If you've talked about how you feel and they still don't listen or respect you,
48
walk away, let them go.
49
Letting go doesn't mean that you didn't love the person.
50
Sometimes, it simply means you love yourself enough to choose peace.
51
So don't measure your worth by who stays and who lives.
52
You are not less beautiful because someone couldn't see your beauty.
53
You are not less valuable because someone couldn't love you in the way you needed.

You are you.

You are who you are and you are always worthy of love respect and happiness maybe that's what love is really about
56
learning how to be alone without feeling empty
57
and learning how to be with someone without feeling lost without losing yourself love deeply
