1
I want you guys to visualize this right now.
2
Maybe close your eyes if it helps you.
3
But what does the perfect you look like?
4
How does he speak?
5
How does he walk?
6
And how does he carry himself?
7
Is he loving, brave, or protective?
8
How does his life look?
9
Is he arriving home, greeting his wife after a long work day?
10
Is he in their beautiful house with his kids laughing and playing?
11
Whatever that vision is of the perfect you.
12
Maybe you've seen positive in before when you are proud of yourself, maybe You've never experienced that guy.
13
But today, I'm going to talk about the best version of you.
14
And more importantly, I'm going to give you the actual advice on how to become him.
15
So often, we know who we want to be and what we want.
16
The problem is, it's hard as fuck to achieve that.
17
I mean, just look around at society.
18
People are unhappy and unfulfilled.
19
I believe that the friction between you and the person that you want to become is caused by one thing, and that's good and evil.
20
In every religion, there's a universal truth that's preached around the world.
21
And that is, there is the good and there is the evil.
22
religion or not, you cannot deny that there's truth in these polarities.
23
The problem is, with a lot of people's understanding about this truth, is that we look into it too literally.
24
We think of the good as giving to charity or helping an old lady across the street.
25
And we think of evil as murder, theft and violence in extremity.
26
Maybe these religious texts and prophets have been telling us
27
that we have negative and positive decisions that we have to make every day.
28
And statistically, the average person makes 35 ,000 decisions per day.
29
And if you're not conscious of your intentions, you can fall into making negative or evil choices for future you.
30
Yes, you can doom scroll on social media, over consume food or alcohol.
31
It's easy.
32
Maybe it's not even a physical thing.
33
Maybe it's the self -hatred that you see in the mirror or beat yourself up because you look in the past.
34
These are inherently evil actions towards your future self.
35
Yes, It's not murder or violence, but it is still evil.
36
And just to brush this all up, the definition of evil: profoundly immoral or wicked behavior, characterized by acts or intentions that cause pain or harm.
37
Are these acts that we're doing every day, not evil towards ourselves?
38
So now how the fuck do we become this guy that we visualized in the beginning of the video?
39
The first thing is, take a piece of paper.
40
Yes, you can use a phone but I like writing things.
41
I want you to write out how that perfect version of you lives.
42
How he speaks, what he has, and how he feels in extreme detail.
43
What we're doing here is we're making that mental connection with the version of the person of who we want to be.
44
And now this is the blueprint for all of the actions in our lives.
45
And when you're faced with an evil or a good decision, you can reference your blueprint and what actions need to be taken in life.
46
It helps so much because this is a literal roadmap of how you need to think and feel.
47
Now of course, no one's perfect and we're probably gonna slip up when things don't go to plan.
48
But how do we manage that?
49
and not make these negative decisions habits?
50
Well, what I found is a self -reporting model.
51
I've done this almost every single day for the past few years And it's actually pretty soon.
52
At the end of your day, Look back on every moment.
53
Did you put enough effort into the gym?
54
Maybe you weren't kind to a stranger at the grocery store or Maybe you left some dishes in the sink to clean.
55
And the very next day, whatever it is, you need to not repeat those actions and commit to it.
56
Because what this does, is you get better and better every single day.
57
And the way you're getting better is following the blueprint of the person that you dream to be.
58
But that cannot happen without you assessing yourself and deciding how you need to change.
59
I'm gonna leave you guys with this quote: "You are the master of your destiny.
60
You can influence, direct and control your own environment.
61
And you can make your life what you want it to be." I love and appreciate you guys, and I'll see you next week.

Fix Your Weak Spots: Pronunciation and Rhythm Tips

The video’s natural, conversational tone highlights two key areas to focus on: stress in multi-syllabic words (e.g., "profoundly," "immoral," "accountability") and pausing for emphasis. Notice how the speaker pauses after phrases like "I want you guys to visualize this right now" to let the idea sink in—this rhythm keeps listeners engaged. To practice, use a shadowing app to record yourself and compare your pauses and stress patterns to the original. For tricky words, break them into syllables (e.g., "pro-found-ly") and emphasize the correct beats. Over time, this will make your speech sound more natural and confident, whether you’re preparing for IELTS speaking practice or just chatting with friends.

What is the Shadowing Technique?

Shadowing is a science-backed language learning technique originally developed for professional interpreter training and popularized by polyglot Dr. Alexander Arguelles. The method is simple but powerful: you listen to native English audio and immediately repeat it out loud — like a shadow following the speaker with just a 1–2 second delay. Unlike passive listening or grammar drills, shadowing forces your brain and mouth muscles to simultaneously process and reproduce real speech patterns. Research shows it significantly improves pronunciation accuracy, intonation, rhythm, connected speech, listening comprehension, and speaking fluency — making it one of the most effective methods for IELTS Speaking preparation and real-world English communication.
